Amazing results! I had the most stubborn stain on the most stubborn rug, and SoCal Rug Masters was the only company that could actually help--in a way I didn't even know was possible. I had multiple in-home carpet cleaning companies come out and they could not remove a pet stain from this type of material. Neither could SoCal Rug Masters (and they were up front about this possibility) BUT they were able to actually offer a solution other than "just live with it" or "buy another rug". They actually ended up removing that section of carpet and reconnecting the pieces in the most discreet and almost seamless way--the quality of work is amazing! I have nothing but good things to say about the service I received from these guys. I was fortunate enough to come into a hand knotted rug that needed extra love. On top of being really dusty, it had a 2 x 3 rip / hole near the middle of the rug and an edge was cut at a weird angle. I needed a place that could deliver amazing modern rug cleaning and rug restoration. Once I dropped off the rug, the manager ran down all the necessary things he saw that needed to be done w/ the rug. He specifically pointed out that the fabric needed extra care because of it's content. After receiving a fair quote and waiting around 3 weeks, they delivered the rug (free of charge). My first impressions were that it looked lighter and brighter than when I dropped it off due to the heavy amount of dust. The colors popped out more, which I liked. Also, I couldn't even tell there was any damage prior. Their service truly includes modern rug repair that you can be satisfied with. And the quote ended up being cheaper than what he initially gave me. I'm a very satisfied customer and will come back once the rug needs a cleaning in about 3-5 years. It took me a while to research and find a good reputable company for cleaning my rugs. Arash helped me when I dropped off the rugs and Kourosh when I picked up and they were kind enough to even bring it to their location close to my home. The 2 rugs were sitting outside our garage for a couple years collecting dirt and rain and more and I didn't think there is any hope for them, but they were nicely cleaned and usable again. Very knowledgeable and responsive. The owner and I had a chat when I picked up the rug. He showed me some amazing repairs that he had done in other rugs. My husband and I just got a new oatmeal colored kilim rug. We had a dog pee on our new rug twice within two weeks. We threw baking soda on the stain, which probably did not help it. After the cleaning the stain is still there but faded. The rug originally had some dirt stains that were removed after the cleaning.
