Floriberto did a great job on our rental property. Though the flat rate was competitive, it did costs a little extra because of carpeted square footage. Overall very pleased. He was very responsive to communications and showed up on time. It took about 2 1/2 to 3 hours to finish all the carpet. He removed all the stains and gave directions on how to properly air out the carpets. I highly recommend him for future carpet cleaning. Isidro was able to park close enough to the unit, but did say he can also attach the hose to my sink focet. When I requested Pro Quality to just come by and see the terrible job..... they were to busy and could careless of my disatisfied experience with the job they delegated to somebody else. Terrible customer service. Avoid this happening to yourself at all costs. Because you'll be throwing money away. Pro Quality had an opportunity to make it right but they didn't.
