I rarely need carpet cleaning services but when I do, Limpia is my go to company. First, scheduling the service was easy and hassle free. Next, they confirmed the appt the day before and showed up on time which is critical for me. I've hired other companies that show up late and don't ever bother to call. As for the cleaning service, they were efficient and effective. They left my office impeccable and tidy, the way I like it. I highly recommend Limpia Carpet to anyone looking to spruce up their carpet or tile! read more

STEER AWAY!!! They claim to do a "final walkthrough" to go over everything they did and trust me they are EXPENSIVE. They never did a final walkthrough with me and charged over $3500 for a home cleaning and the house was still dirty. Porcelain tiles and grout were still dirty and they completely ghosted me. Super unethical and businesses like this need to be shut down! I paid for another business to perform and they were more cost effective and were communicative I will be reporting them to BBB AND Consumer Financial Bureau Protection and my lawyer will be contacting them to have my money returned. read more

Canceled day of after being very late. I had an employee waiting for an hour to open up the unit. Waste of money for me. Unfortunately I cannot speak to their cleaning ability. Was relying on this so I could list my unit. Very stressful and they did not answer any calls after canceling. read more

Mr. Limpia did a fantastic job cleaning cubicles at our new office. Their fabric panels were filthy after a recent move. Ivan was honest and professional throughout the process. As you can see in the before and after photos, Ivan and Abraham did a very good job. Also they give you an appointment window that is already manageable, but then they narrow the window. We are business owners and we knew exactly when to come hone. Biggest issues before cleaning was the area with heavy foot traffic and a nail polish stain. Both areas are clean now! Great job. I highly recommend this company! read more

Do NOT hire for service!!!!!!!!!!!!! He was scheduled to do some work at my residence and he showed up late. He then came inside the house, took a look at the job, said he was going to get his equipment from outside and never came back. Blocked my number and never returned. I don't know who does business like this but it is VERY unprofessional. I do not recommend him to anyone and advise strongly for anyone else who reads this to not as well. I am very upset, disappointed and outraged by the unprofessionalism. Therefore I will be looking further into this matter. read more

I don't leave reviews unless they're warranted. Ivan was professional and responsive. After finding an opening for my job request he was communicative and on time. I have a 40+ year old Ethan Allan couch from a relative that is very special to me. To have it in my home is very special after generations of family have lived on it. It was definitely soiled but I was hopeful to keep it original. Ivan was very honest about the risk, after doing a test and it passing he used his technique to ensure no damage. It came out beautiful, clean and ready for this generation. He also cleaned a chair and ottoman that I acquired from an estate sale making it fresh and clean, like new AND on the fly I asked him to do an area rug while he was at it that our fur babies had done their business on. Very reasonable pricing and worth it for someone who knows their specialty. Thank you Ivan! Very grateful!!! read more

This is a little late but I had to make the time to say how pleased I was with this service. At the beginning of the year an old friend recommended Ivan, I had an apartment that desperately needed the carpet cleaned. I mean the carpet was disgusting! Ivan was very flexible with time. He even offered to pick up and drop off the key to the apartment while he worked on it since I was a bit busy. He sent me updates and pictures. I was so surprised at how clean it looked, I seriously thought this carpet was a lost cause and that I would have to replace it all together. Ivan and his team did a great job. I definitely recommend this service. Pricing was very reasonable too! Thank you again Ivan and team! read more

Fantastic company! We had our couch, a couple of chairs and a nursing chair with lots of dust, stains, and cat hair and Ivan made them look like new. He works fast and is thorough! What can I say? Ivan and his team are top notch professionals. I was thinking my carpet would be too dirty to clean, but Ivan and his team did an amazing job. They came in and cleaned the carpet thoroughly and professionally. He has professional quality equipment that can get the job done. He also went out of his way to clean my sliding patio door entry so that my carpet would stay clean longer. Now that's going the extra mile! They are definitely my go-to for cleaning moving forward. It had been about 4 years since I moved into my condo and after neglecting the carpets (and sadly, even the upholstery), three years with a very hairy Golden Retriever with an affinity for dirt, and one nasty situation with her getting into something that made her stomach very very unhappy while she was at home alone all day I decided to give Ivan over at Limpia a call. He and I had met on an airplane, funny enough, and got to talking. I really liked his ethics and the passion by which he talked about his business. I could really tell that he was a really straight shooter, trustworthy, and would the right guy for the job. He cleaned 2 bedrooms, cleaned the grout in 2 bathrooms, cleaned area rugs, AND steam cleaned my (XL) sectional sofa. All I can say is wow. First off, Ivan and his team alone were worth it. Easy to communicate. Easy to get the quotes, all digital. Easy to pay. Doing business with him was easy. And he was THOROUGH. Like, very very thorough. As in, took the care to get all of my sectional and the very hard to reach corners of the rooms. He and his team were extremely punctual, gave me a text heads-up when he was on his way, setting the right expectations. They worked HARD for several hours. I actually was able to leave and get some errands done and I was completely comfortable leaving him in my home as they worked. I will definitely be using them again for any needs in the future and I would highly recommend you at LEAST give him the chance to earn your business. You won't be disappointed. read more

To say that we are pleased with the finished work is an UNDERSTATEMENT. We were beyond surprised and pleased with how fantastic the carpet looked. The carpets in our office looked newer than they did when we first moved into our office space. The carpets also felt softer. I actually felt giddy from how amazing it looked. Ivan was extremely professional. He stopped by and gave us an estimate and evaluated. He asked about our foot traffic and was very knowledgeable in answering our questions. He arrived on time and left everything even better than when he started. He was reasonably priced. If I could give him more than five starts I would. If you are looking for a carpet cleaner - LOOK NO FURTHER - give Limpia Carpet Care a call. Great job Ivan. You will be getting all of my business from now on. Thank YOU. read more

Wow wow wow. My carpets and upholstery look amazing. I feel Yelp reviews are important because if it wasn't for the reviews others left before mine I would of never given Limpia a chance. From the scheduling to the end result everything was 5 star rating. Ivan is great at what he does. Although he was driving when I called, he pulled over and took my information and booked my appointment. None of this voice mail and we will call you back blah blah many other companies have going on. Ivan arrived ready and also very professional. His work is detailed and prices are great for quality of work done. You can tell he takes pride in his business and quality of work to leave you satisfied. I had a total of 5 carpet rooms and one piece of furniture and it all looks great. I also appreciate that he was honest about a stain my furniture already had and was not able to remove with an explanation why it cannot be removed. I already knew it wouldn't be removed, but I had not mentioned it as I forgot and he was honest to mention. He is trustworthy, I didn't want to be in his way so my family and I left for a few hours and allowed him to do what he was here to do alone and never once felt like that was a bad idea. For all the work completed his price cannot be matched. Great services and great prices. I will definitely be calling Limpia in a year from now for another carpet cleaning. Thank You Ivan for ALL your hard work and great job. You kicked ass. read more

I'll begin with sharing I have a 2 year old & a 5 year old and if your a parent you know that as dark of a color you purchase your furniture or even carpets to conceal they're endless messes even when we up keep them it's inevitable. We have had our couches for about 3 years now and our kitchen nook sofas for about 5 years and the amount of spills and ware they have had has been endless. So this is where Limpia Carpet stepped in. Mr Limpia himself - no job is to small and no job is too big - He gave us back our sofa couches & cushions as if they were brand new like when we first bought them. I'm amazed at the end result! He was efficient with his time, super friendly, and professional. He even was kind enough towards the end and helped clean up the cushions on my old nursing rocking chair. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LIMPIA CARPETS, use their services and prepare to be IMPRESSED! read more

Ivan and Limpia Carpet Care are amazing. I originally posted to Nextdoor looking for a recommendation and after several people wrote recommending Limpia (and then reading the reviews on Yelp), I decided to give them a try. I was nervous because the only other time I've hired a company to steam clean a sofa, it was a terrible experience on every level. This was the total opposite and I am over the moon with the results. The owner Ivan was very responsive, straight forward and pleasant from beginning to end. His quote was half what I got from another company and he promised there'd be no hidden costs, surprises or up-selling. He was true to his word. We had two sectionals cleaned, one of which was on the older side and had been badly cleaned the last time and I thought those stains would never come out. Both sofas look new! I can't believe it. Ivan and his helper/cousin Abraham were so very thorough (and just lovely human beings). They even cleaned all the throw pillows AND the rug under one couch AND the entire carpet under the other one at no additional charge. I can't recommend them more highly. One thing to note: Even though they're based in Anaheim, they do come out to LA/Eastside regularly, so don't hesitate to give them a call. They're truly fantastic. read more

Ivan really knows what he's doing and he does it with such gusto and excellence! I paid him more than he charged, because he deserved it. He worked long and hard on my in law's filthy carpet and made it look really good. I had no idea it was possible to look that good. He has become my new favorite carpet cleaner for myself and anybody who asks me. Also, he showed up for the estimate right away and was punctual for the cleaning itself. A very likeable guy to boot. read more

Once again, Yelp came through! I attempted to clean my own carpet and it didn't go as I expected. I decided I'll leave it to the professionals and started my Yelp search. I sent a few messages requesting quotes, six quote requests to be exact. Limpia Carpet Care quickly responded with a quote. Their prices were reasonable and the most affordable (compared to other quotes). Limpia Carpet Care was punctual, friendly, and offers high quality service. Our carpet looks and smells amazingly clean. They also offer high quality power washing for outdoor areas of the home (e.g. overhang, pavement). Check out the before and after photo of our overhang. We will definitely be giving them a call back in the months to come. read more

Just wanted to add a few words for Ivan and his company Limpia Carpet Care. Ivan was recommended by a neighbor for carpet cleaning services. I talked to several other companies to get an estimate. Ivan's estimate was very affordable, so I decided to hire him to clean my whole house. His van arrived on time and he started immediately. Our carpets had not been professionally cleaned in a while and with grandkids running around, you get the picture. After 5.5 hours, my houses looks and feels clean. I am very happy I decided to go with Ivan. Give them a try, family owned, his dad started the business and passed it on to Ivan. read more

They went the extra mile and worked with me to offer a cleaning package within my budget for a three story house. They always responded promptly and never flaked on promised appointments. Thyley value your time. For the cleaning, they moved objects and furniture out of the way in order to clean. They did a great job cleaning including carpet cleaning and wiping down baseboards. You could tell they went above and beyond to satisfy the customer and leave your home clean. You definitely regret hiring them- read more

Amazing from the very first point of contact. The owner was quick to respond and answered all of my questions in a friendly and timely manner. There was an extreme time constraint and he was willing to work with me to ensure that my carpets could be cleaned as quickly as possible. When my appointment came, he showed up on time and immediately got to work. The results were absolutely fantastic. The carpets ended up looking better than new. Ivan and his crew did a great job with our home. It was a bit of a tight schedule prepping for San open house, but they were able to stay a liittke later in the evening to get everything done.
