She went above and beyond with our bedrooms, dusting and vacuuming. We came home to perfectly made beds and dust free areas where we would normally miss. We forgot to ask her to do our ceiling fans and dust under the bed, but next time we'll be sure to ask as Laura was kind to ask us but our fault for not mentioning it. Pro tip, if there are specific areas, be sure to let her know and I'm sure she'd be happy to help. I reached out to multiple cleaners via Yelp and Laura had the best price, so my husband and I decided to give her a try. We wanted our condo cleaned before Lunar New Year and have no regrets with reaching out to Laura. She was responsive and flexible with scheduling. We were quoted $170 for 4 hours, but prices might vary depending on size of home and how much cleaning is needed. Also, make sure you include tip! Laura is a hard worker and deserves it. Thank you for your help, Laura!

But first I do want to thank them for sqeezing me in last minute. With that said I don't know if it was a good thing or a bad thing. The cleaner showed up 40 mons late without proper cleaning supplies. No mop, no vaccume. Just plastic mag full of house cleaning supplies. It looked like she wasn't prepared to work today, so she stopped by the Walmart across the street. She spend an hour cleaning 1 bathroom I had just cleaned the night before. And another 2 hours cleaning the second bathroom. It was already getting late so we let her go home before she touched the living room and the kitchen. Paid $120 for 2 bathrooms. Instead of $250 for the entire house

I had my house cleaned and was surprised at the experience given all the 5 star ratings this…read morecompany has. I was extremely underwhelmed and would not be looking to hire Cees again, or at least not the person they sent to clean my house. Here were the biggest issues: - The entire service took too long and also felt very rushed at the end. I paid extra to have mold cleaned in the washing machine, and she spent a lot of time on it but completely missed the area she was supposed to clean and had to redo it which took a lot of extra time. - She didn't have the right products for the shower door and it's still covered in hard water stains. She even said to me that I would need a different cleaning product to remove the stains, and I was confused as to why she wouldn't have brought the product she's needed for that. Any other cleaner I've had always leaves the shower door spotless. - The floors throughout the house are now very sticky after she mopped, presumably because she only did one pass with too much cleaner and didn't then run over it with water. She also left pools of water in certain spots while completely missing mopping others, and now the whole house smells like cleaner and is irritating my allergies. - She missed a lot of cobwebs and pieces of dirt on the ground, and also left some piles of hair balled up. I had to run over a lot of corners with our own vacuum after. Overall it felt like we were sent someone who shouldn't have been on their own. She seemed really overwhelmed and out of her depth, even asking me to open a new cleaning product for her. I'm very disappointed since this place has such great reviews.

I stumbled upon Noblemaid Cleaning on yelp in search of cleaners to hire for a deep clean at our…read morenew place. We had just received our keys, and it looked and felt as if nothing has been cleaned since hosting consecutive months of open houses. the floors were dirty, the carpet felt waxy to the touch, the bathrooms and common areas had a ton of miscellaneous debris, stains, and dead fruit flies and spiders scattered everywhere, and most notably, all the surfaces had a coating of dust on it. we hired them less than 24 hours before we needed the cleaning done, and alex- whom we were in contact with- was very efficient and accommodating to our last minute needs. we got a confirmation email and the cleaners arrived early. they were both so sweet, and they notified us that they would give us a call 20 minutes before they would be completely finished. that allowed us to have time to go grab lunch in the meantime, and it was very much appreciated. when we got the call to coke back, our new place felt much cleaner, and it was a refresh that was very much needed before moving all our stuff in. the cleaning ladies were very detail oriented, and even went as far as to clean the outside of the windows as well. they were extremely thorough and i noticed a tremendous difference after 3 hours of them deep cleaning. my socks aren't filthy and colored black anymore after walking around our new place; i was surprised that even the inside of all the cabinets/built-ins around the house were wiped clean. i would most definitely recommend noblemaid cleaning for any of your cleaning needs, as they do a spectacular job overall. i will definitely be using them again in the near future. the deep cleaning was worth every penny!

Lack of professionalism and work ethics!…read more Mia and her co-worker were running late. So i called to confirm they are on their way and/or to make sure they were able to find the place. She did not answer the phone. I called again 5-10min later, she picked up the phone and I asked to confirm all the above, and she spoke in a way like it was normal that she was 15-20min late (duh) and said they were unloading the stuff from the car. ok. They came in and the attitude began right away. Maybe it was because there was miscommunication between the 2 properties I was quoting with her about whether or not the place was fully vacant (I was in the process of moving), but hey, nowhere on their page does it say they don't work on non vacant properties. So I kinda tried to help out, move stuff around for their access, told them not to go into areas where they cannot access understanding the challenges. But the attitude was still there - from both of them, but coming more from her co-worker. Rolled her eyes when she opened the fridge... if the place was clean I would have not called you, would I? There were couple of spots I pointed out to Mia that weren't well cleaned, so she took care of it, and I was hoping that sends a message that i expect a more thorough job. I went to do my workout in the garage and let them finish up. They finished earlier than I expected, nonetheless... I try to be empathetic towards people, even when they give me an attitude at first, understanding that we all have challenges in life. So i tipped them 50%. After they left, I noticed that they had not cleaned the windows properly nor the cabinets and oven in the kitchen as was asked. They did not work to get the place cleaned properly, they work to get their 2 hours minimum done. And on top of all of that, when my former landlord called them to confirm what work they had done, she told him that she was told to do light cleaning and clean the furniture only. Even though they did "clean" the bathroom, the windows, as I had communicated and sent pictures of prior. Her receipt states "deep cleaning", the stains in the cabinetry prove that they were unprofessional, especially as they claim furniture was all that was asked of them.

It is not common for a housekeeper to respond to reviews accusing that her customers are abusive…read more She also uses psychological terminologies diagnosing her customers that are not happy with her services. This tells a lot about her mental health than the people that she is responding to. After experiencing her services I do believe the negative ones, including the review that she was caught eating someone's refrigerator content in the security camera. Cameras don't lie. I hired her for move in / move out deep cleaning. The house was empty and there was no trash. I needed her to actually clean, like vacuum and wipe surfaces. She showed up by herself, with her husband driving her and sitting in the car, light equipment, and texted me 1 hour later that she is all done. I came back and none of the cleaning I requested was done. I wipe surfaces and it shows a lot of dust which is exactly what I told her to clean. It was getting dark and she was getting aggressive demanding money. I sent her the money to make her go away and I was going to call the police if she did not. Later, she said she won't actually come back to clean the house and make it right, because I already paid her; She gloated about this, saying that I can't do anything about it because I paid her already. Her attitude was very entitled and her tone was that she did me a favor. Her pricing was higher than a 6 person crew that came to clean a house twice the size, that showed up with a lot of supplies, and spent 7 hours deep cleaning. I made the mistake of ignoring the bad reviews. Hope you don't.
