    Hard to see in picture but the floor is dirty.

    I am writing this review after only one cleaning. I will give the benefit that maybe the person sent out was having a bad day but it was bad enough I will not use this company again. She missed obvious stuff like cleaning my children's bathroom and the outside of my tub. I wasn't in my home while she cleaned so I can't confirm what she did but, she didn't mop the kitchen. It was like she just dusted and left. Update- I am attaching the text message correspondence between me and someone at the number the owner just mentioned. Either someone has cloned your phone or you are in fact the person whom I scheduled and informed about my experience.

    I really wanted this to work out after all the great reviews I've read, but this was not a good experience with Nadia. My guest house is very small, and there is not very much there or things that can get in the way of cleaning. I'm certainly not all that picky either. After she left the second time I did a thorough walk through and saw soooo many things that were not clean. I'm not sure what they did for 2 hours, but I wasn't there to monitor... maybe that's where I went wrong. My sister and I can clean better than this, we pretty much paid them to make it worse. It did not look like they vacuumed at all the first time. You clearly see crumbs on the tile floor and all over the rugs and the corners where they were too lazy to move to clean. When I texted her she offered to come back to revacuum. But even after the kitchen mat was filled with crumbs and I still saw stains on the floors that wasn't touched. The floors were clearly not mopped. Typically you would be able to smell the cleanliness and the basic stains removed. The TV had leftover residue of dirty water, cleaning with a windex or some sort does not leave streaks like that. The kitchen counter when ran through with my finger had dust and dirt and the side of the counter still had stains. The stovetop has streaks and stains that can be cleaned but was left. The sinks and faucets were still dirty. The small glass side table wasn't even touched, all the water marks from the cups were still there. I can keep adding to the list....I've only attached some photos. Oh and they did not clean inside the fridge like they said they would. I think they just got lazy. *Response to the reply* Nadia, it's insulting that the reason for the poor quality of work was that I asked for a quick wipe down. That was meant for in the fridge and you didn't even touch that, I can send you photos but I'm sure you know. If I wanted a quick wipe down I would not have paid you and have done it myself. You gave me an estimate and stated that it would take a little longer than 2 hours. You didn't take longer than two hours and charged me at your hourly rate. I did not get a deal from you and if your initial rate was $175 for a deep cleaning you are overcharging because I received several rates much much lower than that. Plus you even admitted that you did not do a deep cleaning so how did I get a deal? The mess you claim, which was not a big mess, and does not excuse the fact that it was a poor cleaning job. Did you see my photos and comments? The counters were not clean and the TV has streaks all over it even the floor wasn't even mopped the night stand wasn't even touched. I even had to ask you to come back and vacuum and you didn't even vacuum everything. I'd prefer not to ask you to come back given that you are giving yourself excuses. This is not my first cleaning experience and you've been the worst so far.

    I'm so sad with how my house looks. I feel like I was robbed of $160. I even tipped each lady $20 each! First off, I should have done a final walk through and I did not. My bad. I shouldn't complain because I neglected to check to work before they left. I'm too trusting. The kitchen was left a mess. See attached pictures. The cupboards were not cleaned at all on the outside. I took a brand new magic eraser and did it myself when they left. It was filthy when I got done you can see how much dirt was left to clean. I requested a deep cleaning, and it was horrible. I can't imagine what a basic cleaning is like. My daughters room was left with toys piled onto the bed, and all they did was the floors. Trash bag was left outside my front door. The glass on my China cabinet wasn't cleaned at all! The only thing I'm happy with is the restrooms. I won't hire them again. I have a 2 year old, and I like my house clean. Now, I have to call and pay another company to do what I already paid this company for. I read the reviews prior to calling, and they don't match the work. Photo's attached. DON'T waste your money! Call someone else. UPDATE: The owner called me after this and offered to come do the cleaning at 11:00 the next day herself. At first I didn't want to bother, but I figured I'd give them an opportunity to redeem themselves. Well, I was here waiting at 11:00.... 11:15 came and nobody showed up or called, so I finally sent a message. 10 minutes later the owner responded saying her kid was sick, and she can show up she will be on her way and arrive 45 min later. At that point I refused the service. The first day they were an hour late, did horrible work, after reading my post decided to contact me, I give them a chance to fix this, and they still couldn't show up on time. Horrible business ethics. I understand kids get sick, but at the very least call and say your going to be late. Don't have me waiting for you, and have me calling asking what's going on. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!

    I needed my kitchen cleaned ASAP. Kelly was here an hour later and did a fantastic job in a neglected kitchen, it looks like new. A+

I've just filed a Yelp claim against this business because there's no point trying to resolve it with someone so unprofessional. I wouldn't be surprised at all to see a vicious comeback from Kiran for my review here! The company sent two workers to my home without notifying me that neither of them spoke English. This created serious communication barriers, and I had to rely on Google Translate just to give basic instructions. One worker appeared to be underage, and the other couldn't even read the simple Spanish instructions I showed her on my phone. They arrived an hour late with minimal tools--certainly not enough for the move-in cleaning I had requested. Instead of addressing the areas that actually needed attention, they wasted time cleaning spaces that were already clean. The older worker couldn't follow even the simplest directions, and I spent most of the time struggling to communicate through Google Translate. The service was nowhere near worth $90/hour. Honestly, how much do you think this business is paying these untrained workers who can't speak English? Do the workers even have work permits to protect themselves from exploitation? When I requested a discount due to their lateness, communication issues, and poor quality of service, Kiran flatly refused. But it didn't end there -- she turned it around immediately and made it seem like I was the problem. Her response, "English is not your first language either. You shouldn't judge people like that." What?? Apparently, paying for workers who can communicate with me and do the job right is too much to ask!! When I said I would leave an honest review, Kiran couldn't wait to insult me with "99% of our customers are smart. They will know you're a difficult customer." Wow! Never would have expected that from someone in customer service! She then complained that I had been texting her all day--when, in reality, she was the one who had to text me to let me know their workers were an hour late! Her text "And you have been texting me all day. I don't think he would've been happy anyways." Who's "he"? Seems Kiran was scared of him being unhappy, and that was her only concern. Their Yelp page is deceptive. They advertise using branded "Got It Maid" vehicles by making it the first picture, but the workers actually arrived in an Uber with no company uniforms and only a few equipment. This is definitely not what I expected from a professional service. This entire experience with Kiran has me questioning whether this business is involved in fraudulent activity or, at the very least, something unethical. Stay away from this business!
