Another great sofa sectional, rug & carpet cleaning by Dirt Busters. Easy to schedule an appointment, they keep in touch with you to make sure they are doing exactly what you expect. Quick responses & reminders by text. Always someone knowledgeable to answer the phones. Left the house in great shape. Will definitely use them again. I called around to almost every company to clean lint out of my home. ALOT of lint. Mike was the only company that could do this. Not kidding. He came out and cut holes into the floor and brought my home back to safety. I am so happy. Thus company is professional and trustworthy. Thank you again for helping us. read more

For any cleaning needs - house, tile/grout, carpet, upholstery, etc. - CALL MIKE AND HIS TEAM - YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY. We are a general contractor and fortunate to have all 5-star ratings. We are VERY careful about who we refer to our customers or use on our jobs. We LOOK FORWARD to having the opportunity to work with Mike and his team because they make us look so good. #1 - They know their stuff. They are up to date on the best & safest cleaning methods and products. #2 - They practice exceptional customer service. Mike and his team are enthusiastic, customer-focused, ethical and really just terrific to work with. Recently, he even secured a large living area remodeling job for us. We referred Mike to a customer we were preparing a bid for. She thought she needed her grout redone in a bathroom in another area of the house so we told her about Mike. She hired him to clean her tile and grout and his team did an amazing job. He also took one of her large area rugs that was looking shabby and removed the old fringe and had the seams repaired and then cleaned it. She was thrilled with his work and our referral of him - so much so we secured the remodel contract. Thanks, Mike! Mike takes his time and goes the extra mile. As you can see from his ratings, he has a long string of very satisfied customers, of which we are included. read more

I am glad I chose Dirt Buster all services to complete dirt-free of my rental property. The window team are great to make my windows spotless and shine. The carpet deep cleaning team is super duper wonderful to remove all the dark stain color, that make me really happy so that I don't have to put the new carpet. So i give them thump up with rating 5 stars for both team. However, I really concern about the deep clean home team, I think they should do better than that with less time hours concern. read more

I was having issues with my bathroom exhaust fan in my home. I called up Dirt Busters and they were able to set me up with an appointment the very next day. I received email and text alerts reminding me of my appointment and on the day of, I received texts that let me know the a tech is on their way!! Mike Salas arrived on site and was very personable and helpful. He was also very respectful of my home and took the time to wear shoe covers/booties when entering the house (I'm Asian and I'm down with that! lol). Anywho, Mike began troubleshooting the ductwork and exhaust fan unit to find out what the issue was. He thoroughly inspected the vent, vacuumed out all debris and gave me his professional opinion on what I can do to make my exhaust fan perform better. You know what? He didn't even charge me a single cent for this visit!? Seriously, who does that nowadays? I really appreciate your professional work, integrity and kindness Mike!! Thank you so much for existing. read more

Professional, courteous, outstanding and efficient service When we scheduled the appointment the receptionist gave us a 2 hour window. The company gave us a call prior to our appointment time to alert us that they were having some difficulties with their equipment but would be able to either reschedule to a more convenient day and time or to come later. Since they kindly squeezed us in a few days before we were hosting Christmas at our place I was happy to have them come - even if it was later! And they made it up to us! We have cream colored carpets and two young children. Our carpet had blue, pink and orange playdoh, coffee stains (not from the kids), an elderberry syrup spill (think syrupy dark purple liquid), track marks (we take off our shoes) from foot traffic, etc. All of these stains were completely removed and we looked like we had brand new carpet again when they were done. I highly recommend the Dirt Busters team! read more

We used these guys to do HVAC & dryer vent cleaning for a condo unit we were selling...customer service & appt. scheduling were smooth. The techs that came out were friendly, great with my dog, & worked quickly & efficiently. Based on that experience, I re-hired them to deep clean the carpet in our new house prior to move-in. Again, on time, friendly, and very thorough. Easy to recommend. read more

These guys worked on our house in Tustin today. These guys are awesome. Friendly, on time, and very easy to work with. I paid my invoice online even before they left and not mention how hard they worked and even cleaned up some extra dust we missed cleaning free at no charge. Probably one of the best home maintenance companies I have ever worked with. read more

Mike and his team were the ultimate professionals from introducing themselves at the door to using plastic shoe protectors, to putting down corner wall protectors, to getting our very dirty carpet thoroughly cleaned from wall to wall. And I was especially pleased with the superb job they did on our tile floor. Thank you Dirt Busters. I will use them again and again without hesitation. read more

Dirt Busters did a great job cleaning the carpets in my living room and dining room. The carpets are ten years old and have never been professionally cleaned. We emptied the rooms for them so they were able to come in and complete the job in approximately one hour (almost 500 sq ft). I could not be happier and I look forward to contacting them to clean the bedroom carpets next and explore other services they offer. read more

Disappointed. I called and left two voice messages over the span of 4 business days (not including weekend) to request for a quote and possibly to make an appointment for air duct cleaning. NO RESPONSE. oh well, I will have have to take my business somewhere else. read more

Dirt Busters was amazing! They definitely live up to their reviews. We renovated our home so the cleaning date kept changing and they were very understanding. I needed someone to come in and help clean the construction dirt and dust. I personally like to clean myself so I figured they would get all of the major dirt and I would come in and clean before we moved in. There was honestly nothing for me to clean. They got everything! 100% worth the cost especially if you have a construction clean up. read more

Everything went well. I liked their web site because it was funny. I liked Mike because he is easy to communicate with and got the work done. Mike is knowledgeable about cleaning different surfaces and not all surfaces are cleaned the same. My house has never looked better and cleaner. Good News-Bad News, now I want Dirt Busters to clean my house on a regular basis which was not the purpose of my hiring them. They performed a one-time post construction clean-up and now I'm addicted to their level of clean. read more

It was very easy to set up a time for the inspection/cleaning to be done with Mike! The work took longer than I had expected but hopefully that means it was very thorough. ;) Mike was also very friendly and helpful so I appreciated that as well. Thank you Dirt Busters! read more

Mike has a great company here. Lupe is amazing. I have filtered through many other cleaning companies who just won't go the extra mile. The other companies want to barter with you like a swap meet talking about maid ours for this and that. I simply told Lupe what needed to be done, and she does it every time. If the other companies would have simply just done what I told them to do they would of had a loyal customer. I use Dirt Busters at least twice a month. Sorry other companies you suck. Dirt Busters isn't afraid ta do Work! read more

Dirt Busters did an amazing job at cleaning my house post-repairs/remodeling. While I called over 4 cleaning companies, in the end, I decided to go with Dirt Busters due to Mike's professionalism and customer service skills. Mike was always friendly, polite, and attentive. After my house was totally remodeled, construction micro-dust got all over the floors, walls, A/C, doors, baseboards, counters - it was hard to breath. Mike recommended using an air scrubber machine to purify the air - that made a huge difference. In addition, Dirt Busters did a whole interior and exterior cleaning of my house including some power washing. Amazing service and professional crew. Highly recommend going with Dirt Busters! read more

Mike, the owner is just fantastic !!! Love , love Dirt Busters!! So easy to make a reservation - even at the last minute, he squeezed me into their packed schedule!! So quick to respond, attends to any needs/requests promptly, and of course, the team did such a fantastic job cleaning a 10,000 square foot mansion for us!!! I truly love this company. Mike Salas, the owner, is such an honest, hard-working, down-to-earth guy. I have had Dirt Busters clean my carpet at 2 different locations and both times, the results far exceeded my expectations. In a previous review, someone wrote that they believe that Dirt Buster's #1 goal is to do a good job and I completely concur. From start to finish, this is a wonderful company to work with. Communication, quality, genuine customer service, affordability....I could go on and on. Thank you Mike and the Dirt Busters team. I can see why this company gets 5 stars. They do it all with professionalism! I called in and was able to schedule air duct cleaning and house cleaning the very next Saturday. They suggested to have our air ducts cleaned before the house so we set up our schedule as such. They give you a 2 hour window of when they'll come. Then the day of, they text you before they are on their way. We had our air ducts appointment from 8-10am and they came before 8:30. We had 7 air ducts and they finished in 2.5 hours. We were able to pay with our credit card on the spot. They showed my boyfriend the before and after pictures and there was definitely a difference! The house had a dog and a cat that lived there before so we really needed a deep clean since my boyfriend is very allergic to their fur. They did an excellent job and the house really did look, feel, and smell clean! They walk it with you afterwards too so if they missed anything and you point it out, then they'll take care of it! The cleaning took 3.5 hours for 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and 2 living rooms. As for the timing for the house cleaners, there was a schedule issue twice but they did call me ahead of time to work it out each time. I received an email before the services of the hourly rate I was going to pay and at the end I was charged differently. So we left a voicemail to the owner. The very next morning, he sent an email with the invoice with the rate I was originally quoted! I was able to pay with my credit card online. Things happen, people make mistakes, but I wanted to make a note that they handled it without any issues. That's a real 5 star company! We would definitely recommend them and use them again! read more

Dirt Busters were wonderful! After finishing a house remodel/addition, my upstairs carpets were an absolute mess. Mike's crew were on time, polite, helpful and most of all THEY DID AN AMAZING JOB! The carpet had alot of spots from contractor crews, especially the stairs, but Dirt Busters took the time to listen to what I had to say and what I was asking them to do. They went to work and got EVERY SINGLE spot out and the carpet looks like new! I would tell everyone, they do what they say they will do, the price is very reasonable, so call Dirt Busters! They are fantastic! Thank you Dirt Busters, you will be back again! read more

We recently moved to the area and into a rental. The previous renters had not taken very good care of the place and it was filthy - covered in a layer of grease and dirt from cooking and not adequately cleaning. Mike and his team came and and made the place look and smell like almost new again! (Some things you can't fix with cleaning) they were great to work with, flexible with last minute things we wanted cleaned. They were very thorough and Mike himself showed up at the house to make sure everything went well. We also had them clean our windows - which sparkled! And they also deep cleaned the grout in the kitchen with amazing results. Hoping to use them on a regular basis! Price was very reasonable as well! read more
