Initial visit went well. However, when they came back to install a pre paid floor mat, they just dropped it off on my porch and claimed they knocked for 15 minutes. I knew they were lying so I checked my house cameras and it showed they were not even here for a full 8 minutes from Driving up to driving off. When I asked them to come back and make it right and install it since that's what I paid for they left me on read and never responded to my requests or messages. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND CONSIDERED THIS AN UNFINISHED JOB. They were rushing because I wasn't going to spend any more money with them cause I couldn't schedule my other rooms And didn't want to buy a second floor mat. read more

Logan was very professional and quick to respond. We had build up on our custom flooring and had been unsuccessful in removing it. We were incredibly impressed with the outcome. They resolved the issue and now the floors look amazing. They also cleaned some of our rugs on site and took a hemp rug out to clean and return. Not only would we use this company again, we have them scheduled to pick up two large rugs to clean and return. read more

Logan and his associate did an absolutely amazing job restoring my upholstered dining room chairs. They had been in my storage unit for a few years, and when I was moving out of my unit, it was discovered that 2 of the 4 dining chairs had been damaged by water leaking from the storage facility roof. The chairs have a light colored pattern so the dark brown water stains were extremely noticeable. Not only were they able to completely remove the stains, they also cleans the 2 other chairs that were not damaged so all 4 were uniform in appearance. In fact, they did such a great job cleaning the chairs, that I couldn't tell which of the 4 chairs originally had the stains. They looks BRAND NEW! This is why you hire professional cleaners. read more

Orange Coast Clean did an amazing job for us for the second time! First on a rental apartment and next in our home! Our home carpet is VERY old, maybe 25-30 years and has seen better days. We asked them to clean it and do the best they could with it. It is still old but they brought it back to life and mostly we know it's CLEAN! They moved a few pieces for us and and are very professional and nice. We have a couple things coming up, kitchen floor grout cleaning first and we will definitely be calling Orange Coast Clean! Definitely recommend! Thank you! read more

Logan and his team took care of our carpets, tile, couches, and wood floors. All of the floors looked great when they were done, but I have to say the wood floors looked amazing. The wood is very light colored and we had actually not realized how dirty it had become over time. The floors looked better than when we moved in some years ago. From the time they came out to give an estimate, Orange Coast Clean was responsive, professional and thorough. I strongly recommend this company for your floor cleaning needs. read more

The team is amazing! They pay attention to the details and take pride in the service they provide. I used them at my mother in laws after we stayed there with our dogs. Then we scheduled them to do our house and we were so happy and pleased! They really take there time and don't try to rush their work. I had them do rugs, area rugs and my bathroom floors. They also can preserve your floors. Mine now shine like the first day we moved in! We are so grateful we were passed there information. read more

I called to get an appointment for a couch cleaning and spoke with Logan. He gave me an estimate over the phone and it didn't change once the job was complete. I feel like this is rare these days so it was much appreciated. He said someone would be here between 2:00-3:00 and the guy actually came within the designated time, which is once again kind of rare. He did a great job on cleaning our couch and even cleaned up something that had spilled behind the couch that was sticky on the tile without me asking. I assume it was a job done by our toddler that we never knew about so I'm sure it wasn't easy to get off the floor. Great work and I plan on having them come back to clean our tile floors. Plus they were about 15% cheaper than most of the competitors we got quotes from. read more

First I want to say that I don't write reviews; having said that this company deserves the time and effort to do so. Every aspect of my experience was excellent. I've lived in my apt with the same carpet, two cats and one dog for 18 years. After OCC came and cleaned my carpet, it looks almost brand new, (except where I had used inappropriate products to get rid of pet stains) feels good on bare feet too. I waited a whole month to write this review becuz sometimes it looks good when its done and a little while later it looks bad again.... I'm so happy it still looks great. Ohhhh and the customer service representatives where so helpful and friendly. Overall an awesome job. This company is great!!!! read more
