My friend recommend them and I am very pleased with TDB. I had so many questions and they were very patient, helpful and nice over our phone call. They arrived during the frame that was schedule which is a big deal since I plan my whole day around my appointment. The team was very kind, honest and hard working. Thank you for doing an amazing job. read more

That were late, left a large bleach stain on my carpet and didn't own up to it! I had photos too. I had them clean my carpets and house. They are very expensive! Terrible business! They will delete this review like the last one but I will just keep reposting. read more

So affordable the bathooms where clean, smelt great and no hash chemical sents. Juve sowed up right on time and was able to complete in the 3hr planed amount read more

Just another 5 star review here ... I hired these guys to clean up my new house before my family moved in and I could not be happier! And this was no easy task, no no my friend ... we're talking about cleaning out a very large, very old house, that the previous owner had lived in since 1965, ok? That takes talent and this team performed above and beyond. It looked like a hotel room throughout the entire home. They even swept out the drawers in the freakin' garage. You could literally eat off every surface in that old house. They cleaned up my carpets too and brought life back into those filfthy things. Overall, a wonderful company that can get the job done and some. read more

This is my second time using this service and again I am STOKED and impressed!! The excellent and timely service, professionalism, attention to detail, and overall customer care are a few reasons to try them out. Carlos is the best, super kind, polite, trustworthy and professional!! I give him 5 stars on his own--great representative for your company :) He even told me about a few other services you provide which I may need! Thanks again! read more

It's so refreshing to see that the owner cares deeply about their customer's satisfaction. All their staff, mainly Julio, has been top notch and pleasant to work with from explaining how their service works, making appointments, or answering any questions I had. I had a deep home cleaning and I really loved the quality of their work. The staff really spends time cleaning every inch of the space you want cleaned. With that said, they do take a while to clean and wasn't able to finish the job in the amount of time agreed upon. I had brought that up with mike, the owner, and together, we were able to work it out. I think the deep cleaning made such a huge difference to the maintenance of the house. I would die if I had to clean to that rigor all by myself. I'm so thankful to have dirt busters help me with this terrifying task! read more

Turns out they are a small business and only have two carpet cleaners. Mike ended up refunding our money which we appreciated and we have since had our carpets cleaned to our satisfaction by another company. Contrary to Mike's comments the issue was not that they were a small or large business. The issue is they ruined my baseboards with scratches and stains remained on the carpet. The issue of being a small business only came into play when the company sent the SAME guy who messes up my baseboards to come out and try and get our the remaining stains. Was he going to do something different no it just creates an incredibly uncomfortable situation for me as the worker is arguing with me over the stains and baseboards. Even though I was reimbursed for the job I STILL had to come out of my own pocket to have the baseboards repainted. Don't miss the issue.. The work just wasn't satisfactory regardless of company size. read more

We were moving into a home that was recently vacated but never cleaned. We booked Dirt Busters and they did a great job. I won't complain about a few misses spots in the kitchen because the rest of the home was spotless. We also requested the window, tiles and grout cleaning as well and the windows and floors were great after the cleaning. Reasonable prices and great staff.....Luz and Javier were great and effective. read more

ZERO STARS, I requested a quote via Internet in the morning and it was almost the end of the day, and had not heard from them. I called their office to request a quote, but I didn't even request a quote when I said never mind. Person who answered does not know how to answer phones and you can tell right away he didn't have the customer service skills, he was very rude. I said no thank you I rather rent the rug doctor at $29.99 at Albertsons and do it myself! read more

My favorite people whether it's carpet cleaning, house cleaning or window/solar panel service. They're always on time, work around my schedule and do a thorough job. They've also cleaned my furniture, making them a one stop shop! I've used them regularly for 3 years and will continue to do so. read more

I had a housekeeping service out they didn't okay job they overcharge I was told $140 then went to my credit card bill and it was $240 I did not authorize this charge and then charge your card more than they tell you when you're going to pay they didn't even do that good of a job I have a tiny 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment my bathroom is the size of a closet and she spent 2 hours in there and I have a clean background so it's not like my house is disgusting and filthy and I picked up everything before she came will never call the again read more

First time ever using a cleaning service. They recommened 4 hours of cleaning with two cleaners based on our square footage. The two maids arrived between their 8-10am window at 8:45am. We did a 5 minutes walk through of the areas we wanted clean and they went to work. They did a thorough job and we were very pleased. They dusted all surfaces and put items back where they found them. They took out all the trash. They cleaned all our stainless steel surfaces and the toaster. We even asked them to wipe the shutters and clean the oven and they did a good job. We are very clean people and usually clean ourselves, but having enough kids, something had to give. They finished in their 4 hour time frame. Very pleased with this business and would use again. read more

Dirt Busters was recommended to me from a friend, and my husband and I were so happy we tried their services out! Having a Customer Service background myself, this company has some of the best services and guarantee on their work I have ever seen. I will definitely be using their services again and recommend them to anyone. read more

I was meaning to write this review for a while now but time has gotten away from me and I am just now getting around to it. (which is probably a good thing because my first few review got filtered for some reason). I recently began renting a place out in Anaheim that was badly in need of a cleaning. I had originally been told by the owner that he would take care of cleaning himself but when 2 weeks went by, I made the call over to Dirt Busters. I originally called Mike, the owner on a Saturday and he took the time to explain his price, policies and all the little things even. I told him I would give him a call later on to schedule an appointment. Fast forward to the following Monday I believe: I called in and scheduled a house cleaning for that Thursday. Mike got the information he needed from me and we set a time he would send over people to clean. A few days before the cleanup, he called to confirm the appointment and made sure to go over all the information again. On the day, two people showed up and cleaned up the problem areas within a matter of hours. Being used to cleaning myself all of the time, I was very thankful to them for coming in and cleaning this place so I could be comfortable and able to cook in the kitchen. The two that had come in, Karina and Joseph(?) were awesome about letting me know their progress and asking any questions. I definitely think that this business is on the right track and will do well for themselves. They are goal and customer oriented and that is a big plus in any industry. I will definitely call on them again if the need ever arises again. Mike, thank you so much for getting the read more

Mike was right on time and charged me exactly what he quoted over the phone without seeing the job 1st. Very easy to work with and I would certainly recommend him read more

Great job! Our carpet is a light beige and wasn't so light anymore. However, once dirt busters came, it looked like we just got brand new carpet in! The guy who cleaned them was very nice and professional. Even said bless you when he heard me sneeze! He made sure we knew what to do for the after care and all. Highly recommended! read more

Found this company on yelp and I decided to give them a shot. I messaged Mike via yelp and he responded in a timely manner. Mike moved the schedule around to accommodate my schedule so I could schedule the cleaning on the day most convenient for me. I truly appreciated the great customer service I was given. The cleaning crew contacted me and informed me they were at the property and they did a great cleaning job. I got home from work and everything was so clean and smelled so good... I really appreciated the good service. Price is also reasonable and they don't stay at your house longer than they need to. read more

Thank you! Thank you! Couldn't ask for better work!!! Not to mention the organic materials Mike went in to detail about. I mentioned to him that I needed my moms stairs in her house done. However she is a terminal cancer patient. I let him know that I really didn't want any strong chemical smells in her house. He assured me I wouldn't have anything to worry about. Let me tell you! The carpet looked new! And as promised not bad smells. My mom was very pleased she was happy that she was able to have her carpet done and not have to worry without the smell of chemicals. Mike thank you so much! Will be calling you again. read more

Kind of a weird review, but I did not go with the Dirt Busters for cleaning my tile and grout. I initially called two companies for quotes to clean my floors, The Dirt Busters and another company. Mike called me and gave me a great overview of their scope of work, gave me a great price and scheduled an appointment within a 10 minute call. The other company also called and let me know about a promotion they had which beat Dirt Busters price. I gave Mike a chance to match that price and the response I got from him was very genuine: "Thank you for keeping us informed. I personally know the guys over at #####, they do wonderful work. Unfortunately, we can't compete with their current special. Honestly, its a really good deal :) We understand your concern and the situation you're in. Again, thank you for the opportunity and keep us in mind next time." I really appreciated his honesty, it's rare to get that response from a business owner that is losing a job. If I wasn't selling my home I would have gone with them because I'm sure the quality of his work is just as good as his character. I'm positive they will be cleaning my new home in the future. read more

Fantastic job I got to say I called the Dirt busters for carpet cleaning since I had a room which was very dirty decided to have my entire house cleaned and yes they did a fantastic job. Did I mention there prices you can't beat any where else. Going to be recommending them to all my friends. read more

The work done was beautiful! Juan and Jorge cleaned all my windows, screens and tracks very well, inside and out. The reason for only 4 stars is because they had a "miscommunication" with their staff and I wasn't showing up on the schedule. I took the morning off from work because they were going to be there between 9:00-10:00 am. At 10:30 I finally called. The owner answered and was extremely apologetic. They DID come out that same afternoon. Also have to mention the person in the office was very new--mistakes happen. I was offered a 50% discount, which I didn't get. 50% was a bit much, but I sure wouldn't have minded a 20-30% discount! I wasn't going to hassle with it. But all in all, I am very pleased. read more

I recently bought a house in the city of Orange and the carpet needs to be cleaned. I went to yelp carpet cleaning and read the reviews about some major cleaning companies. I picked Dirt Busters and called. Mike gave me a very competitive quote on the phone. Two people came on time as scheduled. They are courteous, friendly, and professional. When they left, the carpet looks much better than before. We were very happy with the work they have done. On next day, we saw some wine spill spots came back. I called Mike and he immediately scheduled the time to come back. Not only did he cleaned the wine spots (the problem is the wine is soaked in carpet pad. Their technician used the tool to suck it out the day before but I guess there was too much wire saturated underneath), but also he cleaned the stains which the previous house owner's gym machine left. The gym equipment stains are hard to remove. Mike took the time to use different cleaners to achieve the result which I am very happy with. In addition, he went through the whole house searching for the spots and treated them individually. He even found some spots we did not see. Thanks Mike, you did a great job. read more

These guys are amazing!!!! My allergies drive me nuts! I need to get our air ducts cleaned but I was hesistant due to all the bait and switch ads out there. My real estate agent referred us to the dirt busters. Eric came out and gave us a quote on the duct cleaning, few days later they came out and did the cleaning. Very impressed with the quality of work and professionalism. Once again, thanks a lot you guys, you saved me!!! read more

So happy with my carpet cleaning service! This is the 3rd time Fabian has cleaned my carpets. He is always on time, professional, and very patient with my endless questions. Very satisfied with the results and plan to use their services in the future for all my carpet needs. Good job!! read more

The house look very clean when they left the attention to detail was lacking. I told the lead that dusting was my main concern and although the tops of thing were done very well all the furniture ledges were missed the dinning room chairs the bar stools the base of the furniture were not touched. I would think when cleaning the kitchen finger prints on the refrigerator handle and font would be removed they were not. The floors in the kitchen had a residue left on them and when someone walks in there you can see the foot prints. Pam Tustin CA read more

Excellent customer service. If you see my previous review, you can see the problem I had. But the fixed it all within a few hours and now couches are clean and for the price originally discussed. I will definitely be a forever customer. I really appreciate the superstar service! Fabian and Jose were great, and the sales team at the call center was amazing at remedying my problem from this morning. Thanks dirt busters!!! read more

After the tenant move out, the house was in very bad shape. The fridge had dried sticky stuff, cabinets had hair , spice droppings, rings from something placed inside. Oven looked like it never was cleaned- gunk baked on. Microwave also had food remains blasted on revolving plate. The floors, all hardwood and travertine had so much lint and dust sitting on it, I felt we might need to clean n repeat a few times to see results. The dust buster crew proved me wrong. They arrived estimated 4-5 hrs and sure enough 4 hours later the house looked and smelt of cleanliness! I'm impressed! Thank you Dust Busters:) read more

If I could, I would give mike and his crew more than a 5 star review. I initially hired Dirt Busters for a construction clean up after my home's renovations were complete. I was in a time crunch and not only was mike accommodating with the short time frame I had available, but he was the most fairly priced company I had called about the job. The crew showed up at 5am, ready to go, and finished on time. When they were done, my home was move-in ready, without even a speck of dust leftover. I was so impressed with the work they did, I now have them as a regular, bi-monthly cleaning. Mike cares about the quality of his and his crew's work and won't finish until the customer is happy. I can't recommend dirt busters enough! read more

We moved our corporate office and contacted DirtBusters to perform a move out clean, including carpet cleaning and waste removal. They responded within an hour and were able to provide us a quote to clean the space with great pricing. They have an awesome online portal that allowed me to pay for the service in advance and receive text messages about the cleaning. They were prompt and did an amazing job getting our office space cleaned up - we ended up getting our security deposit back in full! We will be using them again and recommending them to other companies in our network. Seriously, these guys have it all together and minimized the stress of moving out. Moving out of your house already causes enough anxiety to make you go crazy. The daunting task of having to clean a whole house we lived in for 2 years was stressing me out and I decided that in order to try to get my full deposit back, I wanted to use a professional cleaning service. After searching through the many options, I opted to go with Dirt Busters due to the reviews and the recommendation from someone who used them in the past. I wanted to make sure if I was paying for a cleaning, that the service would be top notch. Let me tell you, I was not disappointed. From the first interaction, I was impressed with the customer service and how fast I was able to make a reservation. The cleaners arrived on time and got straight to work. The cleaning was completed with an hour additional time being required compared to the original estimate ( they made sure to get permission first!!). During the initial walk through post cleaning, I was blown away at how well the house was cleaned. They hit every closet, every drawer, each individual blind for our windows, no stone was left unturned. I am extremely grateful to Dirt Busters for doing an amazing job and making things easier for me as a renter. You helped me get back my full deposit! Would recommend to anyone in need of a good cleaning! read more

They did a great job thoroughly cleaning up post-construction dust and general messiness. Polite, amiable, and a great attitude.
