Just had the crew in to steam clean most of my house due to a Giardia infestation! They showed up on time, understood what was required, worked quickly and efficiently and asked for me to approve their work on the carpets and upholstered furniture before leaving. These old carpets, chairs and couches look and smell way better than before, the price was reasonable and the next lab report should come back negative for Giardia, hopefully. Highly recommended. read more

Used multiple times and always the best and prompt and reasonable pricing and they don't soak the carpets so it dries reasonably fast!

Found this company on Yelp and couldn't be happier! They responded quickly and booked me for the very next day. Eduardo arrived as promised (11:30 AM for a 11-12pm window) and was ready to work. I was really impressed by the professionalism--he used floor and shoe protectors right away. He did a thorough job spraying and cleaning the couch, and the customer service was exceptional throughout. I'll definitely be using them again! read more

This is the second time we hired Estrada's Carpet Cleaning and once again- 6 years later they provided exceptional service. We are so happy with the results and the price is so fair compared to other quotes we were getting. The communication was excellent, they arrived on time and the cleaning was super efficient. For us there is really no other option if you need carpet or upholstery cleaning in the North OC, East Whittier area. read more

Great service, as always! This is my third time hiring them and they never disappoint. Eduardo and Gerardo have been the crew coming out for the past three years, which I really appreciate--it's nice knowing exactly who to expect, and they're always professional, friendly, and on time. Their attention to detail really stands out. Every time they clean our carpets and couches, I'm reminded that I should probably have them come more often because everything looks so fresh. They've also cleaned my mom's house, including her tile and grout, and did an amazing job there too. On top of that, whenever I reach out to book an appointment, they're very accommodating and quick to respond--usually able to fit me in the same week, which is a huge plus. Highly recommend! read more

Amazing! I contacted Rodrigo for carpet cleaning and he was able to schedule service for me the same day. Eduardo and Gerardo actually came and performed the cleaning. They did such an amazing job. The rooms were on the 3rd floor of my townhome and they were able to clean no problem with their equipment. I had a big dark stain in one of the rooms (room 1 in photos) from where my dog always laid and they were able to get it out. The carpet was very dry afterwards too! They use a biodegradable cleaner for their steam cleaning process. They were efficient and professional. His price was also very fair. Very satisfied with our cleaning! read more

Amazing service they came on time as promised and they were super professional lined the area and made sure there is no damage to the corners brought in their equipment an was done in about 45 min for two bedrooms. My mother in laws place we didn't want to move all the beds but they were able to get around the big furniture and honestly it's the walkway that needed the most attention. Turned out way better than if we attempted to do ourselves. This carpet hasn't been cleaned since it was installed so 10 years and it came out looking new! read more

I recently used Estradas Carpet Cleaning Service for the second time. They are my go-to going forward. The service is too notch, starting the moment they answer the phone. Courteous, prompt, efficient. Priced extremely fair, especially when compared to those large independent franchises. No upsell whatsoever. A refreshing change. read more

Rodrigo is so responsive. Called them Wednesday and his guys came Thursday afternoon. I Showed him the apartment via FaceTime and gave me a reasonable rate. Gerardo and Armando arrived on time, very professional and efficient. They finished shampooing/steaming a 550 sq ft apartment in an hour and a half and removed the stains and gunk. I will call them again and won't hesitate to recommend them for carpet cleaning. They sent me an invoice by email and I paid via Venmo. read more

I can't say enough good things about this carpet cleaning service. They did an outstanding job -- the carpets look amazing. We ran into an unexpected issue with the water at the house, and instead of giving up or rushing through it, he handled it with total professionalism. He actually left, came back with water, and made sure the job was completed just in time for the tenants to move in. That level of dedication is rare. He was punctual, respectful, very professional, and on top of that bilingual, which was incredibly helpful and appreciated. You can tell he truly cares about doing things right and taking care of his clients. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for quality work and great service. I'll definitely be using him again! read more

They did a great job deep cleaning carpet. Good communication with owner who sent a text for a heads up before they arrived. The 2 guys worked quickly and were finished within 2 hours - they did an amazing job and the carpet looks brand new again (saved me from having to spend thousands to replace with hardwood). It's my 2nd time using them in the last 2 years (they did stretching and cleaning last time and did great as well). Price was in the ballpark of 4 other quotes I got for the job. I plan to use them again and would recommend them to anyone else. read more

A huge thank you to Estrada's Carpet Cleaning We had an unexpected toilet overflow in our classroom and needed the carpets cleaned right away so they wouldn't get ruined or start to smell. After calling around to several places and getting turned down for same-day service, we were so relieved when Estrada's answered. Ricardo, Eduardo and whole crew - You Rock!! making our appointment was a breeze. Eduardo and crew came on time and did a fantastic job cleaning our carpet. Eduardo was very helpful in answering other questions about tiled floor maintenance. They but up bumpers around corners and railings so the hoses did not chaff or scratch anything, towels beneath the stairs to catch any moisture - in short they did a fantastic job. I was very impressed with their setup and professionalism. I highly recommend Estradas Carpeting! (ps - they do floor tile and hardwood flooring cleaning as well!) read more
