Floriberto did a great job on our rental property. Though the flat rate was competitive, it did costs a little extra because of carpeted square footage. Overall very pleased. He was very responsive to communications and showed up on time. It took about 2 1/2 to 3 hours to finish all the carpet. He removed all the stains and gave directions on how to properly air out the carpets. I highly recommend him for future carpet cleaning. What can I say?! IM SUPER HAPPY!!! We are slowly moving into the property starting today. I made a last minute call yesterday to Floriberto with a request to clean the carpets in 3 rooms. Though the carpets needed to be replaced, with the job that Floriberto did, it gave us another 6 months to a year to replace the carpets. Times are hard now, and costs are high for everything. Floriberto did such a phenomenal job--from super dirty carpet, to move-in condition. It was such a HUGE difference. On top of that, his cost was reasonable, but I also included a reasonable tip since my husband and I were very happy. I HIGHLY recommend PRO-QUALITY CARPET CARE who is in need of his services.
