Excellent service. Carpets really come out clean and owner is very communicative and polite. I won't go anywhere else.

We are so happy with our service. The couches and rug look great. . Patty helped schedule an appointment very quickly. The charge for the cleaning was very fair. We requested to have two large couches and a rug cleaned. The gentleman who came to do the service really took care of our walls by protecting the corners with plastic guards. Our couches look brand new. We will definitely use this company in the future! Thank you All points Chem - Dry read more

My review is a little in coming, but I wanted to make sure that I gave a shout out to All Points Chem-Dry and Jesus, who cleaned the carpets throughout our house back in July. He was fast, thorough and offered to come back if there was anything he missed. Our carpets, which are a very light color, LOOKED GREAT, so no need for that. But it was nice to know that he would have come back if we needed it. We also received a very nice, handwritten note from the owners Robert & Patty Rodriguez thanking us "for the opportunity to be of service." What business does that these days? NO ONE! I LOVED this added personal touch. I highly recommend All Points Chem-Dry. Jo Bandy La Habra Heights, CA read more

I used these cleaners last year to clean two very large area rugs and they came back looking brand new. Today I had my family room sofa and a chair cleaned. Jessie did a great job: on time, no mess in my house, efficient, friendly, and excellent work. I highly recommend this company. read more

Several months ago I rented a carpet shampooer from a major hardware store chain to clean a few small shoe track marks. It turned out to be a big disaster as the track marks expanded even worse after shampooing. (see the before photo). My neighbor is a frequent Chem-Dry customer and got their phone number. I promptly made an appointment with Patty and the following week technician Jesse arrived and proceeded to clean and remove the stains! (see after photo). I was amazed the 23 yr old carpet looks knew again. The tech did a great job and explained rental carpet machines do not have enough suction to draw all the water and debris up. read more

I have been using All Points Chem-Dry for a few years now. They are always on time, courteous and do a fantastic job. I highly recommend!

Called Chem Dry to clean 2 large area rugs and they responded with a couple of days, picked up rugs and return them just a few days later. I highly recommend them for these reasons, they are extremely professional from the phone contact person to the pickup and delivery to the service provided. My rugs look incredible and am looking forward to using this company when it is time to have my sofas cleaned. They are definitely worth the cost which I thout was fair. read more

They gave me the most exacting price: asking about stairs, closets, etc. Everyone else was very general. A very good job overall. One exception was an area missed - but I blame myself more than Jose - and when I asked for a re-do, Patty was happy to get the job to perfection (without argument). The service was excellent. I would use them again! read more

These folks are top notch. From the initial call with Patty to the finished product they were great. Bobby and Eddie showed up on time, listened to our concerns and got the job done. I have had mu carpets cleaned a LOT but this may be the cleanest they have been. The two took their time, went over the heavily soiled areas over and over until they were clean..no wham, bam, thank you ma'am here! They did a great job and I will definitely use them again. To top it off, Patty took the time to follow up afterwards to make sure we were happy! Thank you, All Points read more

Used this local business for carpet and upholstery cleaning before moving into our new home in Brea. Very responsible local company with great customer service. They were especially careful to protect corners and floors of my home from the hoses leading to their truck. Would recommend and use again! read more

We had our carpets, area rugs, and sectional cleaned in May. Everyone at this business is professionals and did a great job from Patty who I made my appointment with, to the woman who verified the appointment the day before, to Alfonso who did the actual cleaning and was thorough, to the follow up phone call making sure all was done according to our wishes. I highly recommend All Points Chem Dry. Thanks to everyone! read more

I had my carpets cleaned by Bobby. He did a great job, gave me a reasonable quote for an area rug, was, quick and clean. I will definitely use this company again. read more

All points chem - dry did a great job for us ask for Eduardo he really is a hard worker .

Hubby emailed and called this place to get a quote. Apparently, they call forward the company number to a cell phone during off hours to make sure they get your call. So, I would suggest not making very early or very late night phone calls. We had to reschedule twice, but they were very accommodating each time. Alfonso was the tech that eventually came out on our appointed day. He was 5 minutes early (I love it when people are prompt!), greeted me with a smile, asked to check out the scope of the work, accepted it, and went to get his equipment. He worked from the top floor to the bottom, making sure that he didn't miss anything along the way. Very thorough. There was definitely a difference in the carpet shade after he was done, so I'm happy! The only thing that was odd was that one of the bedrooms was still wet, 36 hours later. However, this was a bedroom that didn't have any windows open, and is not hit by direct sunlight. It took another day to dry, but be aware that you should definitely provide ventilation to help with the carpet drying! read more

*Repeat Customer For Life!* Just purchased a new house and desperately needed a trustworthy carpet, tile, and grout cleaning company. After speaking to several companies I found Chem Dry! Rob and his crew arrived 10 minutes early did a professional walk through and gave me an honest quite an opinion. The price was extremely fair for the amount of work Rob did. The real surprise came from the end product! The carpets looked super clean and it was a night and day difference! They were not soaked like most carpet cleaning companies would leave your carpet like a swap. The smell of dirty old man was gone and the PERT treatment that they used lifted stains and smell right out. I was so impressed I had Rob also do my kitchen and bathroom tile floor. The grout came back to its original color and the tile looked like a completely different color it was so clean. I then had him do my garage floor as well and BOOM the materials and product he used brought the linoleum back to life. This saved me a ton of money in not having to replace the carpet, linoleum, and regrout the tile! I would highly recommend Rob and Chem Dry and have set up a maintenance cleaning plan since I'm totally satisfied with their service!!! A++++++ read more

We live in the San Gabriel Valley and have had ChemDry All Points clean our carpets a few times to our complete satisfaction every time. The owner, Patty, sent Bobby (the carpet and tile floor specialist). Bobby explained everything thoroughly and how long to stay off the carpets. He reviewed the quote that Patty gave us over the phone and added on a few additional items we wanted cleaned. We had a final quote in hand before he proceeded with the job. The results were remarkable; he is thorough and there were no missed spots. ChemDry is a very effective cleaning method and won't leave significant wetness in the carpets. The carpets were dry by the following morning. Pricing is competitive. They are reliable, consistent, and responsive to any call you make to them. They will value you as a long-time customer. You will get your money's worth. Bobby assured us that if there were any problems after everything dried, they would follow-up. They stand behind their work. BTW: there were no problems afterward and no need to get back to them until the next time we need our carpets cleaned read more

I am updating my review because I found out there was a miscommunication between all points chemdry and myself. I did get a call from them after my cleaning but I cannot say it was a day, I believe it was closer to an hour or so after they left and of course it looked ok then, blotchy but not nearly as bad as it did before. I called a week or so afterward to tell them the spots were all back and I thought I left a message, but apparently I called the wrong number because they say they never got my message. Based on talking with the owner, I believe them. When I posted my first bad review, I did get a call. They really went above and beyond to try to make me happy. The owner came this morning and recleaned the traffic areas and made a commitment to keep on cleaning it until the spots stop reappearing. Mind you, I found out that when we, non carpet cleaning types, try to spot clean our carpets we use the wrong stuff and that is what brings those spots back I'm told. So I'm giving them 5 stars for effort and customer service! read more

Very professional and friendly service! They cleaned my entire home floors starting with my porcelain tile floors with deep grout. The floors look amazing!!! I am so happy with the results. I also had them clean my carpet on the stairs and hall that had a lot of traffic area staining. The carpet now looks like new. We have an intricate living room rug that they took back to their office and cleaned for us, it too looks so beautiful! I would highly recommend All points Chem-Dry! read more

I thought I was a good customer, but turns out that's not the case. After a few successful cleanings over a three years, I brought back a rug with cat urine on it before Thanksgiving... Owner gal said no problem but it would take a week or so and it would be ready then. I called and asked if it was ready and she said yes, come pick it up. Upon arrival she tells me that her son smelled the rug and there was no cat pee, no smell so they wouldn't charge me the $100, and not even charge me at all ($40) because I was such a good customer. Well... They never touched the rug. It sat there for 2 plus weeks and she then lies to me about it being cleaned when they never f*cking touched it! I thought this owner/woman was a bit goofy from visiting before but turns out she's a liar. Hope you read this. You insulted my intelligence, broke my trust and wasted my time! Happy F*ing Holidays! read more

They don't take out lip stick stains...they charge 149 but let unclean areas around our very small room. We had a basket that easily pulled out. But they don't bother to move things that can be moved to clean like they said they would. Seemed very rushed...didn't clean the carpet around the corners as I wanted them too for that price. This price is for 1-2 rooms. If you just have one room they still charge you this price. Person that came out didn't move a simple item in order to clean underneath then lied and said we told him not too?!. When complained company owner said the technician only got good reviews...okay. Wouldn't recommend. read more
