On the appointed day Juan arrived at the exact reserved time, ready to begin work. He vacuumed the entire wall-to-wall area, cleaned our second story carpets, then cleaned the first story. Not only did I contact them last minute but our customer needed the work performed during premium time hours (10 pm). The owner, Juan was very thorough explaining charges & possible scenarios with the work to be performed.
