I requested a deep cleaning. They asked me how big my house was and I told them about 1200 sqft. They said it would take two cleaners about 2 1/2 hours to deep clean the house. I knew that the whole house would not get cleaned and it didn't. I was ok with that but the rooms they did clean were not "deep" cleaned. Walls did not get a wipe down either did my light switches or base boards. Ceiling fans and outside of microwave we not wiped clean either. Under couches were not swept... little things that I tought would be included. She did clean the base boards in my small hallway but only because I specifically asked and when I did she stared at me like I was asking for too much and rolled her eyes. Needless to say the rest were not wiped down. They did clean most of my house, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen in the 2 1/2 hours. They told me it would take 5 to deep clean the whole house in the begining when they first arrived. I told her thats fine and just to do the common rooms. So I think it's safe to say they decided to clean most of the house instead of just the common room. And to do a basic clean instead of a deep clean. I ended up doing additional cleaning in the rooms I wanted deep cleaned. Over all they were ok. My house was cleaner but not what I expected. I tipped them 20 bucks because I didn't inspect it before tipping. I thought I would be kinda rude. P.s. one of them text me later asking me if they could clean my house on the side not through the company but for the same price baiscally. This makes me think these employees arent paid well and have zero loyalty to the company. Also, I only requested the cleaning because I had been busy taking care of my husband who had bennin the hospital with burns for the past two weeks. Between being at the hospital all morning and taking of the kids and making home made dinners and then back to the hospital at night, my house was in desperate need of a good cleaning. I will probably not use them again. I gave them 3 read more

This is the first time I have used any type of cleaning service. I called Dirt Busters because they had great reviews. I just had the ceiling fan in my very high stairwell cleaned and Anthony got it done in less than an hour. Fantastic job!! He even vacuumed the landing before he left!! Very professional and courteous, I highly recommend them and will definitely be calling on them for help in the near future. SHOUTOUT TO ANTHONY!! Thank you so much! read more

They did a great job cleaning and only took 2hrs. The price was very affordable which I liked. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the light switches, base boards & corners in the rooms were not cleaned. Perhaps the base boards require a deep cleaning which might have meant a longer time, if that's an option I wish they would have told me when I made the appt over the phone. They were very pleasant & cautious of me being around with my newborn. Overall great job. Next time I book I will request for the baseboards to get cleaned. read more

We have been using Dirt Buster's services for carpet cleaning in our home for two years. They never disappoint us with their professional services. Always on time, clean and caring service. From the moment you call you are treated with professionalism and kindness. On top of it all their prices are reasonable and work is perfect. We would have absolutely no reservation in recommending Dirt Buster to our friends and family. read more

I've known Mike & crew for a long time; I am never disappointed when they clean my house. Always on time and always fair priced, enthusiastic about the job I can only say one thing. This guys don't only do a great job but I've never seen a cleaning company have so much fun while doing their job, they have so much fn that it is contagious and the results are incredible; I would never hire anybody else to do my house, office, and warehouse cleaning. These guys are the absolute best in what they do, DirtBusters have my business for life. Give them a try, you will love them! read more

Recently bought a place in Long Beach that needed a deep cleaning after years of being rented out and Mike came out for an estimate. Mike was very detail oriented, thorough and professional during the quote/estimate and super easy to communicate with him as well. The cleaning crew was on time and did a great job. I referred him to a good friend who needed a deep clean as well and will use him again in the future. Glad I was able to support a fellow Veteran, thx Mike! read more

Great, reliable, and professional! I treated my mom to a house cleaning after her surgery and she was very pleased with their services. Only company I trust for cleaning needs! read more

Another marriage saved! My husband never spilled anything on our old carpet. Within two weeks of having new cream colored carpet installed, he dropped a mug of coffee. Dang. We immediately blotted and followed cleaning products instructions, but removed small amount. In November we used Dirt Busters to clean furnace ducts and all interior walls so I thought of them immediately. Mike scheduled Esteban to the rescue. Esteban is very knowledgeable and removed about 95% of the stain, but wasn't satisfied with the results. While at our home, he called Mike and they decided to order another product. A few days later he returned and was able to make the stain disappear. This was a small job for them, but Very Important to me. I highly recommend Mike and his company/employees. read more

Lupita and Dirt Busters were GODSENT. I am a borderline hoarder and we work WAY too much. My house was a disaster. Lupita showed up and KICKED BUTT. My house is not only clean, but it feels like a home again. I can't thank her and her team enough. And Mike was so wonderful dealing with my weird anxieties. They went above and beyond. I can't recommend them enough. read more

UPDATE - I love amazing customer service! Mike offered to have another cleaner come out to clean up what they did but I had already gotten it taken care of so he refunded me half the amount! That is awesome. I will def come back and request mike to set me up with his best cleaners. Mike is pretty amazing and keeps it real. I signed up to have my carpet and sofa and loveseat and chairs cleaned but he pretty much talked me out of it since the sofa was a silk sofa that needed to be treated with solvent and couldn't be steam cleaned. I would definitely use him now for any steam cleaning jobs as he's pretty honest! Yay! However, the cleaners were a dif story. I was specific on what I wanted cleaned (kitchen cabinets and window sills) especially and to my dismay it wasn't done. They also left the bathroom floor wet that I had to dry it along with an extremely wet window sill!! Furthermore, we had 2 fruit trees outside where one of them picked one of each and washed to try during the time they were cleaning. I totally wouldn't have minded if they added more time or really cleaned well, but sadly I was wrong. Ask me for their names if you want to make sure you're getting a good one as I'm sure mike did hire some good ones seeing how his other reviews are! read more

I had them come out to clean my air ducts. They did a great job and were very professional. The appointment was easy to schedule, they followed up with convenient reminders, and they showed up on time. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and kept me informed every step of the way. They did not try to upsell me or add-on any additional charges without explicitly asking if I wanted the task completed. Have scheduled carpet cleaning services with them next. read more

Thank you Yelp for helping me find DirtBusters. It was my first time using them and they did an exceptional job. Julio gave me a call, guided me through the process step by step, answered all my questions and was able to set up an appointment the following week. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. I felt like I could trust him immediately. Fabian and his team came in first to clean out the air ducts. Then, the following day Mike came in with his team to deep clean the house. I have allergy problems which I mentioned to Mike and he really took this into consideration. Their quality of service exceeded my expectations, cleaning areas that I've never seen housekeepers do, or even thought of myself. Literally dusting top to bottom, lifting up the furniture to mop or vacuum the floor underneath (I swear, my dark blue carpet became a bright blue after the service), cleaning the ceiling fans, rearranging items to look presentable after the cleaning, etc. Mike even sent me before and after pictures/videos! We also got our area rugs cleaned which they did a fantastic job on. You could tell they really took the time to make sure everything was immaculate and that they really cared about you & the job. At the end, there were some missed spots but Mike made sure the job was done after I mentioned it to him. Thank you guys for the amazing service and your patience (Mike, Fabian & Julio)! Totally worth every penny paid (: read more

What a class act! I called Mike on Thursday and was able to schedule an appointment the next day. Jose, Fabian and Carlos stopped by my location and were so polite and friendly, very refreshing. I had my hallway, living room and couch done. They set up corner protectors so that they wouldn't damage the corners, WOW I have never seen that. They were very diligent in making sure that they did a great job. They were finishing by the time my wife came in and she was amazed! Having a dog and two kids I am sure you can imagine what the carpets and couch looked like. I am a customer for life. Thank you Mike, Fabian, Jose and Carlos, you gentlemen know customer service and I thank you for that. read more

I absolutely love the cleaning service Mike provides, especially carpet cleaning. I found him on Yelp for some spot cleaning for carpet in our weekend home. He made the spots disappear! He also referred me to a specialized window cleaning guy for our windows that have been abused by sprinklers. His referral turned out to be a great find too! Then I decided to use his service of deep cleaning and carpet cleaning for my parents' townhouse after they moved out. Lupe, the deep cleaning girl, did a great job taking out the grease my mom left with her Chinese cooking. The carpet cleaning guy practically turned the old carpet sparkling brand new! (See pictures.) The landlord was so impressed and said my parents were the best tenants she's had! This is all because of Dirt Busters! I'll definitely use them again! Thank you so much, Mike! read more

I've used DirtBuster for several years now and the services are fantastic. We sold our home in Tustin and had it spotlessly cleaned on short notice before open house, our new home cleaned up post remodel and construction and our annual cleanings done with their maid and carpet cleaning. I don't have a good excuse for not reviewing them sooner other than the same reason I use them in the first place... I'm lazy! Seriously though I have crazy standards for services, especially cleaning, and while I attribute it to my time in the military, I can honestly say that Mike and crew at DirtBusters are amazing. They go above and beyond with the work they do and I'd trust them to be alone in my house and take care of it like it was their own. read more

I have been trying to find a new cleaning service for the past couple months. The presentation is very 'showy'. Nice branding with a catchy logo, mascot and website name. Seems very professional. I was quoted $35 an hour to clean my house with a $99 minimum charge. I was told it would take about 2 hours and cost $99. Three people showed up (including Mike) and did a quick tour of my house before getting started. Mike asked if I wanted any extras done like having my refrigerator cleaned. I decided to add that on............ guess I should have asked the price at that time!! The three people cleaned my house in about 2 hours. When they were done Mike did a walk-thru the house with me and went over everything they cleaned. It was kinda lame since my house isn't really that big and I assume everything would be clean. You don't really need to walk me through it and tell me you cleaned the toilet and wiped the sink. I was surprised when he told me the total was now $149!? Huh? Yes... the charge to clean my refrigerator, which was basically a wipe down inside since it was only a few months old....... was $49! I was a little surprised at the time and just went ahead and paid him. After he left I thought about it more and realized I just got screwed. $99 went to $149 and they were only there the 2 hours he quoted me initially. I felt like I got cheated. I would NEVER pay $49 to wipe down my refrigerator! A 50% increase in the price of the job and NO more time spent doing it. I like the idea of organic house cleaning but it didn't come out the same. My shower was not as clean as with traditional chemicals. Mike was supposed to call me 3 weeks later to schedule my next monthly service. I never heard from him. He never called... which is fine because I wasn't going to use this company again anyways. read more

Dirt Busters went above & beyond the call of duty when cleaning our condominium! Mike and staff did much more than I expected including cleaning overhead light fixtures, sweeping outside balcony and patio, and making our windows and screens as clean as new. The most amazing thing they did was restore one of our very dirty & moldy showers and brought it back to life. All grout and ducts were cleaned with special equipment. I strongly recommend Dirt Busters without any reservation and will definitely use their services again. Thank you Mike & Staff! read more

Customer Service - 3/5 Cleaning Service - 2/5 I decided to hire the Dirt Busters after reading all of the 5 star reviews. I figure that despite the high price, it was worth the piece of mind of having a professional cleaning company take care of the trouble, but it actually ended up working against me. Fabian originally came out to give the initial quote. We did a walk through of the entire property and I pointed out what I expected to be cleaned. Long story short, but Fabian sent his cleaning crew to clean the house. They said it was done, but when I went to inspect the house, it was still dirty. It took the Dirt Busters 4 separate occasions to finally clean the house and get it right, delaying the move in by almost a week. In fact, I had to go out to the house 3 times and check the work, even so far as taking pictures/video and pointing out everything to Mike/Fabian that their cleaning crew did not do a good job. Mike/Fabian are both stand up guys and offered to re-clean the house everytime to make sure I was completely satisfied. They eventually offered a discount at the end to make up for the trouble. But to be honest, it was far too much trouble, and the fact that I had to go out to the property and teach their cleaning crew how to clean was really frustrating and unacceptable. read more

FIVE STARS to the two ladies who came into my filthy house and gave it a makeover. Seriously. I'm a mom of 3 kids all under the age of 7 years old who is also employed full time out of the house. If it's not the basics (laundry, dishes, etc) then it gets neglected in my house. We needed help bad. These ladies worked their tails off on what was probably the most humid day on recorded history in So Cal. Of course I don't have a/c in my house either or else I would've turned that on for them. These ladies did a tremendous job they even made my kids beds - which is a bunk bed and difficult to make. I can't get over the level of attention to detail these ladies have. They cleaned everything and I mean everything. I will be calling them back - hopefully they will agree to return, I know my house was a mess. I also want to say how fresh my house smells. I LOVE that it doesn't smell like chemicals or perfumes. It just smells clean and fresh. I love whatever cleaning solutions they use because it doesn't stink up the house with that fragrancy/chemical smell. The only portion of the service I didn't care for was the uncertain arrival times. I had to use a vacation day to be home for the services and although I was given an arrival time of 10am-12pm, the ladies did not arrive until 1:15 pm and I needed to leave to go pick up the older kids from school. It appears as though they are double booking these poor ladies and working them really hard. Just beware that if you book a time slot, you are not guaranteed that they will show up during that time frame. Luckily I was able to work that out and stay home so the ladies could finish up which I am really thankful to them for saying through that and finishing up. I can't believe how clean everything in my house is right now. read more

Very professional and reliable cleaning company. I used them 2 times so far for my 4 bedroom home and decided to schedule monthly cleanings after the first 2 visits because they really excel in the cleaning industry. I had never seen my home so dirty and knew I needed to find a good cleaning company. Thanks to the reviews on Yelp I contacted Mike at The Dirt Busters. He was very thorough and took time to explain the process as this was my first move out clean. I called a few other companies and knew by the end of each call I was going to use The Dirt Busters. My home was in need of special attention inside and out. They were able to provide cleaning, carpet cleaning and window cleaning. How convenient to get it all in one place. RESULTS!! RESULTS!!! RESULTS!! Window Cleaning-I knew we had a beautiful view from our hillside home but Juan made the windows so clean and sparkly it took my breath away. I know most people don't get their windows cleaned inside and out every time they have their home cleaned but I definitely would recommend trying this service. Carpet Cleaning- My carpet was beyond dirty! I actually thought I was going to have to replace it before Fabian came to the rescue. He removed stains that I thought were impossible. Even though it was a tough job he had a smile on his face the whole time. He cleaned the carpet so well I think I may be able to get a few more years out of it. Interior Cleaning- My home was beyond filthy. The walls, floors, and counter tops were stained with food and grease. Actually, I am not even sure what all the stains were but Karina and her team were able to remove the impossible. My home smelled clean and sparkled when the girls left. If you need someone to do a great job cleaning your home I would try The Dirt Busters without hesitation. You will love this company read more

This is a well run company, with hard working contract employees. They did an exceptional job, expanding areas I have never seen other housekeepers do, such as; wipe down all interior doors for dust, as well as base boards for dust, even bringing in a ladder to get the cob webs at the top of the vaulted ceiling. They wiped down light switches, door knobs, pulled out the items from the books shelves dusted and placed back. They cleaned the refrigerator, and the stove. As an additional service they offer; they picked up a wool rug and then delivered it back clean as new, and moved a king bed with a lot of effort, to make sure it was perfectly placed. They also cleaned the carpet as an additional service and they did a fantastic job. They are courteous, on time, professional and respectful of your home and even wear booties to cover their shoes as they work in your home. The are fair priced for the level of work they do, and I bow have them scheduled for twice a month. I highly recommend this company. read more

Mike and this team are incredible. He definitely knows how to hire and train the best people. Jose, Fabian, and Carlos were extremely professional and clearly knew what they were doing. I hired them to clean 2 of my couches and they did an incredible job. However, there was a slight hiccup which left me initially dissapointed it, but the Dirt Busters went above and beyond to make things right. I value great work, but what I value much more is those who do whatever it takes to make it right when they slip up. My 5 year old couch pretty much looks brand new right now and my gf and I are extremely extremely happy. I can't wait to work with them again. read more

A+++++++++++++++++ Recently moved into a new house and was looking to hire quality house cleaners for regular cleanings. Decided to give The Dirt Busters a call after reading all of the stellar Yelp reviews! First great sign... When I called to make an appointment the man that picked up (Mike?) was VERY professional and amazingly polite! He was friendly and accommodating and was able to get a crew out to our house later the same day. We were told that the people coming would call about 30 minutes prior to confirm their arrival. Second great sign... We did in fact get a call 30 minutes prior to arrival and the girls showed up ON TIME! Again super professional! We did a walk through of the house and I was asked what specifically I wanted done and then they got straight to work (two girls). They brought their own supplies and vacuum and did an amazing job! They didn't cut any corners and moved everything to dust and put it back. The bathrooms were perfect and the house smelled amazing afterwards. Third great sign... I was offered another walk through after the work was completed and given an invoice detailing everything that was done. The price was exactly as quoted. I will be scheduling with them again and I am a huge fan! read more

OMGGGG where do I start !! Ok , I'm moving to a new apartment and wanted to have the carpets cleaned . So I searched yelp and filtered by reviews . I called aqua cleanse first and they never replied , then I called pro clean and they came the same day but because my apartment has no street access the guy didn't want to try finding a solution to get the hoses to the apartment . He gave up without even trying!!! Then I called dirt busters and they send me a guy called Fabian . This guy doesn't know how to give up , he kept going up and down maybe 10 times trying to improvise and come up with a solution . And he did it :) yes he did . Amazing service , very very honest and above all very very smart . Highly recommend that place , and Fabian comes even more recommended . What a guy . Thank you Fabian , thank you dirt busters . Pretty easy write..... not too many gents giving feedback so figured i'd chime in..... As dudes not an area we usually get involved in anyway right? But when we get to cruise the not so clean floors after you left a check for the "cleaners" how do you critique the wifey when its not right...... right? So save yourself the turmoil call these guys and life is good! We been using this biz for quite some time in the Fullerton area and we booked this place for a pre-move in clean for a house we just bought in Long Beach on a one off service, it was out of their area.... buuuuuuut they came through as usual and "busted" it out and they were able to finagle a plan to have someone service our new home in this area! Didn't have as great of an experience as everyone else. Felt like they were rushing the job the whole time and they missed a lot of stuff when they left. I asked them to only focus one three rooms. The stuff they did clean they did a great job. But alot of simple little stuff was missed that led me to clean afterwards. Should have to clean after a cleaning company. Update-they did follow up. Dirtbusters came over right on schedule and with a 30 min text reminder, and they arrived to clear out my dryer vent that was completely clogged and a fire hazard. Their service was super efficient and professional as they sent me a video of their findings from the top of the vent on my roof. They cleaned up the entire floor area in my laundryroom cleaner than when they arrived! Outstanding! Thank you read more

Wow!!! Better than I expected! Having a 5 year old daughter, and having play dates in the house can make a mess. Especially thru time, soiled stains on the couch and carpet becomes more evident. Not until my daughter spilled pink nail polish on the carpet, and tried to hide it but to only discover it 30-40 minutes later. It started to cake up. We tried to remove what we can with different remedies from personal and professional, but stopped as it may start getting more embedded into the fibers of the carpet. That's when I contacted Mike. The first available appointment was a week away. He says not to worry about it drying up that they should get most of it out with the steam cleaner. Having them come over, we may as well have our sectional sofa cleaned too. I've used Mike before when he was with another company. The team then that came in did a good job, I was pleased. But, the team that Mike sent today, Fabian & Julio was so much better! The carpet was clean, nail polish stain removed without any discoloration or any hint of red/pink, microfiber sofa looked almost brand new, they moved furniture out to clean and moved back inside. The team from the other company worked around the couches and did the sofa cleaning inside. Nothing was moved/cleared for proper cleaning. Fabian & Julio did an excellent job, was professional and friendly. They even wore shoe covers inside the house! My family is enjoying the clean carpet and sectional couch, and especially my daughter is relieved that it's all clean! I would not hesitate to refer them anyone else. NOTE: I referred Lyn F. She was happy with the same team that did my house. You can see her review here too. Absolutely pleased! You'll be too! read more

WHERE TO EVEN BEGIN? My house looks like a magazine. Our toilet paper is folded like we live in a hotel. I can't say enough amazing things about the way Shauna cleaned our house today. She reorganized when she didn't have to. Everything is sparkling, I'm pretty sure I could even off my ground and it might be cleaner than the plates. Honestly, what a great service. They texted before arrival, I received a receipt almost immediately afterwards. Only thing I wish there would have been a way to leave a non cash tip. Honestly, the best service. read more
