I have used their service twice and they have not disappointed!! Starting from the call to set up an appointment to the end of the job, they are so professional!! Both times I have used them they were able to get me in the very next day. Very convenient! When they arrived the second time I was happy to see I was lucky enough to get the same guys twice! Very friendly, professional and quick. They had my whole place done in an hour and a half. I'm thinking about using them for the housekeeping service next! Would definitely use again! read more

Had the house cleaned and they did an ok job. Nothing special. So why am I posting 5 stars?? They referred me to a window cleaning service- PURE H2O!! My windows have never looked so good! They were so through about cleaning everything from the tracks, the glass panes, the screens, and even adjusted the screens to slide smoothly! It's like having the outdoors brought inside! read more

I used Dirt Busters to clean my persian rug. At first I had a bad experience, but they responded quickly and solved the problem, even giving me a discount to make up for the mistake. They had scheduled an early-morning pickup and didn't show up. It was a mistake on scheduling on their part. But I was really impressed at how they stepped up and made it right. They cleaned the rug, it looks beauitful, just like new again and it smells great. They did a very nice job. They include free pickup and delivery too which was great. I will definitely use them again. read more

Had my services today. I rate the upholstery cleaning and carpet cleaning a 5 they did a great job. They cleaning unfortunately I'll have to rate a 3 because they did not get the details cleaned I asked for they house appeared tidy but not completely clean. The cabinets were still visibly dirty and they did not clean my base boards like I asked at the beginning. They girls were very nice and friendly and had great attitudes. I give there customer service a 5/5. I will add that we did a walk through and at first glance I did not catch these mishaps but after careful evaluation, after they left that's when I found the unsatisfactory work. read more

Called them last minute today to see if they had any openings, they came through and on time! From my experience with the amount of work that needed to be done, other services I've used in the past would take 4+ hours, Dirt Busters accomplished that and with higher detail in about 2 hours. Efficient! Definitely would recommend. Next time we need house cleaning, we'll definitely be giving them a call. Also interested in utilizing their carpet cleaning service alongside house cleaning next time around. Thanks Dirt Busters! read more

They came two hours before my requested timeframe. They showed up at my door asking if it's okay that they're early and I felt cornered into saying yes even though I had to go somewhere. They did a lazy job cleaning my small apt kitchen (did not wipe one drawer/cabinets) and one small bathroom and blinds in 1hr 45min. They finished fifteen minutes early and were super rushed to leave. I paid $140 and I'm very unhappy. read more

Fabian came out to clean some carpet in a few rooms and also an area rug in my parents house in Brea. From the beginning, the Dirt busters were very professional. I scheduled with Julio the day before who was very courteous and made me feel I was a priority. Fabian arrived on time, was very friendly and did an awesome job. The carpets look amazing. They are cleaner than I could have imagined and my parents are very satisfied. The carpets dried quickly and are feel very soft and clean. The Dirt Busters far exceeded my expectations and I will refer all my friends and family. read more

We gave them a pretty tough job, but Yvonna and Javier transformed our place without having to reiterate anything. When they came in we had dirty walls, baseboards, dead roaches inside the kitchen cabinets, grease above the stove, crayon on the walls, etc. When I came back after leaving for a few hours, I thought my girlfriend bought us a brand new refrigerator since it there was such a difference! Definitely got what we paid for read more

The Dirt Busters are the real deal! Never scared to put some elbow grease into the job! Mike and his team are reliable and always get the job done right! My floors look brand new thanks guys! I know I can always depend on the dirt busters!!! read more

These guys are amazing and VERY professional. I work at a nonprofit organization, so funds are for carpet cleaning are hard to come by. We hadn't cleaned our carpet in over 10 years. I called about 10 companies in the area, and The Dirt Busters picked up the phone on the first call. Mike was very friendly and set an appointment for a free estimate right away. While measuring two of our offices, he was knowledge able, and only measured the square footage withOUT furniture. (some of the other companies gave us an estimate even with out tables, which doesn't make sense because they weren't going to move them) He even pointed out a burn in the carpet from us moving furniture and let us know it wouldn't come out. They gave us the cheapest quote by far and were the only company to offer drying fans. On the day of the cleaning they came right on time, and were ready to go. When they finished, they turned off all the lights and even texted me pictures of the amazing job! The Dirt Busters are a very trustworthy and professional carpet cleaning service. Black stains we've had on our carpets for years are now gone, it looks like we installed new carpet. Thank you Mike and your awesome crew! read more

I have used them for a few times now and they always pull through! My carpet and tile look brand new! All the stains were gone, great response rate and reliable. read more

I definitely agree with my fellow Yelpers! The Dirt Busters did a fantastic job on my 2 bedroom condo. My hubby and I are getting ready to sell, and we needed every inch of the place spic and span before our open house. And - I hate to admit it - we aren't the best at keeping up with cleaning the place. Wah wahhhh... Enter...Mike and Wendy! They were friendly, professional, did a complete walkthrough of our place, and told me exactly what they were going to do. And then did it! Our stove, which looked like where all of our meals go to die, is spotless. Bathrooms spic and span, floors shiny, place looking like new. Well, at least as new as it can get! Mike quoted me for 3 hours of work when he arrived, but he and Wendy stayed closer to 5 hours to make sure everything was cleaned to their standards. They still only charged me the original quoted amount for 3 hours of work. Thanks, Dirt Busters. for doing a fantastic job! We'll definitely be having them back on a regular basis for maintenance, both here and in our future home. read more

This evening I called and spoke to Mike with dirt busters and he was more than helpful worth my issues with my bed. Very knowledgeable very courteous I highly recommend him. read more

Reasonably priced, work is guaranteed, professional.... I don't know what else to say that hasn't been said on other reviews. It was easy to schedule an appointment, friendly and professional customer service, reasonably priced, carpets look great! They were delayed for my appointment (they were down a man) but credited my bill for it. It took about an hour to do a hallway, walk thru area and a living/dining room area. After the carpet dried, we noticed some spots we still there. I called them up and they came back out to remove them at no cost. The cleaners that came were very friendly and I felt comfortable with them in my house. I am happy with their work and will use them again when my carpets need another cleaning. They take cash, check, credit card (at least visa - what I used). read more

Due to the fact that I wasn't 100% completely satisfied with my cleaning, Mike S. (the owner) reached out to me. He was genuinely concerned that I didn't have a great experience with the service. His professionalism and customer service truly won me over. I greatly appreciated him taking the time to reach out to me. It really made a difference and showed that he truly cares about and values his customers. Because of his professionalism, I will definitely give them my business again. read more

We recently had our office cleaned by The Dirt Busters and I couldn't be more satisfied! During construction, our contractor had no regard for our carpet, leaving drywall dust all over as well as oil-based stains. Before we heard of The Dirt Busters, we tried multiple runs with rug doctors and vacuums, but still had certain spots that we couldn't get clean. We no longer have those spots! They are gone, the rest of the carpet looks spotless and they even put some protection on the carpet so we won't get any residue or stains. I have to also give a testimony for Mike, the owner, as he has amazing customer service and has really gone the extra mile to make sure we are satisfied with his team and their work. We will continue to use them and would be happy to refer any of our friends, family or patients to them. read more

Wow what a great company, you guys rock! Showed up on time, Fabian described what services he would be doing & confirmed the cost I was quoted. My carpet is back to its original color and you guys have successfully removed the pet odors. Kudos to Fabian for the excellent job he did. I will recommend & use you guys in the future! read more

We JUST finished our first experience with Dirt Busters. Mike is great and calls you during your time window to give a more accurate time which was much appreciated when I had a busy day! The cleaners were fantastic and very thorough! Our apartment smells like a magical clean heaven! They even vacuumed my couch due to the dark material and our beige dog who sheds like crazy! They cleaned from top to bottom like promised. I am a very detailed cleaner when I clean but due to a party we are having and the crazy week I had I really needed the extra help. The only very small issue we had was we were quoted for 2 hours and it ended up taking 3 even with 2 cleaners so we are charged for an an extra hour BUT I will say they did a great job and all 3 hours were definitely needed and appreciated. We were happy they finished versus only working 2 and stopping without finishing so I can't even complain! I will definitely keep them in mind again for semi regular cleaning as they were fantastic. Hopefully I can request the same team if not at least just the lady! read more

Second time reaching out to the Dirt Busters and I'm so glad I did! Mike was quick to respond in regards to all my questions about my car interior cleaning! My car is about 5 years old and has never gotten a deep clean. There were liquid stains, dirt between seats, and even a Fat Tuesday that has seeped into the carpet for over 4 years! Let me tell you, MY CAR LOOKS LIKE IT JUST ROLLED OUT THE LOT. Thank you to mike and his crew for coming out to my house even on Memorial Day! I HIGHLY recommend the dirt Busters! Can't go wrong . read more

I am just so impressed by the cleaners! They are so professional, work the whole time, and clean wonderfully. I even had them come clean my ridiculous rug, which if it wasn't so expensive I would have got rid of by now. They guys were so professional and the rug looks almost brand new! Always on time! They are worth every penny! I have found my helpers for life! I am a night shift nurse and I just don't have the time or energy to deep clean at all. They have been a life saver. read more

We were using another service and were not happy when we found Dirtbusters. Mike was not only professional, he was very attentive to our concerns and expectations. Mike always calls the night before to confirm the cleaning appointment and follows up after to make sure we are happy with the service. We just used Mike and his crew on our rental move out cleaning and they were a major contributor to getting our full deposit back!! We are continuing to use Dirtbusters on our new home and we highly recommend them!! read more

I had my house cleaned today by Dirt Busters and they did a great job!! I called Friday and received a return call Monday and the were able to schedule me for Thursday the same week. They took a pretty dirty house and made it spotless in short order. Two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen that had been neglected because life got busy and they cleaned it from top to bottom and left it smelling so fresh clean. They were a little more expensive than others and took an hour longer than quoted over the phone but I am okay with that for the first cleaning. I also had the carpet cleaning service for my stairs as I have a puppy in the house and it looks like brand new carpet. Fabian was professional and provided exceptional customer service, I would ask for him by name in the future. I will be calling them again in the future. read more

Dirt Busters had me at hello. When I called about pricing, Rachel instantly gave me a quote on my apartment. For the routine clean and deep clean. The prices are super affordable and I love the team work. Mike Salas the owner is consistently following up and in support of his staff. read more

**Updated** They did reach out to me (staff and owner) to discuss the issue and how the error was made. They did make a correction. I do admire the fact that they reach out resolved the problem quickly. Adjusted my rating accordingly from the 3 to a 5 since my only complaint was the billing issue. ** First off I have to say the cleaning was great (per friend) and making an appointment was easy. My problem actually comes with the person who calls and tells you how much, etc... We started at 4-5 hours. Was called and told that they would get into the 5th hour. I replied "just take care of it". Not shockingly it wound up being 6 hours. We had already moved out of town so had a friend letting them in and closing out. House is big was not dirty, it was for a move-out. read more

I have used this company several times for carpet cleaning, air duct cleaning, and grout cleaning. I have also referred them to friends and clients of mine. After several years of dealing with Mike and his crew, I can honestly say this company deserves 5 stars all the way! Dirt Busters has it all! Amazing customer service, excellent communication skills, and they perform high quality work. They are there when they say they will be and every time they leave, my expectations are exceeded. As far as cost goes, they may not be the cheapest. But that is not a bad thing. Remember, you get what you pay for! In this case, you get high quality work performed by a friendly and knowledgeable crew. Thanks Dirt Busters! read more

As an update to my previous reveiw, Mike did end up following thru. After expressing unhappiness with the lack of communication, it was stepped up and I was kept informed. Our windows now look beautiful which makes our home look so much better. read more

Best cleaners I have ever hired!! They got to my apartment right when they said they would, and came in and were very nice and friendly. I told them what I needed cleaned (it was for a move out clean). Because Im moving out there was stuff EVERYWHERE, and I told them to just clean around, which is very annoying as a cleaner I'm sure. Then I left and went to work. Once they were done, within 3 hours which was quicker then I thought, I received a phone call, paid and that was that. I came home a little while later and my jaw dropped when I walked in! It looked soooooo good! They went above and beyond! I am so happy I found them and will tell everyone about them! Im just sad I'm moving out of state because I want them to come again!! Thank you Lupita and Mercedes you two are FANTASTIC!!!! read more

Wow they did a phenomenal job!!! This was my 1st time choosing a maid service and they had the 2nd highest rating on yelp so I decided to give them a try. Five stars is not enough. I signed up for the house cleaning package plus carpet cleaning, for a 1300 sq ft townhome. The home has two levels with a combination of tile floors, carpet, custom tile bathrooms, and a teenager's messy room. Every inch of it has baseboards. Holy smokes, these guys & gals were up to the challenge! I've used cleaning services before, but Dirt Busters beats them all. They were friendly, courteous and professional. I also liked the way the cleaning crew would check in often, making sure I was satisfied with the work, then move on to the next room. They got behind cabinets, over the furniture, and in-between everything. And cleaned two years of pizza spills from inside the oven! The house cleaning team needed an hour more than they estimated, because our house hasn't been deep-cleaned in two years-- but the price was right and worth every penny. I like the way Mike includes the details for each line-item, how much it will cost per hour, with estimated times, anticipated Total Cost; and then sends the information to the customer using both email and text. No surprises. Except, to see how surprising GOOD these guys really are. Seriously, thanks a million to Dirt Busters today! read more

I thought my carpets were a lost cause. Too much time between cleanings, a really slobby roommate and one sweet Corgi added up to far too much grime. Then a miracle occurred! Dirtbusters really proved that I was wrong wrong wrong about giving up too early on my carpet. Diligent, professional and really fairly priced, Dirt Busters is my choice forever after. I can't recommend him highly enough. read more
