Mike Salas is awesome at his work and a really super awesome human! His helper (I believe his name is Anthony) is also excellent...he told me his name, I have forgotten! Both my sectional couch and Karastan area rug look and smell new again! (no odor) The 10x13 rug was picked up, cleaned and returned. I think the mark of a great business is not that unfortunate events don't occur; it's how the business handles unfortunate situations. I had my home deep cleaned recently and couple of my stove burners stopped working due to the degreasing. Apparently this is not uncommon and is self resolved. I contacted Mike, the owner, and he has been so responsive and attentive to the matter. He came to my home the twice after his work to troubleshoot the matter - each time with a smile on his face. Honesty, integrity, and efficiency. What else could you ask for from a company? We have used Dirt Busters for carpet cleaning and to clear an air duct on our dryer. Carpet cleaning was excellent. For the dryer vent they had cleared the air duct in December of last year and there was an issue this March with the airflow sensor indicating blockage. Mike and Diego showed up on time, cleared the blockage from the duct, and the job was complete. When it came time to pay Mike indicated no charge based on the December job. I had some extremely bad dirt embedded within the group of a kitchen floor from past tenants. 10 years of neglect. The guys were on time, organized and went through extra length of hand scrubbing the dirt and grime so their machines could get the grout back to original. They got under the fridge and stove too. They also on the fly said that there were some areas in the carpet with high traffic that needed deeper cleaning for a small extra fee.
