The rooms were on the 3rd floor of my townhome and they were able to clean no problem with their equipment. I had a big dark stain in one of the rooms (room 1 in photos) from where my dog always laid and they were able to get it out. The carpet was very dry afterwards too! Amazing service they came on time as promised and they were super professional lined the area and made sure there is no damage to the corners brought in their equipment an was done in about 45 min for two bedrooms. My mother in laws place we didn't want to move all the beds but they were able to get around the big furniture and honestly it's the walkway that needed the most attention. They said there was alot of hair, I have a double coated Shiba Inu, I told him I would give him extra becuase of the hair and I did. I read in some of the reviews that the company made furniture look like new. That was not my experience. During the cleaning process, I had to point out stains that I mentioned before they begun that were still there. The young man attended to them and got them out but most of the couch needed more attention. I believe that it did not recieve that attention and parts of it still look dirty. They did great on the carpet but not on the couch. I realize the couch was was a difficult job....thats why I paid extra but I expected better results. read more
