This business is NOT A JOKE…read more I don't know how else to say it, but in essence, this service brought in an army of professional cleaners and organizers and completely rejuvenated my house. The amount of detail and effort was unbelievably heroic. They cleaned the ceilings, walls, every crevice, disassembled/cleaned/reassembled my kitchen appliances, moved everything, scrubbed everything, turned the entire house upside down and did a total restoration. My stove was cleaned to the best of my ability, but after they did their magic, the years of baked on oil and grime were erased completely. They recaulked the bathrooms and touched up the paint on the cabinets. What! Toilets were cleaned amazingly well even the inside of the tanks. They completely renewed the house. As a result it feels new. There's so much less dust now overall. We didn't have a neglected or dirty house in the first place, but they went so far above and beyond what we were capable of. It's astonishing. Do not hesitate to engage with this company. Total professionals. Unreal results and they've clearly made a science out of this. These are not janitors or Housekeepers, though you could get them to maintain the place. These are professionals who are highly trained and passionate about what they do. I went back and provided screenshots showing that I did request a deep cleaning from the beginning. Rather than taking responsibility or offering a reasonable resolution, I was told that the two cleaners sent were their "best cleaners" and that there just wasn't enough time. My issue isn't with the cleaners personally--it's that if a deep cleaning couldn't be completed in the time scheduled, that should have been communicated upfront instead of leaving the job incomplete. I would have appreciated accountability and a solution rather than excuses. Based on my experience, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have cleaned my bathrooms claiming false information. That I haven't . Took them 2 hours to do 2 showers. I should have stayed and watched what was being done with the time. I said it had not been professionally cleaned in that time, which is very different. My bathrooms and kitchen have been cleaned regularly by me. Suggesting my home went five years without being cleaned is simply not true. I also specifically requested a deep cleaning of my kitchen and two bathrooms before booking the appointment. If two cleaners could not complete that work in the scheduled time, that should have been communicated before or during the appointment--not after the service was finished and paid for. My disappointment is not that my home wasn't made perfect in two hours. It's that there were still obvious areas with visible buildup and grime left behind, as shown in the photos I uploaded immediately after the service. Those photos were taken after the cleaners left and accurately reflect the quality of the work I received. Rather than acknowledging the areas that were missed or offering a reasonable resolution, your response places the blame on my home while including statements that are not accurate. I believe future customers deserve to know both my experience and the company's response so they can make an informed decision. My photos speak quite clearly and loudly about the poor quality of their work. In one photo, the bottom left corner of my kitchen countertop was left with a spiderweb and dead little spiders, showing their lack of thoroughness. Another photo shows the sliding door section between my living room and patio, which I had specifically requested to be washed thoroughly, but it was clearly neglected. I was not trying to pay less per hour; I was willing to pay for a quality service.
