I used the move-in cleaning service. For most part, they cleaned well. I did spot areas that weren't cleaned, such as small part of the blind, the bottom part inside the washing machine, and one small tray inside the fridge. I guess you can't expect things to be 100% cleaned. The cleaners were nice and reliable. So, ultimately, I still got the value I got for a lot of the house being cleaned up before I moved in. read more

With all the good reviews I decided to give this business a try. I sent a request for a quote through Yelp and received a response quickly. The quote was a ball park with a range of about $50. I was told when the cleaners arrived the would assess the condition and I would receive a call from the business manager on the price. Once the cleaning team of 2 arrived they asked me what areas were important and where I wanted them to start. I asked them if they were going to assess the home first so I could get an exact price and they didn't understand what I was talking about. They called their manager and I needed to speak to him on the phone to get the price worked out. Of course it was in the middle of the original estimate even though the cleaning crew told me my house was pretty clean. They got underway in cleaning and I checked up on them from time to time. They seemed to be doing a pretty good job and asked me to check things from time to time. So maybe it's my fault that I didn't notice they missed a lot before they left and I told them everything looked good. After they left I noticed a lot of cobwebs up along the ceilings and dust in certain places. So I know in the future I'll have to do a better job of checking the work, but should I really have too? I did pay for a deep cleaning.... Also they don't clean grout on tile floors and you'll need to hire someone else for that. UPDATE: Immediately after posting this review the business contacted me. They offered to send a team out to fix any issues I had. Since I had already cleaned the areas they missed a partial refund was offered and accepted. It's nice to see that the company is responsive and stands behind their work. I probably should have reached out to them first about the issues before posting a review so that they had an opportunity to fix them first. read more

I tried to book a deep cleaning for my home with another company and they had to cancel on me last minute due to the cleaner having a family emergency. I was trying to get my home cleaned before a deadline, and the original company was unable to schedule me within the timeframe I needed. I contacted Jaycee Cleaning on Yelp and they responded quickly to my inquiries and were able to book me at the time I needed at very short notice. Daniel and another lady came to clean my home and they were here for over an hour longer than I paid for, but the company didn't charge me extra. You could tell they were kind, contentious, and detail oriented. They made my day. They got all of the little nooks and crannies, and just did a great job. They do not accept payment by credit card without extra fees, but they do accept Apple Pay, cash or credit. That was the only thing that wasn't explicitly stated upfront. Save your money and go somewhere else. I specifically hired a "luxury" cleaning service because I wanted luxury services. I paid $355 for some guy to come in, mop, clean my bathroom, wash my dishes, and disorganize all my stuff. He didn't even make my bed properly. I dont blame the guy cleaning though, that dude just simply is not a cleaner. I hired this service thinking Id get professionals come in with their own tools and products.. maybe he got a few but he used my trash bags and soap? Every other service I've hired (which charges you half of what these guys charge you) at least bring their own stuff. They really make it seem like someone is gonna pull up to your house with a crew and all these tools to provide the "luxury" service but they dont and on top of that have an insane cancellation fee. I hate to clean, maybe because I was the eldest child and had to do it for my family. I was in deep funk and letting my condo go to crap. I finally decided to do something about it and hired Jaycee. I specifically wanted a couple to do it, because it was a LOT. I also told them they can stay longer if they needed the time. I got home after the cleaning and immediately noticed my condo looked bigger and shiny. They worked their butts off. I LOVE my condo now. If you need cleaning please employ these people. This company is fast! They responded to my inquiry within 5 minutes and I was able to set up an appointment to have my bathroom cleaned right away. They came earlier than their expected time of arrival (I was actually the one a few minutes late), I even received a text and call beforehand to remind me, and they finished in only one hour. I should've taken before and after pics. I'mcurrently renting this house and it was never cleaned before I moved in. It looks great now! I'm no longer embarrassed for guests to see my bathroom. When we booked the service, were told over the phone we will have cleaning team of at least two people instead we got one very unmotivated and non communicative cleaner. We had to ask him way to many questions in order to get basic idea of the entire cleaning process which was super uncomfortable. Bathrooms, window blinds and floors were cleaned ok, but everything else was cleaned very mediocre or not cleaned at all. Some of the places where we found thick dust was inside the walk in closet top shelves, on top of the window frames & doors. We also pointed out to the cleaner to take care of the dust on top of the fridge because it was missed during the cleaning process and in return all we got was "OK I can do that" For the money we paid, we expected way better service and unsupervised personnel who can be trusted to perform and deliver. read more

Jaycee cleaning did a great job with our rental property. We contacted them over the weekend and they had an availability for just two days later. We needed a deep clean as the previous tenant did not maintain the property. Two house cleaners came out and worked non stop. The pricing was fair and they were done very quickly much to our surprise. It only took about 3 1/2-4 hours for a 3 bed 1 bath, 1400 sq ft home. The place was in horrible shape so we were very grateful for their services. I gave 4 stars simply because we thought they would wipe down all the walls but it's okay because we are having them all painted anyway. We will definitely be using their services again very soon! Edit: Changing my initial rating since wall cleaning and was not discussed but rather we assumed it would be done since it was not apart of the original questionnaire provided by Yelp.
