Floriberto did a great job on our rental property. Though the flat rate was competitive, it did costs a little extra because of carpeted square footage. Overall very pleased. He was very responsive to communications and showed up on time. It took about 2 1/2 to 3 hours to finish all the carpet. He removed all the stains and gave directions on how to properly air out the carpets. I highly recommend him for future carpet cleaning. Made the appointment with Pro Quality but they weren't Pro's nor show us any quality. Buyer beware they will schedule an appointment with you and then send someone else or company to do the job. When I requested Pro Quality to just come by and see the terrible job..... they were to busy and could careless of my disatisfied experience with the job they delegated to somebody else. What can I say?! IM SUPER HAPPY!!! We are slowly moving into the property starting today. I made a last minute call yesterday to Floriberto with a request to clean the carpets in 3 rooms. Though the carpets needed to be replaced, with the job that Floriberto did, it gave us another 6 months to a year to replace the carpets. Times are hard now, and costs are high for everything. Floriberto did such a phenomenal job--from super dirty carpet, to move-in condition. It was such a HUGE difference.
