I m very pleased with the results of their work. All Points actually has exceeded my expectations. We have white carpet on the 2nd floor in all the bedrooms, hallways and the stairs and also we have a puppy who peed, pooped and threw up on it for 8 months. The carpet looked awful, there was a smell in the house that I couldn't stand and we were ready to change the carpet but decided to give it one last chance. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw almost perfectly white carpet again only after an hour of guys work. They did a special treatment for the urine spots so the carpet got a new life and the house smells fresher. Pricing was fair, guys were on time and very nice. They even left me a bottle of a spot treatment for future dog accidents which I used next day as my dog had a diarrhea next day after carpet cleaning (of course ). Again, it worked so we enjoy or white carpet once again and looking forward to our appointment in 6 months ! Several months ago I rented a carpet shampooer from a major hardware store chain to clean a few small shoe track marks. It turned out to be a big disaster as the track marks expanded even worse after shampooing. (see the before photo). My neighbor is a frequent Chem-Dry customer and got their phone number. Hubby emailed and called this place to get a quote. Apparently, they call forward the company number to a cell phone during off hours to make sure they get your call. So, I would suggest not making very early or very late night phone calls. We had to reschedule twice, but they were very accommodating each time. Alfonso was the tech that eventually came out on our appointed day. He was 5 minutes early (I love it when people are prompt!), greeted me with a smile, asked to check out the scope of the work, accepted it, and went to get his equipment. He worked from the top floor to the bottom, making sure that he didn't miss anything along the way. Very thorough. There was definitely a difference in the carpet shade after he was done, so I'm happy! The only thing that was odd was that one of the bedrooms was still wet, 36 hours later. However, this was a bedroom that didn't have any windows open, and is not hit by direct sunlight. It took another day to dry, but be aware that you should definitely provide ventilation to help with the carpet drying! read more

I thought I was a good customer, but turns out that's not the case. After a few successful cleanings over a three years, I brought back a rug with cat urine on it before Thanksgiving... Owner gal said no problem but it would take a week or so and it would be ready then. I called and asked if it was ready and she said yes, come pick it up. Upon arrival she tells me that her son smelled the rug and there was no cat pee, no smell so they wouldn't charge me the $100, and not even charge me at all ($40) because I was such a good customer. Well... They never touched the rug. It sat there for 2 plus weeks and she then lies to me about it being cleaned when they never f*cking touched it! I am updating my review because I found out there was a miscommunication between all points chemdry and myself. I did get a call from them after my cleaning but I cannot say it was a day, I believe it was closer to an hour or so after they left and of course it looked ok then, blotchy but not nearly as bad as it did before. I called a week or so afterward to tell them the spots were all back and I thought I left a message, but apparently I called the wrong number because they say they never got my message. Based on talking with the owner, I believe them. When I posted my first bad review, I did get a call. They really went above and beyond to try to make me happy. The owner came this morning and recleaned the traffic areas and made a commitment to keep on cleaning it until the spots stop reappearing. Mind you, I found out that when we, non carpet cleaning types, try to spot clean our carpets we use the wrong stuff and that is what brings those spots back I'm told. They don't take out lip stick stains...they charge 149 but let unclean areas around our very small room. We had a basket that easily pulled out. But they don't bother to move things that can be moved to clean like they said they would. Seemed very rushed...didn't clean the carpet around the corners as I wanted them too for that price. This price is for 1-2 rooms. If you just have one room they still charge you this price. Person that came out didn't move a simple item in order to clean underneath then lied and said we told him not too?!. When complained company owner said the technician only got good reviews...okay.
