The main priority for me was the restroom to be cleaned and I'm glad they did a great job taking off the dry water stains on the glass door. We were looking for a cleaning service for my parents' home and saw good reviews for Montebianco. I emailed a few initial questions and then we called and scheduled a few weeks ago for them to come clean today at 1pm, both verbally on a phone call and via text where both myself and my mother texted our address and time to confirm the appt. Then today at the scheduled time, no one shows up. We have to call and apparently they're not coming due to the previous manager not putting in our appointment, and now they will come on Tuesday instead. This is unprofessional. They didn't offer any type of credit or customer service for the inconvenience. I would appreciate if they did something to rectify their mistake and if they need to reschedule, they should be giving clients a heads up, not making clients call when they don't show up at the scheduled time. My mother is still thinking about giving them a chance on Tuesday but we're not sure that she should. I will update this review based on how this pans out. Update: They explained that an employee had a personal situation that was part of why the booking didn't go through. I wanted to respond to the comment left on this review saying we didn't provide an address because we did so I sent a message through Yelp with the screenshot. I was asking because I wanted to understand what happened to ensure it doesn't again but apparently on the posting of the review, the owner got offended and decided not to service our home. Definitely an odd experience and I would assume people want to keep customers happy so not sure what happened here but it seems I dodged a bullet. Note that I cannot speak to their cleaning quality since they didn't service our home. This review is based on the pre-communication. All the best to the company. I have been using their services for a year now, and probably only once that I noticed that it wasn't thorough. After I mentioned it to Daniel our contact person, he offered for them to come back and go through what they missed the first time. Half of the time that they cleaned I was there and they asked me if I was satisfied with their cleaning. A big shoutout to Dorina and Mary for being thorough this last time we had our cleaning. They barely brought any cleaning products with them. They were chatting and joking around instead of working when I called to tell him my concerns those were his exact words "I don't care to make my clients happy" He claimed the house was very dirty is it a joke or what I'm not going to call his service if the house is clean. This guy is extremely unprofessional and irrelevant. Avoid this company at all cause. He is a scammer not only they charge you hourly almost $100 their people will take forever to clean the house so you actually end up spending $500-$800. When I ask his crew to show me the cleaning products, I literally have more products at home than them. They barely had a vacuum cleaner, and a low priced mop which barely work. They literally spend four hours cleaning just a small area. When you called this guy, he said he doesn't care about his client or to make them happy. I immediately terminated the service. I can't believe all these good reviews. He must have paid someone to write those. Please don't believe this company or this guy he is a liar and will rip you every hour. Found these guys on the Nextdoor app. Booked them for a deep cleaning on a Thursday at 1pm. After no one showed up by 1:30pm, figured I'd call them. The guy I spoke to said sorry, we mixed up the day, we have you down for Friday. I get things happen but a courtesy heads up would've been nice, especially since they were the ones who messaged me with the scheduled date and time. So anyway, things got off to a bumpy start. The cleaners came the next day and did an okay job. Not the deep cleaning I expected. Window panes, mantle, room fans were all still pretty dusty. They did however do a pretty good job on the bathrooms, until we discovered one of our toilets was clogged afterwards. Not sure if they flushed a bunch of their cleaning things or whatever down our toilet but our toilet flushes really slow now. Pros: Clean bathrooms, clean counters, cleaners were nice. Cons: No notification for schedule change, too many areas left dusty for a "deep cleaning," clogged toilet, poor communication and accountability. --------------------------------------------------- *UPDATE* Received a call back. They offered to clean the dusty areas at no extra charge. I appreciated the call and the customer service. My wife and I would consider giving these guys another chance if the need came up. read more

This company badly scratched my brand new stainless steel microwave in my brand new remodeled home. They tried to scrub off remnants of a sticker (because it was brand new) and left scratches from the sponge they used. They admitted to removing the sticker but denied scratching it. They refused to give me any kind of compensation and said I need to have video proof of them doing it in order for them to refund me. I didn't think I would need security cameras to not have my $400 brand new microwave ruined. On top of that, the owner was very rude and said he doesn't care if I leave a bad review because no one is going to read it anyway. Update: the owner replied to this and is trying to claim I didn't book through Yelp and he doesn't know who I am. I booked through Thumbtack and he knows exactly who I am. I'm so happy that I found this cleaning service. The staff is super friendly, very efficient and extremely reliable. My husband and I both work 50+ hours a week and we are beat by the time we get home. We also have a very healthy and curious 2 year old that loves to keep mom and pops busy with cleaning up. This cleaning service is great. I've been using them for about 9 months now, they are reliable and efficient. They tend to have reasonable availability, most other companies I had to schedule weeks in advance to be put on the schedule. They do a thorough cleaning and will move items off counter to clean but best if area is decluttered so they can spend most of their time cleaning vs moving things. I tend to request Yolanda because she is familiar with my home and how I like it cleaned but all the ladies that have come to my house have done a great job. read more

They also fit me into the schedule the same week and the cleaning crew was right on time. I showed them the rooms and my concerns and they got right to work. Finally found a cleaning company that actually cleans. They respond quickly and always accommodate to my schedule. They do an amazing deep clean and when they are done they ask you to check. For example the first time they came my ceiling fans were extremely dirty. When I did the final walk through I notice they were still dirty and as well the bathroom mirror wasn't wiped down. I made them aware and they clean the issue. They were kind and friendly about it . So if you are dissatisfied about there work they are more than willing to fix the issue. They always make you do a walk through after there done cleaning to make sure are satisfied. Thanks to there amazing staff my apartment are always cleaned. They leave my fridge spotless from the inside.
