Extremely satisfied. Juan did exactly what he said he was going to do, and more. 1. He showed up on time 2. He didn't rush. He worked hard, took his time and made the 10 year old carpet look brand new. 3. His price was very fair. 4. He works clean, takes great care of your property. If you're looking for a professional job, there is no other company we'd recommend. Thank you Juan! read more

This is the first time we've used Xllnt Carpet Care, and we are favorably impressed. Firstly, we easily obtained a prompt appointment, and Juan contacted us to confirm the day prior. On the appointed day Juan arrived at the exact reserved time, ready to begin work. He vacuumed the entire wall-to-wall area, cleaned our second story carpets, then cleaned the first story. Two of our rooms were quite dirty, but all the carpet is fresh and clean. Our previous cleaners couldn't quite get one of the rooms clean, but Xllnt Carpet Care worked extra hard and nailed it! We won't think twice to use them again. Great job, and wonderful attitude. See the attached "before" and "after" photos; what a difference! read more

I needed a last minute carpet cleaning for my employer & I called Xllnt carpet care. Not only did I contact them last minute but our customer needed the work performed during premium time hours (10 pm). The owner, Juan was very thorough explaining charges & possible scenarios with the work to be performed. Juan was available to do this work during premium time hours and his rates were extremely reasonable. I also called 3 other companies in the area (to obtain competitive bids) 2 of them did not respond to premium time hours and the other was VERY expensive. In addition to all of the above, Juan emailed me the very next morning with an update and photos so I could provide to our client. The professionalism and fast service was greatly appreciated. My employer and our client are VERY happy with Xllnt Carpet Cares work! I highly recommend their work, service, rates & response time was outstanding! read more

I'd had my large 8'x9' area shag rug in storage for months after having it in my apartment living room for a few years and had never had it cleaned since I bought it. I moved into a new apartment and I was about to throw the rug out and just buy a new one at the thought of all the dirt and stains and dust that had just sat there accumulating for so long, but I found Xllnt Carpet Care here on Yelp and thought I'd give them a try after reading such great reviews. I'm so glad I did!! I called Juan, the owner, and he gave me a quote right over the phone. We were able to book an appointment the very same week and at a very reasonable price! He was able to salvage and and do a great job cleaning my shag rug and saved me hundreds of dollars that would've been spent on a new rug -- and all in just 1 hour! Juan is very friendly, professional and was nice enough to give me some tips on how to upkeep this type of rug. I will for sure be recommending him to all my friends and family and suggest you give him a call if you're in need of carpet or rug cleaning!! Thanks Juan!! read more
