Floriberto did a great job on our rental property. Though the flat rate was competitive, it did costs a little extra because of carpeted square footage. Overall very pleased. He was very responsive to communications and showed up on time. It took about 2 1/2 to 3 hours to finish all the carpet. He removed all the stains and gave directions on how to properly air out the carpets. I highly recommend him for future carpet cleaning. I will definitely use on my own house in the near future. read more

Pro-Quality Carpet Care saved my rugs! My new puppy developed an allergy on her feet to grass in June and began to use our living room and bedroom rugs as her new potty pads.... Thankfully, we got her on medication for the allergy, and she is back to being a happy dog, but my poor silk and synthetic rugs were disgusting despite spot cleaning. Pro-Quality Carpet Care had great prices, and they were easy to communicate with and schedule cleaning. Floriberto was thorough and got my rugs cleaned and deodorized. I would post pictures since their work was so great, but the before photos were gross and embarrassing. I highly recommend their services! read more

Guys showed up on time. Price was as quoted. Did a great job. Will use them again... more frequently. read more

Floriberto did an amazing job cleaning my white couch and the carpet on my stairs. I couldn't be any happier with the results! He was punctual, very easy to communicate with, and scheduling the appointment was simple. I really appreciated that he was able to give me an accurate quote just from the pictures I sent. His pricing was very fair and significantly better than anyone else I contacted. The quality of his work speaks for itself. So much so that he's now cleaning my parents' and my grandpa's house as well. I highly recommend Floriberto to anyone looking for professional, reliable, and top-quality cleaning services. Amazing work! read more

I didn't use the service. Because our seller decided to do carpet cleaning for us. However, the interaction with this business was very professional, very friendly and prompt. I'm keeping his information so that if I need his service, I will definitely use it. read more

Floriberto was immediate, efficient, professional, and does amazing work! Thank you for doing a great job on our 3-story carpets! I also referred this business to my parents for their condo carpeted stairs. read more

Nothing but positive feedback. Very responsive. Reasonable price. I received a quote within the hour, I was able to book a service. Isidro did the service, arrived on time and was done within the time he estimated, roughly an hour. I was moving out of a condo on 3rd floor. Isidro was able to park close enough to the unit, but did say he can also attach the hose to my sink focet. That was a problem with other companies they didn't have a work around I'd their hose didn't reach. All was good. Highly recommend. read more

I checked around and Pro Quality Carpet Cleaning had the BEST price. I initially just had my living room carpet cleaned. They did such a FANTASTIC job getting out all the stains! I called them back the following week to clean the upholstery on my kitchen chairs and to deep clean my shower. Everything came out looking like new! I can't say enough about what a quality company this is, and what a thorough job they did! The owner is friendly and is excellent at communicating and scheduling convenient times. And their prices are very reasonable! HIGGLY RECOMMEND!!! read more

Floriberto and his son did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets for such a reasonable price. Will definitely use them again.

My carpets needed cleaning asap and these guys had the right price and came fast. I was so happy with their service. They came on a rainy day even and paid extra care to keep it clean. They even left us booties while the carpet dried. This was great! Already sent their info to many of my friends. read more

I recently moved into a new apt and my corgi peed on the carpet (of course). I tried to clean it myself with a hoover carpet cleaner but somehow it ended up just spreading it around and making it worse. Thankfully Isidro and Jesus from pro-quality were amazing at cleaning the place! They even got under the bed, couches, and even moved my plants around to get all the corners. Really appreciate their hard work and the place smells great now. Thank you! read more

We will definitely be using them again! read more

Made the appointment with Pro Quality but they weren't Pro's nor show us any quality. Buyer beware they will schedule an appointment with you and then send someone else or company to do the job. When I requested Pro Quality to just come by and see the terrible job..... they were to busy and could careless of my disatisfied experience with the job they delegated to somebody else. Terrible customer service. Avoid this happening to yourself at all costs. Because you'll be throwing money away. Pro Quality had an opportunity to make it right but they didn't. I never give bad reviews on Yelp until my experience with PQ!! read more

What can I say?! IM SUPER HAPPY!!! We are slowly moving into the property starting today. I made a last minute call yesterday to Floriberto with a request to clean the carpets in 3 rooms. Though the carpets needed to be replaced, with the job that Floriberto did, it gave us another 6 months to a year to replace the carpets. Times are hard now, and costs are high for everything. Floriberto did such a phenomenal job--from super dirty carpet, to move-in condition. It was such a HUGE difference. On top of that, his cost was reasonable, but I also included a reasonable tip since my husband and I were very happy. I HIGHLY recommend PRO-QUALITY CARPET CARE who is in need of his services. He is very kind, professional and knowledgeable. You would NOT be disappointed. And FYI, he's into WWE and he is a fan of Roman Reign! HA! Sorry I don't have the before and after pics, but I am a TRULY SATISFIED customer. Will be calling him for all of our carpet cleaning needs and will refer him to ALL! May God continue to bless you and your business, Floriberto! read more
