Reasonable prices and good work! The guy who cleaned our carpet did a great job. He was very professional and worked efficiently.

After some recent construction we were in serious need of thorough cleaning. Luckily, our landlord called in Dirt Busters! Unfortunately, the home, including our personal belongings, were not adequately covered during construction and therefore, it was a HUGE job to get the dust out. My wife and I were happily surprised at just how clean the house was after Dirt Busters came. Thank you so much for stellar service! read more

We were moving out & was looking for a reliable company to really clean our home and make it look presentable to the home owner. After calling a few places and asking questions I decided to go with "Dirt Busters" purely for the reviews as well as professionalism on the phone. It was $35 per person per hour. Not only they did an AMAZING JOB, but the lovely lady name "JULIA" found my diamond cross necklace in the drawer & handed it to me. TALK ABOUT BEING HONEST!!!!! Thank you thank you & thank you. If we stayed in the area I would definitely use them again. read more

A+++ yet again! Mike and his team detailed the interior of my car and I've never seen it cleaner. They're so great and always on time :)

Mike was great to work with and we went over all of the things that we needed cleaned prior to the service. They have a 46 point checklist, but since I live in a shared apartment, we had a number of things to leave out and had other requests instead. They were able to accomodate all of our needs and also showed up on time, which is always a plus. Looking forward to using them again soon! read more

Dirt busters are sensational with A1 customer service I only call them for my carpet care needs. The whole crew Fabian the technician who does the work along with a helper, Mike the owner and Julio who answers the phones with the best service are all a pleasure to deal with read more

Mike and his crew ALWAYS do an amazing job. This is my 3rd time using them to clean my carpets and their professionalism and thoroughness has remained consistent. I would highly recommend them! read more

My house looks GREAT! I just bought a house and the previous owners had 3 large dogs who had really trashed the carpet. Mike did such an amazing job there were no more stains or odors. I also had them clean my house because quite frankly moving and painting was enough work for me lol. Highly recommended!!! read more

As a realtor, it is important to have a team of professionals that I can refer with confidence to my clients. I have used the Dirt Busters for over 1 year now and have yet to have an experience anything less than perfect! Not only do I use Mike and his team personally, I've referred him to over 20 clients in the past year and the Dirt Busters always come through for me. I've sent them some pretty funky homes to clean and by the time they are done, I don't even recognize the place.....that's how meticulous they are! If you are looking for a company that you can trust to get the job done the first time.....give them a call! read more

I have 3 dogs and needed to get some pet stains (pee, poo) off my carpets. So, I decided to call the dirt busters and I found them on yelp. Glad I did, they have a professional staff, reasonable prices for what they did. Thank you everyone from the Dirt Busters ill definitely be calling them in the future again when I have my animal parties. read more

We have been referring our customers to Mike for the past eight months or so and I am so pleased with his service and follow through. After meeting with our customers, he sends us a full update and scope of work. It is really nice to be kept in the loop with our referrals. After their service is completed, our customers give Mike glowing reviews every time. We could not be happier with The Dirt Busters. A customer asked us the other week why we refer Mike and our answer was that he is reliable, communicative and priced fairly. Thanks for making us look good Mike! read more

Way too go super service award well deserve these people take pride at what they do there really nice as well my floor looks really good.

Recently the dirt busters have reached out to me to rectify my issues with the services they provided. I have to say that their professionalism is bar none and their concern for customer satisfaction is beyond stellar. I would have to say if trust, honesty, and peace of mind are your concern then they have what you are looking for. If you have a big project with heavy duty calcium and grease cleaning needed you may want to look elsewhere. read more

When I wrote my last review, Mike contacted me right away and offered a reimbursement. He also offered to groom the rug and trim the pulled loops. My rug will still be a little lopsided, which is disappointing, but I'm very impressed with this company's customer service and communication. Just be careful if you have a looped wool rug. read more

First off, Julia is simply the BEST. There is no one like her. Secondly, Mike (I think he's the owner) is awesome to work with. So far, he has not disappointed me with how he manages his company. I would recommend Dirt Busters to anyone!!! read more

I've been using Dirt Busters for the past 5 years and wouldn't recommend anyone else. I love how everyone treats you like family ready to help! they're very professional, friendly, attention to detail and very reliable when I need them. They've done carpet cleaning, tile & grout cleaning and also cleaned my ducts with a very innovative system that showed me through a video what's "behind the scenes" of my ducts! just amazing! Just love these guys! read more

I am now using Dirt Busters for my once a month cleaning. Mike is very responsive to issues when they arise and make sure you are completely 100% satisfied always. The girls kick ass and I love coming home to a clean house after a long day. read more

I recently moved from a home I shared with my two daughters, three dogs, two cats, and at one time a rabbit! We lived at this home for four years. The house never really had a thorough cleaning done in the four years we lived there. Dirt Busters came in and in four hours made the place look even better then it did when we moved in! They came in the first day and cleaned from the top to the bottom! The following day a new crew came in and cleaned the carpet. The house looks amazing! I'm looking forward to receiving my deposit now that Dirt Busters came in and made the home look brand new! Both crews did an awesome job and I recommend them to anyone with a dirty house! read more

Working in Real Estate, you need vendors you can depend on at a moments notice. I have used many cleaning companies whose promises fell short, then I got connected with Mike owner of the Dirt Busters, my trust in him as a professional is beyond words. He shows up on time gets the job done better than the rest. His success is based on his discipline and high standards as a business owner, I expect the best and I work with the best to serve my clients. Hats off to your company, I recommend you as my number 1 referral of choice. read more

So happy with this carpet cleaning service! Mike was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He gave me a verbal quote over the phone and after arriving on the job, his actual price was $30 less! My carpets are super clean and he was able to remove all 4 stains I pointed out. I would definitely hire this company again. read more

Great experience using Dirt Busters! They called before coming to let me know just when they would be here and were right on time! Our cleaners Fabian and Carlos were very professional and personable. They took their time cleaning our carpets and it shows! I have a 2 yr old and 2 dogs, so our carpet had seen better days, but now it looks amazing! I actually waited a couple of days to even write a review because I wanted to be sure the large stains didn't reappear once it was fully dry, as it had using other carpet cleaning companies but they haven't! Carpet looks great still! Thank you Dirt Busters! I definitely will use you again! read more

Mike was so helpful and really honest when he came to clean our air vents. He even cleaned a horribly dirty vent my husband had planned on cleaning. Thnx- so nice to breathe clean air!! read more

This is an amazing customer based business! I only use referrals to work in our home and Mike Salas, owner DB, was referred by MAC Flooring another great company. Mike and his Team cleaned our 40 year old furnace ducts and videotaped it. Yep--lots of stuff was sucked up and we will breath cleaner air.. Our house has high wooden vaulted ceilings and every single board was vacuumed with a HEPA vacuum system. Plus, the entire house walls and ceilings were vacuumed. Today painters are staining all the wood clean surfaces. Wish I had found Dirt Busters sooner. It is obvious that Mike and his Team are proud of their expert services and work well together. My neighbors and I love their green logo vans! read more

I found Dirt Busters through Yelp while looking for contractors to clean our house after we move out. I requested quotes from 5 companies, and chose Dirt Busters because they could also do the window and carpet cleaning, plus the total proce was less than the competition. I also scheduled them to be out one additional time before the move. The team arrived a little late, but we were scheduled at the end of the day, so it wasn't a total surprise. However, they did such a great job, it made up for the tardiness. When thhey arrived and looked at the loft, they said it would take an extra 30 minutes to clean, which I approved. Today I received the invoice for the cleaning, and I'm reminded how great a job they did, and about 25%less than my previous company. I would definitely recommend Dirt Busters to anyone looking for good value from their cleaning company. read more

If you need your carpets cleaned look no further! These guys were great! We're about to put our house up for sale and our realtor suggested replacing the carpets but I thought lets get them cleaned 1st. The carpet looked amazing when they were done! All for $145 they were very nice and professional. read more

Unbelievable service - I was afraid they wouldn't be able to get anything out of this 20 year old white carpet, but the guy was incredibly friendly and said he can help, but he can't guarantee how much will come out. I told him to give it a shot, then left the house for a couple hours. When I came back, the carpet was like new! All the dirt and black spots (except the cigarette burns) were completely gone! He used our vacuum to clean before, which then clogged and wasn't effective, so he cleaned the filter and fixed our vacuum cleaner! I like the blue booties they give you as well :D He also put most of our furniture on styrofome blocks to help the carpet dry properly. The guy was otherwise amazingly friendly and explained everything to me in very easy to understand terms. read more

So I had hired another company when I first purchased my first home to do a move in special and after paying a small fortune and being extremely disappointed in the results, I swore to never hire a company to clean my home again. That was until an angel by the name of Luz who performed a miracle in the form of cleanliness on my neglected home. My work schedule was filled with traveling and juggling family and career. Luz not only did an incredible job at cleaning my home but her attention to detail made walking into my freshly polished home a hotel dream! Thank you Dirt Busters for a quality experience and thank you Luz for making my home impeccable! read more

We had to remodel some of our vacation rental units in the Newport Beach area and the Dirt Busters were GREAT! Mike is more than accommodating. We had a last minute rental move out clean for him. I emailed him a list of the specific items needed to be cared for and he did a fantastic job communicating to the cleaners. It was nice to order house cleaning and carpet cleaning from the same company. They also cleaned our air ducts and offered us a quote on the window cleaning which we will definitely utilize later on. Dirt busters get 5 stars and 2 thumbs up all the way!! (-: read more

These guys did a miracle on our carpet. The carpet on our rental home was filthy with large patches of dark stains and dirt from shoe traffic on the carpet. The stains didn't look like they would come off when we tried to scrub it with some carpet cleaner. We couldn't rent it like that to the next tenants and thought we would most likely have to get new carpet but The Dirt Busters removed most of the stains and made the carpet look fresh and clean once again. I honestly did not expect them to be able to get it as clean as they did. They went over each spot multiple times and focused on the spot until either it came out or was impossible to come out. They took pride in their work. Thanks guys! read more

Having had two pets and two young children in the four years that I've lived here, my carpets were disgusting. I was very pleased with my entire experience from scheduling the appointment to having my carpets cleaned. My carpet continues to look amazing almost two weeks after the job was done. They completed two rooms, my hallway and stairs in about an hour. The technicians were extremely professional. I will be using this company again. read more

Superb! Highly recommend! Only rave reviews! I am close to moving in to my new house and really needed a full service cleaning to give my husband and I a fresh start. I called Dirt Busters on a Monday at 11am and Mike confirmed that they could come out the very next day! They sent Juan out at 9:30am to do the windows and he is the sweetest most helpful guy! My windows, outdoor and indoor tracks, and screens are perfect! Then I got a 30 minute courtesy call from Mike to tell me when the indoor house cleaning team would arrive. He sent three determined women over that left my house spotless! I am so grateful to Dirt Busters and will recommend them to everyone I meet! read more

After weeks of dusty work inside the house, we really needed help cleaning up, especially before the holidays. It was simple to set up an appointment with Dirt Busters. They answered all our questions and offered service advice that fit our situation. Dirt Busters did great work and were so friendly in person. I would not hesitate to recommend Dirt Busters. read more

The best experience I've ever had with any company in the Northern Hemisphere. The whole team is very professional, polite and I highly recommend them. Magic Mike said yes he would be happy to clean whatever we had not even knowing how much we had. It was a whole truck load of equipment and electrical cables covered in playa dust fresh out of Burning Man. He and his crew unloaded everything cleaned it all to perfection and then surprised us by reloading the truck all within 4 hours. Thanks again, Dirt Busters! You guys ROCK! read more

I dealt with Mike and he is GREAT!! I own a company and I told Mike about our interesting client which needed her house completely cleaned. He did just that and our client is very happy with the service. Thank you again Mike, we will always keep you in mind. =) read more

I had some che (Vietnamese dessert) in the back seat, and it spilled on the floor of my backseat. That's when I called Mike from The Dirt Busters. He personally came out with his equipment to my house to clean the inside of my car. It was also great that he used organic chemicals, and the inside of the car was nice and clean afterwards. Mike was also very friendly, and I'm looking to get a quote from him to clean my house next. read more

In the past, every time I have my carpets cleaned I've been disappointed. That was until I found The Dirt Busters. Not to mention how professional they conduct themselves. read more

Although we didn't start off on the best foot, Mike took the situation into his own hands and made things right in the end! He cleaned our blinds flawlessly and made them look brand new. The only business to use got GREEN CLEANING. what an amazing team! These guys really know what they are doing...thumbs up all the way.

I've used The Dirt Busters twice now for routine cleaning of my 2 bedroom home. The price is a little high ($70/hr., 2 hr. min), but they work from a very extensive checklist which makes for a very thorough cleaning. Just make sure you go over the checklist and let your cleaner know which items you expect to have completed. I assumed they completed the entire checklist every cleaning, but I was wrong. On my second cleaning I came back to a very clean house, but there were some problem areas that I was not satisfied with (dust on the lamps/bases, dust/spots on my stove, etc.). I called my cleaner (Karina) and she was completely professional and offered to come back the next day to clean the areas that I was not satisfied with. She did return the next day and was in and out without any problems (I left very detailed instructions about not letting my dog out and what to clean and she paid attention to what I asked). Overall, The Dirt Busters are very professional and I appreciate their customer service. I also appreciate that they clean on Saturdays. I will continue to use their services and would definitely recommend them to my friends and other Yelpers! read more

These guys are great! I was in a crunch, needed a cleaning ASAP and these guys came through and went the extra mile. My house was spotless when they left! I should note that I contacted about 3 to 4 others based off a local search on Yelp, and absolutely no one could come besides Dirt Busters. I definitely recommend their services to everyone. Thank you all so much! read more
