My rug is beautiful! Will definitely use them in the future. Much appreciated. Very professional and kind.

Another masterful RESIZING by Rug Masters! We ordered this beautiful rug for our old house but by the time it came in we bought a new house that had a smaller living area footprint. I was very sad that we would need to find a replacement because I was doubtful we could have it resized. Another reviewer here mentioned they did just that so we decided to give it a try. We had 3 feet cut off one side to make it 9 feet. Thanks Rug Masters! You did a great job! read more

I took my Persian rug to SoCal Rug Masters after not having it professionally cleaned for about two and a half years. It had gotten really dingy, and the vibrant colors were basically gone, even with regular vacuuming and home rug-cleaning attempts. They gave me a great deal and told me it would take about 10 days -- when I picked it up, I was honestly shocked. It looks like a brand new rug. The colors are vibrant again and the whole thing feels refreshed and revived. I'm so happy with the results and definitely recommend them if you want your rug done right. read more

Love this place! We have a few rugs and have been cleaning them at home, but it never felt truly clean. My partner found this place and it was such an amazing experience! The staff are very friendly and very quick to respond. The rug was cleaned within a reasonable amount of time and it was the cleanest it has ever been since we took it out of its package. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for professional rug cleaning. read more

Amazing results! I had the most stubborn stain on the most stubborn rug, and SoCal Rug Masters was the only company that could actually help--in a way I didn't even know was possible. I had multiple in-home carpet cleaning companies come out and they could not remove a pet stain from this type of material. Neither could SoCal Rug Masters (and they were up front about this possibility) BUT they were able to actually offer a solution other than "just live with it" or "buy another rug". They actually ended up removing that section of carpet and reconnecting the pieces in the most discreet and almost seamless way--the quality of work is amazing! I'm so glad I know of this company so they can be my first call for any rug cleaning or repair needs in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

WOW, I can't offer any higher praise or professionalism than this company. Koroush came to our home, explained the process they use to clean the rugs, provided a reasonable estimate and then picked up and delivered the rugs as scheduled. They even allowed us to store the rugs an additional week as our floors needed to have extra curing time. They are also very knowledgeable about Persian rugs and provide a valuation of our rugs. read more

Great friendly customer service, worth the price. I appreciated the new customer discount! Will definitely use them again.

It took me a while to research and find a good reputable company for cleaning my rugs. Arash helped me when I dropped off the rugs and Kourosh when I picked up and they were kind enough to even bring it to their location close to my home. The 2 rugs were sitting outside our garage for a couple years collecting dirt and rain and more and I didn't think there is any hope for them, but they were nicely cleaned and usable again. Their prices and super reasonable for the great service they offer and the latest technology that they use for cleaning rugs as som rug cleaners just do a superficial cleaning. Thanks again and soon I I'll be taking my bigger rug there for cleaning. read more

Kourosh and his company are the real deal when it comes to knowledge and expertise on high end carpets and rugs. We had a major water leak which ruined one of our expensive rugs. He and his team brought it back probably better than it originally looked! In addition to their stellar cleaning work, he also is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to Persian, Turkish, or any kind of rug really - and his integrity and passion shines through in all my interactions with him thus far. Highly recommended! read more

I have nothing but good things to say about the service I received from these guys. I was fortunate enough to come into a hand knotted rug that needed extra love. On top of being really dusty, it had a 2 x 3 rip / hole near the middle of the rug and an edge was cut at a weird angle. I needed a place that could deliver amazing modern rug cleaning and rug restoration. Once I dropped off the rug, the manager ran down all the necessary things he saw that needed to be done w/ the rug. He specifically pointed out that the fabric needed extra care because of it's content. After receiving a fair quote and waiting around 3 weeks, they delivered the rug (free of charge). My first impressions were that it looked lighter and brighter than when I dropped it off due to the heavy amount of dust. The colors popped out more, which I liked. Also, I couldn't even tell there was any damage prior. Their service truly includes modern rug repair that you can be satisfied with. And the quote ended up being cheaper than what he initially gave me. I'm a very satisfied customer and will come back once the rug needs a cleaning in about 3-5 years. He also offered services of cutting the rug into smaller pieces down the road if I moved into a new place that needed different decor. Amazing customer service overall read more

Where do I begin? We recently inherited our Nana's old rug that is over 20 years old. In that 20 years it has never been shampooed only vacuumed. 20 years of dogs, dirt and cigarette smoke. This thing smelt real bad. We were worried the smell wouldn't come out and that it would never feel clean. After going back and forth we finally decided to go all out and have a professional clean it. We found SoCal rug masters, they had AWESOME reviews. So we emailed and they got back to us within 15 minutes! A day later they came and picked it up. They kept it for 10 days and in that time they DEEP CLEANED it and we also opted to get the fringe cut off as they were tattered and uneven. You would never have guessed they were there in the first place! This rug looked BRAND NEW and it felt CLEAN under our feet. Not to mention the rug was like 10 shades lighter than when we sent it. I cannot say better things about SoCal rug masters. I am absolutely referring them to friends and family, and you guys as well! There is no bs with them they are very straight forward and incredibly professional and punctual. You would be making a mistake going anywhere else. read more

My rug had been sitting in my garage for a long time. It was at the verge of being tossed out. Because it's sentimental to me, I decided to seek out SoCal Rug Masters to clean and restore it. There was a cherry coke stain on my beige rug along with other food stains. When the owner told me that the cherry coke stain might be hard to get it out. They would try their best but no guarantee and it would take 7 to 10 days. I wasn't hopeful at all since the stain pretty much caked in. However, when my rug was returned, I saw that the stain was completely gone! I was really happy and really impressed what a awesome job they did with my rug. I highly recommended them! read more

Prompt response, fantastic service. I have a Chinese woven rug that I inherited and guarded with my life but it wasn't enough to protect it from a full glass of wine being spilled!!! Fortunately that stain has been removed, as well of years of dust and ware. Really fantastic work, this is an heirloom and it's decades old but looks BRAND NEW read more

I had an old Chinese rug that had sentimental value, but it was very stained from years of pets and wear. I tried to clean it (don't ever do this) with my Bissell, but I just made it worse! Now it smelled like wet wool and cat pee! My husband said "let's just throw this thing away!" but I hate to see things go into the landfill when they might be salvageable. We agreed that if I could find a place to clean it for a reasonable price, we would keep it. Enter SoCal Rug Masters and Kourosh! He affirmed that the rug was Chinese, hand tufted, and worth cleaning/keeping. He quoted me a price that was more than fair. He really knows his rugs! And in one week, my rug came out beautifully! I'll come back to post before/after photos after I get it in place. If you have a stained rug, whether it's Middle Eastern or not, it's worth a call to SoCal Rug Masters. They are honest, responsive, and skilled. I'm totally happy with the job that they did on my pretty pink rug! read more

Very knowledgeable and responsive. The owner and I had a chat when I picked up the rug. He showed me some amazing repairs that he had done in other rugs. My husband and I just got a new oatmeal colored kilim rug. We had a dog pee on our new rug twice within two weeks. We threw baking soda on the stain, which probably did not help it. After the cleaning the stain is still there but faded. The rug originally had some dirt stains that were removed after the cleaning. I would recommend for the customer service, knowledge and price. read more
