I could not describe to you how incredible our home feels after Floare has been through it. I organized the cleaning on my sisters behalf. Her family was moving out of their apartment and realized cleaning was just a bigger job than they prepared for. Residential Cleaning responded quickly to my service request and were able to come the next day! It took our cleaning lady 8 hours to clean my sisters apartment. It was a 2 bedroom and they lived there for 6 years. It wasn't ridiculously filthy but my sister and her family were there for a while. My house just received a cleaning from Floare. The house was truly cleaned inside out. The idea of deep cleaning really showed through her work. I have had other cleaning services and they were very superficial. At first I thought she will be here for 4 hours or so, but for 1200 sqft home she cleaned an average of 9 hours, which was very impressive considering the detail work she did. They put a hidden camera in our house. We were having this company clean our house every 2 weeks then one day we found a hidden camera in one of our bedrooms. No else else goes into our bedrooms. We left it there to see if after the next appointment the cleaners would take it. Once they left we checked and it was gone. We then called them to let them know we knew they were putting hidden cameras in peoples houses and that we were going to report them and they denied and cussed us out and they hung up on us. read more

OMG, this is just the best cleaning service ever! I contacted Nicole who was amazing with her communication via text. She accommodated me for a move-in clean and scheduled Floare to do the job. They were right on time and Floare worked her behind off to clean out the "cooties" from the previous tenant who had lived there. I used Residential Deep Cleaning for a deep cleaning at our townhome. We are getting ready to sell and we have already moved out of it. Nicole gave me a reasonable quote via DM, but I asked her if she could come by our home to get a finalized quote and go over my concerns on some parts of the home. She was so nice and reassuring! We needed to have deep cleening for our new house urgently... the timing was very tricky because we didn't know exact day we can close the escrow. And the time window we needed for cleaning was very tight. We were going to get a key in the new house on Thursday 4pm and needed to move in on Friday afternoon. Nicole quickly responded and thoroughly explained everything covered in the service at reasonable prices. Our closing date was delayed and we didn't encounter any issues rescheduling. Nicole and Floare arrived on time for our cleaning appointment to do a complete initial walk through. Floare worked tirelessly the entire day and worked magic on an excessively dirty place.
