Greg's Carpet Cleaning really helped us out! We called them with a tight timeline for getting our large couch cleaned ahead of staging our home. We had previously called a corporate place who quoted us $150 and then tried to slam us with a $500 revised quote once they arrived to our home. It was criminal! When I spoke to Robert, he said unfortunately, our experience is a common bait and switch and vowed to help us, despite our tight timeline! Robert gave us an approximate quote over the phone after seeing a photo of our sofa, and it matched what we ultimately paid upon the completion of the service. The technicians, who came out two days later, were wonderful. Our couch looks brand new, I was floored! Clearly, we should have called Greg's Carpet Cleaning, a family owned business, in the first place. We are so grateful for them! read more

They did an amazing job on the two recliners that they cleaned and also did a wonderful job on our area rug. And the price was great. Thank you so much! read more

Crew came on time, did what was agreed upon, noticed when carpet dried there were a couple of "dirty water" pooling spots on the carpet where there hadn't been a spot before (looked like some of the dirty water had leaked out some how) Took care of it myself with carpet cleaner because it was only on the surface. These were NOT areas where something on the padding underneath was brought back up to the surface with the cleaning. read more

My carpet looks brand new again and feels so soft under my feet! Booking the appointment was simple, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Robert manages the phone calls. He was very prompt in returning my message. The young men (Travis & Elijah) who came to clean were very polite and efficient. After arrival I asked if they could clean extra carpets and they did without complaint. They didn't charge me for one of the extra runners. After the service I had another question I texted Robert about and he called me to answer the question. Thank you for the service. read more

Wow!!! I would recommend Greg's carpeting to every one! Ronald and Nathan did an excellent job on our upholstery! The greatest transformation was our white tile in our kitchen. Ronald and the gentleman with him were very professional, kind, knowledgeable, and respectful.

I have been a customer for almost 20 years and always receive excellent service. Recently, I had them clean my downstairs carpet, and for the first time the kitchen and bathroom tile floors and the transformation of the kitchen tiles was amazing. I couldn't help but keep staring at the floor. The tile floor was spotless and as beautiful as the first day we moved in here 24 years ago. The team was on time, efficient and friendly. They took their time and great pride in their work and I will continue to be a loyal customer. Linda Schmidt read more

I received stellar service from Greg's Carpet Cleaning, specifically Travis and Rick, when we had our carpets and couches cleaned recently. Our carpets and couches had been sorely neglected during the pandemic. Our ivory carpet was dark grey in high-traffic areas, and our couches had stubborn spots that just wouldn't budge. Travis and Rick were realistic about what could be accomplished due to the sorry state my carpets and couches were in, and then went to work. Thanks to their hard work, my 10+- and 15+ year-old carpet and couches looked almost new. All I can say is, "Wow!" You can tell the Greg's Carpet Cleaning team takes great pride in their work. Service like this is why we will continue to be customers for many years to come. Thank you! read more

Ronald was my technician that helped clean my stained upholstered bar stool. He was very professional and quick and friendly. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable! Travis and Nathan did an amazing job! Very polite and professional. I had my carpet in the Motorhome cleaned by another company and it looked worse when they were finished. The other company would not make it right. I saw Greg's Carpet Cleaning van on Rose in Placentia. I called them. They quoted me a price over the phone. They arrived in a company van with a machine in the van, unlike the other company with a small portable unit in the back seat of a car. Ronald and Nate were very professional and very pleasant to work with. They spent a lot of time. When done the carpet looked great. This was on July 28, 2021. Today is August 3 and it still looks great. I would recommend Greg's Carpet cleaning to anyone and remember to ask for Ronald and Nate. read more

We book for them to come between 11am to 1am , When they arrive the son of the owner tells us they can't do it because he has a dentist appointment and needs to take a flight after . Something they could't tell us over the phone but said he wanted to see how big the job. Apparently it was too big for his time window , Worse of all that I had to empty my salt water fish tank so they can clean the carpet in that area . Now my fish are in a tub for no reason. This company is bad for business. No call from "My dad" the owner to explain . I don't recommend this family owned business. UPDATE: My wife spoke with the owner of business. He was very apologetic and he made it right. read more

They've been cleaning our carpet annually for the past 3 years! I love their work and look forward to them coming. They're very responsive and do a fantastic job. I trust them to come into my home when I am not even there. They're quick, too! I've referred them to my parents and they too, have been very happy with their work and professionalism! read more

Not only does Gregs clean carpets, tile and upholstery, they also clean dryer vents! Massive amounts of lint can accumulate, creating a fire hazard. Also a clogged vent will decrease the efficiency of a dryer. Ronald and Nate did an excellent, efficient job of cleaning the vent. Always exceed my expectations. read more

Moving is always stressful and so is moving into a new house. I just wanted a deep clean of the carpets before I moved my family and Ronald and Nathan went above and beyond! They got out a bunch of stains that I didn't believe was possible to remove and they were able to get all the embedded pet hair out of the carpets. They were kind, swift and professional. I could not have asked for a better experience. Those two genuinely made my stressful day a lot less stressful. Their professionalism and hark work is truly beyond expectation. read more

Just had my carpet cleaned by Ronnie & Nathen and I can't say enough about the exceptional service and quality of their work. I've had my carpet cleaned every 6 months due to having kids and a small dog that likes to have "accidents" on our carpeted area. Ronnie and Nathan listened to my concerns about having an after smell of my pet's urine that lingers and hot spots of areas that I felt the last person that cleaned my carpet missed. After about an hour and a half of them cleaning and concentrating on the spots I addressed, I can hands down say I can see and smell the difference. The equipment they used was not the normal "wand" that others have used. They actually had a heavy duty machine that looked like a lawnmower that cleaned and sucked all the dirt out. I am beyond happy with the service and the outcome to a much cleaner and smelling carpet. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again!! read more
