These people are horrible! Not sure about all these positive reviews. We signed up for their services for a couple months during my wife's pregnancy. Their workers were good, this review isn't about them... it's for their manger/owner. We notified them about canceling their service because it became hard having a newborn abs having ppl coming into our home. We were 100% aware of the 30 day cancellation notice. Understandable, their text are as followed. We were advised that billing would AUTOMATICALLY send us to collections(never heard of this). Mind you we are business owners and have 800+ five scores but okay. An hour later we get another text saying we were being sent to collections for not responding within literally an hr. These ppl clearly have not clue how to run a business and have issues. I wish the would send us to collections so we can get attorneys involved. Below are the screenshots of their text messages. STAY AWAY!!! Update... as all other bad reviews they reply " you must have the wrong business". No i do not have the wrong business. I found you on Yelp. 100% sure I have the right business. How about you guys learn how to take a little accountability instead of deflecting the reviews. Pathetic. I will be reporting you guys and leaving a bad review on every platform possible. 2nd update..... so now apparently if you ask for a service to be canceled makes you not a man and means you don't pay your bills. The couple spent 4 hours deep cleaning my bathroom and kitchen when I was injured and stuck in bed. They went out of their way to clean the living room for me and was very respectful with my things. They left me with an empty dishwasher, trash out, floors and baseboards clean, and all of my stainless steel appliances polished. Definitely would use again! read more

From start to finish this company was awesome. I requested a quote for a deep clean using Yelp and within the hour it was received. Very responsive, and was able to accommodate my schedule. I received a confirmation the morning of and a phone call prior to the appointment time to confirm what services will be rendered. The crew came early (as requested, if available) I had to finish some work from home for a majority of the time they spent. Overall I think the two employees did a great job and were very friendly. ~$5 a sqft I feel is a reasonable price. For the final walkthrough to check their work they immediately fixed what I had pointed out without any "backlash" or excuse. If later on I find a negative, I will update my post but as of right now I recommend their services and will consider using them on a regular basis. I needed a deep cleaning in my father's living area as he is currently receiving chemotherapy treatments and we're preparing a safe and clean living environment for when he recovers. I needed someone to schedule with quickly and do a job I knew I could trust. I have used them in the past at my own apartment, and they were fantastic. Scheduling was a breeze, and the quality of work is very great. They get a lot done in a short amount of time, which is also very much appreciated! The two cleaners that came were very friendly and very sweet with my dog who has a tendency to get very excited when meeting new people, which I very much appreciate. I had requested a deep clean and was disappointed when only one person showed up and he complained about the Knick knacks I had on my dresser and kitchen countertop being a lot for him to have to move so I had to do it. I got a super quick response from Jonathan with a very reasonable estimate to clean the whole house on the day I asked for. On the morning of my appointment, I got a confirmation text. First of all I needed a super last minute clean for my studio. We spent majority of the weekend moving out and into our new home and I just did not have the energy or sanity to clean for move out inspection. I called in morning of and asked if they could squeeze me in knowing it's the end of the month, the owner was very kind and understanding and made it a point to fit me into the calendar. He sent Eugenia and she took maybe two full hours to clean; she was extremely thorough and cleaned everything to a sparkle including my linoleum kitchen floor which has proved to be nearly impossible to keep clean. I will specifically ask for Gina again when I need a cleaning for our new home. This company really exceeded my expectations and then some... I needed my home deep cleaned. Due to circumstances beyond our control there were areas of the home that had not received any love for quite some time. My partner was traveling and I decided returning to a clean home would be a nice early bday gift for him. I contacted this company hoping they had availability to come out that weekend. I received a quick response and reserving an appointment time/date was quick and easy. I appreciate that the company requests information by phone the day of an appointment to ask if there are areas of the home that should be prioritized. I also appreciate that someone is available by phone during the appointment for questions or concerns. The 2 employees (Jose & Ana) that cleaned my home are kind, professional, and efficient. We moved in with some appliances left by previous owners, the appliances look nicer now than before we moved in. The price for services (what is included) were discussed ahead of time as well. I am currently on disability and could not afford any surprise costs. I was informed prior to the appointment what services would cost extra. I don't know about the prices for scheduling routine consistent appointments. I intend to request that information when I'm off disability because I know it would alleviate a lot of stress maintaining our home. read more
