Mike at Dirt Busters did an amazing job cleaning our carpets. Confirmed the appointment the date before. Texted an ETA the morning of. And our white carpets look brand new! Would definitely use Dirt Busters again! read more

Hired the team for deep cleaning (I mean, very deep cleaning!) The team did a fabulous job with the cleaning...very thorough and got all the corners! Mike came next day for carpet cleaning and tile and grout cleaning. WOW! Felt like a new space! Mike is very prompt with communication and so easy to work with Very accommodating with change in schedule. Definitely will have them again! read more

Dirt Busters delivers yet again! This is my second time using Dirt Buster's. Mike got me on the schedule within a week of me reaching out and kept me posted on his arrival which I greatly appreciate. He walked through the house with my needs and gave me a price before he got started. I had two pee stains for. My puppy so we reviewed how they may or may not come out based on the padding and offered to come back if they come up (sometimes happens after a cleaning). I'm so happy with them and they're the only company I will use. No harsh chemical smells on my beautiful carpets. Thank you, Mike!!! read more

I've used Dirt Busters for years now. Mike is wonderful to deal with and always friendly. And as the daughter of someone who served in the Air Force, I wholeheartedly support vets. Plus my carpets and floors are super clean! And all for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend. read more

Have been using this company for so many years now. At one point I did try to look another service, but always went back to Dirt Busters. We love Ana's and Teresa's team. They both never disappoint and always take their time to finish the full house and focused to finish the job in time. Do not hesitate and book them. The administration team is also on point and will always respond back as soon as you message them to handle the booking task. read more

We had a move out cleaning done after my daughter and her college roommate's moved out of their house. Anna and the gentleman that helped her were fantastic. The house was typical of what you would expect after college students move out. We had a limited budget and time constraints and they had the house and appliances sparkling. In fact, it was definitely cleaner than when the house was given to us. Thank you for an easy process and and excellent job!! read more

The cleaning was OK, just ok. I have used this service a few times, but the last time they were here will definitely be the last time. They spent the first hour in the back room talking about a personal issue. Then when I mentioned the 3 hour max I had arranged with the person on the phone, they started to do the work a little faster, but left many things undone or improperly done. They tried to sneak out the door without saying goodbye, but I caught them and gave a tip. I should've checked their work prior to tipping them. Very disappointed. I am disabled and an occasional cleaning is very helpful, but I am not satisfied with the completion of the job. read more

I had a great experience with Mike and his team from Dirtbusters. They were very flexible with my post-construction cleaning and went above and beyond. They moved furniture to reach tough spots and took great care of my house. Mike and his crew even stayed late on a Friday night to finish the job, which took many hours. Thanks to them, I can finally relax and enjoy my weekend. Highly recommend! read more

Always there when I need them! Thanks DirtBusters! I don't have a weekly cleaning crew but can always call when I've had remodeling or painting for a whole house clean. The crew always does an amazing job! read more

The staff who do the cleaning are very efficient and competent. They do an excellent job and always check in, so you can double check everything before they leave. My house always feels exceptionally clean after they are done. Our house was so dusty, it feels amazing now. I did miss two things that weren't done exceptionally well, but that's on me when I went to double check. They would have absolutely come back and fix it. read more

Anna did a phenomenal job cleaning my house! She pays attention to detail, and cleans areas I don't think about. She is well worth every penny!!! Love Dirtbusters! read more

5 stars for value and quality of service for the price. I used Dirt Busters and their response was quick. I usually do these types of requests last minute and they were able to accommodate same week service. Wiping down my kitchen appliances was not an extra like so many other places out there. We have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath and I requested focus on the bathrooms and kitchen/living space. It was one cleaner who came out and did it all in 3hrs. She made a noticeable difference and I was very pleased with the results. She even cleaned all of our dishes. read more

I've used Dirt Busters for over a year now. Mercedes is always quick to respond, professional, and able to get cleaners scheduled for me efficiently. We both commute, work full-time, one of us is in grad school, and we have pets. It's become increasingly difficult to find time to deep clean and stay on top of the dogs shedding (even with the Roomba!). The staff of Dirt Busters always do a good job and we come home to a spotless home. We recently used Dirt Busters for couch cleaning and they did a very nice job. Our much loved couch looks brand new! I'll be using them for carpet cleaning soon and am confident they will do a great job. read more

I called and asked for a deep clean to tackle areas that are not usually cleaned. We have a wonderful lady who comes and cleans our house weekly and she takes care of all usual cleaning tasks. I let them know this information. I specified that I wanted the baseboards, inside windows, outside cabinets, and any areas that you would normally clean in a deep clean addressed. Not a surface-level clean. They said this was no problem. They showed up and it seemed fine at first. I tried to tell them where to clean and they cleaned the specific areas I pointed to when explaining, but didn't apply that to the rest of the house. They left after 3.5 hours and on the surface it looked ok. I received an invoice for 4 full hours and brought up the discrepancy. They said they would adjust it, but put through a charge on my card for the full, erroneous amount anyways. I started to look through my house in areas I had asked them to clean, but didn't specifically point out with my finger. They were not cleaned at all!! I am beyond disappointed in the quality of the job and feel taken advantage of. I was very clear that I did not want a surface-level cleaning and they confirmed they could do the deep clean. This was anything but a deep clean. They failed to deliver the service they contracted for. Edit to add: When I brought it to their attention and sent them many pictures of the shortcomings in every room in my house, they told me that they had before and after pictures of the oven and stovetop vent that showed my house was cleaned. They did not ask permission to take these pictures of my house. They told me this was industry standard, but did not mention this on arrival. I would not have hired them in the first place if I had known they would take pictures without informing me. They told me they would issue a full refund, which they did for the overcharged amount. However, they then reinitiated the charge today. I have not yet seen the new charge refunded. read more

Highly recommend! Efficient. Friendly. A tremendous value. Had a super heavy duty cleaning job and Dirt Busters was up to the task. Will definitely be using them again real soon. read more

Very organized and communicative process: I got texts and emails for my carpet cleaning appointment after I called to schedule one. I also received a text when they were driving over and when they arrived. I even received an email right after they were finished! Alejandro and his coworker worked really hard and efficiently while being friendly at the same time. They finished carpet cleaning my 2nd story apartment in about an hour and 15 minutes. I had a bedroom, hallway, living/dining room vacuumed, liquid soap spray, soap bar scrub and steamer cleaned which was really thorough (quoted for $140). Most carpet cleaners only use the steamer after spraying soap. They wore masks and booties too. Great work all around and would recommend. read more

Amazing cleaning job done by the crew of Dirt Busters. They made my home wonderfully clean from top to bottom and inside and out. I couldn't be more pleased with the result after weeks of dust and grime due to demoing floors and painting the entire house. Hire them... you'll love the results. Mike runs a top notch service!! read more

Thank you so much. Everything was great as always! The team was great, on time and friendly. Always so flexible with schedul.

I hired a move out cleaning on a tiny one bedroom apt $300 woof. They didn't touch the inside of the oven, caked on grease wow, and argued about the bathroom ceiling fan saying it was clean,... you tell me does it look clean in the pictures. They threw away my soap dish without explaining why, and said they would replace, I'm still waiting. Wife watched them stand around at $100/hour chatting mostly and they did a terrible job. Save your money hire somebody else. JayC read more

Divana and Javier went above and beyond to do an impeccable job for my move-in cleaning service. They washed the exterior and interior windows, cleaned the top of door frames and base boards, wiped down every surface with detail, scraped out hard water stains, and cleaned the interior of the appliances above all else. Nothing went unnoticed. They are very friendly, professional, and wore booties throughout. We also had the carpet cleaned and Ian was great. Dirt Busters was able to coordinate it so that the carpet cleaning immediately followed the housecleaning. Very impressed and would highly recommended this team from Dirt Busters. read more

So after a lengthy estimation questionnaire from Yelp for Move out cleaning, and proving additional details via messages, I chose Dirt Busters because of their high rating. But here is what my experience tells me that those ratings may be bought to push this service. Mike contacted me estimated $320 for move out for 4 hours, 2 people crew. Which was inline with other service providers who also responded my messages. After two rounds of telephone conversation we agreed to proceed. Gave me 2 hour window 10-12pm and told me crew will reach out on the appointment day. First problem: Neither crew or Mike contacted me until I started pinging them. Finally around 12pm I was told that Ana from Dirt Busters will be arriving soon. Then I was told crew is having lunch. Since I had to attend another task, I told crew to go ahead and enter house and start cleaning. Second: I came to check on them around 3:00pm three hours later, at that time they had completed all top floors and left kitchen and read more

I called Dirt Busters in to my home to solve a dirty problem. My roommate walked through fresh tar street slurry and onto the carpet staining a path of footprints to his bedroom. I called The Dirt Busters right away! The "Busters" showed up on time after texting me to keep me in the loop. The friendly crew of two cleaned the offensive footprints quickly and it looked great and it was surprisingly inexpensive! However when it dried the marks still were visible (slightly). I called the "Busters" to ask some questions and they quickly assured me they would do it again until I was satisfied! The touch up was perfect! A job well done and done ..... well with integrity. I will use The Dirt Busters again and I highly recommend them. read more

I have had dirt busters come to clean our house twice now and they have been wonderful! The first time was a deep clean (while I was pregnant) which was a little on the expensive side but worth it. Now that we have a little one we had them come for the 2 hour service with 2 people for $199. They deep cleaned 2 bathrooms and our kitchen, as well as vacuuming and dusting. It's so nice having a clean house in just 2 hours. They are always super polite and stay out of the way. They made sure to wear masks and offered to wear booties. I will definitely be using their service again. Ana and Karina were great read more

We have used Dirt Busters for a while. At first, they were great but we are going to discontinue using them. For months, I have been fighting with them to get the two hours we pay for (for two people, four person hours). Usually, they give us about 1 1/2 hours and sometimes less. Today, they sent three people instead of the usual two. The math works out to 1 1/3 hours for three people (four person hours) but they were here 57 minutes (in the door at 1:17 and out at 2:14). They do the minimum and complain when we ask them to do more to fill even some of the time we have paid them for. If they could properly clean the house in that time, I'd say great, but they always leave dust and dirt. Mercedes the coordinator is very pleasant but I'm tired of the hassle. read more

Mike showed up with a great respect for the priorities at hand, and a few hours later we were blessed to have the air ducts, ventilation, and even difficult to reach surfaces kindly cleaned off from dust!!! The indoor air quality is undoubtedly improved, and I'm grateful for the health concerns to be taken care of. Thank you Mike for showing up with kind attention and thoroughness!! read more

Amazing service, professional, hard working, courteous and very thorough. Mike was a pleasure to work with. Air ducts and dryer ducts desperately needed a deep clean. They were able to get out all the accumulated dust, lint, dirt and everything you don't want blowing into your home. Worth every dollar to get their service done. I thought the price was beyond reasonable for what they delivered. Definitely will recommend for anyone that needs cleaning. read more

***4/30/16 update*** Dirt Busters is the name of their carpet cleaning business now. The house cleaning/maid part of the company is now called "Maid Cleaning OC". Even though it's the same exact people cleaning my house the quality has drastically gone down hill and I cannot recommend this company anymore. I'll leave this review 4 stars which it was when it was Dirt Busters and I'll write a new review of the new cleaning company. **4/30/16 update** I've been using Dirt Busters now for monthly cleaning service for almost a year now and these guys do a fantastic job. A crew of two cleans my 3 bedroom house end to end leaving my house smelling fresh and clean when I get home from work. When you first hire Dirt Busters the owner Mike will check out your house and ask what your highest priorities are. For me, the kitchen and bathrooms are the main priority and then depending on time left they can clean the rest. In the small amount of time they're at my house I'm amazed how much extra stuff they do such as cleaning the window blinds and ceiling fan blades. Cleaning service is hourly so if you want something extra done like the oven or fridge cleaned it's just added to your time, not a specific charge amount. You're given a combination lock box to hang on your door on cleaning days which holds the house key. I'm not giving it 5 stars since I've had a few issues over the year but the customer service cannot get any better. Mike will do whatever it takes to make you happy and if I've been upset about anything he makes it right. You can feel totally comfortable having strangers in your house when you're not home because Mike runs an honest business and he's full of integrity. They'll be keeping my business for years to come. Besides house cleaning they do several other things. I hired Mike to remove the old grout from my master bathroom tile and regrout with a new epoxy type. He was honest and upfront about potential damage that may occur due to it being an older bathroom and he ended up doing a fantastic job. Looks amazing. He also recaulked both bathrooms and my kitchen sink. If you need a single deep cleaning service or a reoccurring service look no further than Dirt Busters! read more

I've used multiple services from Dirt Busters over a few years and my experiences have always been fantastic. First class results, backed up by awesome customer service, reliability and communication. The only thing that I'd ask them to do differently is cover the area I've just moved to... I'm less daunted at finding a new barber than finding a cleaning service that can match Dirt Busters. Use them, you won't regret it. read more

We had been living in an apartment for the last ten years without ever considering the air ducts being dirty. So when my family started getting allergies after cleaning the house, the thought of dirty ducts from seeing pictures started to give me anxiety. I did some research and quoting on Yelp and decided to give Dirt Busters a call. Mike came out with all his equipment; lugged it up to the second floor apratment. He explained the whole process that he would go through after the initial inspection. He wore a mask and booties through the house. So he inspected it and determined that the apartment complex had built it with fiberglass? sheet in the duct so if he ran his machine through it, it would literally shred it into a million fiberglass shards. He used his phone to take pictures to show us. So we couldn't really do anything about it. But since he was already here and I didn't want it to be a dry run for him, he offered to clean our grates and he did so immaculately. It was clean enough to lick. And he gave us great advice on the air filter, gave us some duct tape to seal the gaps between the filter and the housing. He even left us a spray bottle with purple solution, which helped to de-grease whatever we needed to degrease. He answered a lot of my anxiety-driven questions and was pleasant to have in the house for the couple hours or so. We just moved into a new place and I'm considering having Mike come out to professionally clean our carpets and maybe look at the vents, even if it's new construction. read more

Do not hire these people, they are the worst. They came out to my house and did such a horrible job. We had to spend the next Day cleaning the house. When I complained to the owner all he said was we Need to pay him. He did not care how bad the job was, all he cared about was his money. And to make it worse he continued to call me and hound me for the next year to try to collect the money. You would be making a horrible mistake hiring this guy. read more

I just bought a house and wanted my house cleaned thoroughly, and my carpet and floors deep cleaned before I moved in. I communicated through text/email with the owner Mike. He was very responsive. Overall they did a great job. He even cleaned my dirty white kitchen barstools. He also offered to come back in case the house movers left some dirty marks on my floors/carpet. So i took the offer after we moved in, and he sent his crew to clean my house with no extra charge. I am very pleased with the finished work throughout my house. The pricing was reasonable too. Thank you Dirt Busters! read more

Responded very quickly, on time, did a great job, priced reasonably & even great with my big doggo!! Will be using again!

So I almost gave up on my area rug after renting a carpet cleaner from the hardware store and attempting it on my own. After a few attempts at getting the stain out I left to dry in the garage for 2 days to dry and I never was able to get the stains out and now i had a problem with the smell I created. So I called up the dirt busters for a quote and decided to give it one last chance. Am I glad I did. The stains all came out and the smell was nomore. The picture I attached is right after rolling it out and 1 quick vacuum. After a few more vacuums and a few days it is fuller and softer. read more

Could not have been a smoother process. I called to get a quote for a commercial building, concrete deep clean. They were very responsive, I sent pictures of the space, and received a quote in a timely manner. I received reminder notifications for my upcoming appt, and the day of, a text message with an ETA. Once they arrived, they were extremely productive and even finished earlier than expected. Our floors were so dirty from construction, and they now look brand new!!
