My real estate agent suggested this company to do our carpets before listing our home for sale. The person answering the phone was very helpful and clear about pricing and scheduling. We were able to get someone to come in within the next couple of days! The cleaner was very friendly and explained everything. The carpets came out great and were a very reasonable price! They beat all over quotes I received by a large amount. Very happy with the service from them and will recommend and use them again! read more

Last minute call worked out well. I have a rental home in Cerritos that needed carpets cleaned before the new tenants moved in but after the painters were done. It was difficult to coordinate timing. I called and they fit me in same day service, were very nice, fast, and did a great job. They cleaned 1400 sq ft of carpet and the cost was $400. Thank you read more

So this family owned business saved my new couch today and made my day. I just moved into a new condo and bought all new furniture that was delivered Sunday. I came home from work to find that my dog had pooped on the new couch and it was literally un-fixable, smelled and I had not even made my first payment on my brand new beautiful couch. I went onto my Apple Maps and entered "nearest carpet cleaner"....I called the number and Kellean (David Day the owners wife) answered. Reminding you this is at around 5:30pm in the afternoon. I told her the above story and she told me that since a house visit would have a minimum service charge and she didn't want me to have to pay that she invited me to her home as long as I could bring the couch cushion over in my car. I agreed to this and when I got there I was greeted by both Kellean and her husband David. David came and looked at the damaged poopy cushion and pillow in my car trunk and went to work. In less than 5 minutes he was done. I asked Kellean if she had change for $100 and she said, "no don't even worry about it...sometimes you have to do nice things for other people." I even offered her gift cards I had on me because I so desperately wanted to give back to these kind people that made my couch look new again out of the kindness of their heart. I feel like unfortunately it is more and more rare to come across special people like David and Killeen who really take pride in their work and are not just in business for the money. David even went to the length of telling me about the product he was using and how it was safe for my dog and hypoallergenic etc., unlike so many other products. You can tell he takes so much pride in his work and wanted to make sure I was happy with what he did. If I win the lotto I am sending them a check just for being so wonderfully kind to me and helping me when I really needed it. Day-N-Nite Carpet Cleaning are my people for life!!!! I will refer everyone to them. read more

I have been getting my carpets cleaned in different homes I have lived in for approximately 30 years. I have used the name brand steam cleaners to local steam carpet cleaning businesses. With 5 kids, their friends and various pets we really can do a number on our carpets to say the least. I thought I would give Day-N-Nite a try because some relatives had used them and had nothing but good things to say. I am so glad I did! It has now been a few years that I have been using them for steam cleaning our carpet at a very competitive price and will not use anyone else! The owner, Dave, is the steam cleaning carpet guru and has been in the business for years! I feel so comfortable with Dave in our home that I could leave him alone there and never worry. He also cleaned the tile and grout in my kitchen. It looked new again! read more

Dave and his team are the best. If you want honest professional work this is the company you want to hire. My carpets look great, the upholstery is better than I could have imagined. Only thing I regret is not calling sooner. I have him come regularly and I couldn't be happier with his work. read more

I have used Dave for over ten years. He does an amazing job and his prices are fair. You do have to schedule in advance so there have been times when I have used others because Dave could not come as quick as I wanted and I was sorry I did. The spots in the carpet came back - thats the big difference. He explained to me that it is the equipment he has invested in - I guess thats why he's so busy! Now I plan ahead like I did today and I get him on the schedule. read more

I got referred to Day N Nite from a friend who recently got his carpet cleaned. He raved about what a great job David did and how the carpet looked better than new. So I called the number and booked an appointment. David arrived on time and was extremely friendly and personable. He took the time to walk me through exactly what he would be doing, how he would be doing it, and why he would be doing it that way. I was extremely impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. I took my wife and family out of the house for a couple of hours and was absolutely amazed when I got back. He did such an amazing job. Stains that my kiddos had made were gone! Ok, maybe I contributed to a few, too :) The carpet was better than I had ever remembered it being. Besides just looking cleaner, I asked him, "Why does it feel like the carpet is so much fluffier and softer?" He explained to me that it was kind of like the hair on your head. After a while the oils and dirt and stuff weigh the hair down and make it feel matted. So when you shampoo your hair, it gets rid of all that stuff and makes it feel all better and fuller. He made the analogy to carpet and how all the oils from my feet and the dirt we track in over time just mat the carpet down. And when he cleaned it, he made the fibers clean and they were able to stand up straight again. My feet are loving it! And it made perfect sense. So now we plan to use David from Day N Night on a regular basis and will never use anyone else! I've never received such outstanding customer service! Thank you!!! read more

My carpet is 14 years old, but still in good shape. I've had it cleaned several times over the years, trying a different company each time. I was usually disappointed. Either the trouble spots returned very soon after, it took DAYS to dry, or the tools used were obviously old. I was referred to Day-N-Night Carpet Cleaning. What a relief! They were prompt, professional and the powerful van- mounted machinery was impressive. David even educated me on how to spot clean properly in between cleanings to help prevent most spots from returning. I will not let any other company touch my carpets again. read more
