I called Jeremy to get a quote and he explained to me the multiple problems in getting the carpet cleaned and told me it would be easier and cheaper to replace the carpet. He went above and beyond by giving me a referral to a carpet installer to see if the carpet can be pieced by carpet that was leftover from the original installation. I really appreciate Jeremy's honesty in telling me the best way to solve my problem. I will definitely keep his number handy for when I need anything deep cleaned.

Marco is the kindest, most professional, punctual, and communicative person I've ever worked with. I was able to get a next day in person quote (quick process) and then schedule a next day carpet/rug/couch deep clean. I also scheduled an additional appointment for him to come back the following week to clean the tile and grout in our showers. Not only did he show up the exact minute my appointment was for, he managed to get both services done the same day so we didn't have to have him come back.
