I had a great experience with Regrout Systems who helped seal our primary bath tile after it started getting mildew two months after we moved in. They also helped re-calk the perimeter of my kid's bathtub to minimize grout cracking. I worked with Liam to get the quote who also itemized our guest shower and kitchen for future work we might want to do. Scott performed the work and both were extremely professional, communicative and easy to work with. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone needing their services! read more

I had Regrout Systems regrout the shower in my guest bathroom, and the results speak for themselves. From the first outreach, they were easy to work with, quick to respond, and very communicative about scheduling and expectations. The estimator and the owner who worked on my shower were clearly knowledgeable and worked fast without rushing the job. They removed the old, stained grout and replaced it with clean, even lines that made the shower look almost brand new. The entire job was completed in about three hours, and they left the area spotless when they were done. If you're dealing with worn or discolored grout and want a clean, professional result without a full remodel, Regrout Systems is a solid choice. I'd absolutely use them again. read more

I attempted to fix the moldy caulking in my walk in shower, needless to say it was a disaster. After months of thinking about it I found Regrout Systems. From the start they were gracious, on time, and extremely helpful, explaining everything. I decided to have them fix the shower, but while here I showed them the floor tile where the grout had discolored but not uniformly and there was a crack across the floor (I learned that this happens on tile set on a slab, and sorry no before photo). Their quote was reasonable, the work was done Impeccably. They even give you a 1 year guarantee. read more

Recently we employed Regrout Systems to work on our master bath shower and seal our quartzite kitchen countertops. They showed up on time, performed professionally and cleaned up after completing their tasks. Nice people (sales & labor) and a reliable company to work with. We especially liked Liam & Brian (father & son), who coordinate the company. We will call them back for future work. Others reading this Yelp review should give them a try! read more

My name is Steve Barnes and I'm a retired tile contractor with 38 years of experience. I normally clean and seal my tile yearly, but I was unable to do it this year. I called my friend Wendy at Aegean Design Studios and asked for a referral. She gave me the phone number of Regrout Systems. I called on Thursday, had Liam come out on Friday and give me the bid, and had the crew arrive on Monday to do the job. All the work was done by hand with scrub brushes, tooth brushes, and sponges. The floor went from dirty looking tile and grout to a thing of beauty. The finished product was way beyond my expectations. An added bonus was when my young dog missed the puppy pad and hit the tile and grout. The urine stayed on top of the grout and was easy to clean up. Prior to this, it would have soaked into the grout and been harder to clean up. I can't say enough nice things about using Regrout Systems. From the first phone call to the finished product, everyone I dealt with was professional and pleasant interact with. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who is looking for the services they provide. read more

I reached out to Regrout Systems just before midnight Saturday and they responded early Sunday. By the early afternoon on following Wednesday the work was completely done! Everyone I interacted with at Regrout Systems were super pleasant and I appreciated how efficiently things were done. I had them over to remove and redo the caulking around my shower in the primary bathroom. I had it done previously for cheap and it was done poorly/mildew had grown quite rapidly. I was fully aware the Regrout Systems team would not be the cheapest option, I was quite happy with the quality of the work and the ease with which everything was coordinated. Will definitely be recommending them to any friends/family! read more

Without a doubt, this is the only company you should consider forgetting your shower/tub restored back to new. We had a lot of issues with previous companies using the wrong materials and having early mold form and failure with the actual Grout. This company cares and they know exactly what they're doing. The work is absolutely perfect. We've already recommended to multiple other family and friends. Like I said this is a one stop shop for your Regrout And Shower restoration purposes! A+ plus plus and what a great value they provide. The pricing was very fair and they offer a very nice warranty. read more

This is the second project I've had done with Regrout Systems and I'm just as pleased and impressed all around. Scott completed the work and he was so detail oriented, nice and professional. Scott did an amazing job cleaning the grout on my kitchen floor. I wish I had taken a pic before it was done because it was so bad. Hadn't done my floors in a long time. What surprised me was how it was done all by hand. No machine was used and they turned out amazing. He also resealed around my kitchen sink which looks fantastic. Scott was also professional and kind. The price was reasonable and I will definitely use them again. read more

Outstanding service. Liam and Brian were terrific with their timeliness and work quality! So happy with the final result.

Fantastic response time and service! The bathrooms and kitchen sink area were cleaned and regrouted, along with the tile floors. we called and left a message and got a return call within an hour, estimator, Liam along with Scott came the next day(Thursday) and we had an estimate by early that evening. They were able to schedule the work for that Monday! Scott and Hugo arrived on time and worked diligently until the job was done and did an excellent job cleaning the areas they worked in. we really appreciate how responsive and professional everyone at Regrout Systems has been. I would highly recommending their services. read more

Brian knows his stuff! He and his team came out and fixed our degrading grout, and graciously came back out when we noticed another issue. Brian provided advice and a probable cause for the issue and suggested we call a plumber AND did some water removal and grouting for an extra layer of protection. I recommend and would use Regrout Systems again. read more

We are THRILLED with our new floors! They are not new at all...they are just cleaned and finished with a result that far surpassed our expectations. Regrout Systems was not the cheaper bid on a restoration of vintage 1940s kitchen countertop tiles, but they were the highest rated, local, and with specific expertise in the work. We were not let down by their performance! Thanks to Liam, Brian's son, for a solid review of the project and estimate. Brian, the owner, and Hugo put in a full day's work to fulfill the agreed upon elements of restoration, honest about what could not be repaired to the original, helpful with loads of advice on maintaining the tiles from this point forward and other related grout issues around the home. Appreciate this family owned and operated business, and love keeping our retirement dollars in the community. read more

We are very satisfied with the work this family owned business completed in our home. Found them on Yelp but met them last week to walk the job and yesterday when they started the regouting in 6 rooms. The work included counters, showers and floors. Their work exceeded our expectations since the surfaces and grout look new again. The big plus with this company is the owner and his family members are involved in the quoting, scheduling and actual jobsite work. This is impressive today when the owner is on the site to verify perfection and actually does the work with his team. I would rate them over 5 if I could. Like the old days, when a father perfects his craft and trains his sons to continue the legacy it promotes values and respect for one another. read more

The tile in my downstairs kitchen/entry/bathroom is 25 years old. A dozen years ago this company cleaned it and made the grout look new with the color they picked. Twelve years later, this week they performed the same service again and added my upstairs bathroom that was never grouted correctly. The grout is the color I'd have wanted originally. Liam came to estimate the cost and answered all my questions and I was surprised the cost hadn't increased as much as I feared. Hugo and Scott showed up around 9;30 and finished by 3;00 as they estimated. I could not have conjured up two more skilled workers and delightful young men if I tried. I think the tile looks better now than when new because of the perfect grout color they chose. Don't hesitate. If your tile is making you unhappy, call them now. Tip from them: NEVER use bleach, ammonia on your floors. Stick with Dawn only and the grout will be good for years. Call them! Sorry no photo as I'm not at home writing this. read more

I found these guys on Yelp and I'm so grateful I did. They're excellent at what they do! Great communicators, very skilled at repairing grout and dealing with small yet complicated tile jobs, reasonable prices, do not pressure you to do big repair jobs or more than you need to (like some contractors), and they're very down-to-earth and kind people. In fact, it's a family that runs and operates the business! The son Liam did the free assessment / walk-through and was very courteous and answered my many, many questions. His father Brian came with one other person to do the jobs, and they were great in every way. They made sure I was super happy with their work before wrapping up, and we worked together to make sure everything was perfect and just as I wanted while being honest with what was possible from the start and throughout. And I believe it's Brian's wife who operates the phone system, and she's very respectful and a good communicator as well--she made scheduling and getting invoices for records a breeze. They did 2 jobs for me: 1) My kitchen tile and grout were about 30 years old, inherited from last owners. There was black stuff growing in the tile, some of the grout crumbling off. Embarrassing! They made it all look like new--bright, bright white! And they taught me how to take care of the grout so it would keep up. 2) I removed a microwave with a hood/vent system and it left a few big screw holes in the tile backsplash. I was told by a few different contractors, even a tiler that they couldn't do anything about it--that we'd have to take out the whole backsplash and start over + deal with damaged wallpaper. We happened to have a few extra tile laying around that matched, and Brian worked like a surgeon to remove the tiles with holes and put the two new tiles in! Instead of doing a whole renovation job, he was able to fix it and at such a reasonable price!!! We took the money we saved from a big renovation job and spent it on other upgrades in our kitchen instead Bonus: They have a 1 year warranty!! And I am writing this review almost a year after the service, so I can actually vouch for them and say that they do uphold the warranty--the grout still looks great, but there's an area they're going to do a touch up job on! I appreciate them a great deal! read more

It is a family company that goes above and beyond. Great experience from the start to the finish. No need to look elsewhere!

A red flag is when a business owner spends more time replying to your Yelp review than they did trying to help you on the phone! Real piece of work! Rude person who answers telephone. Extremely difficult to work with and set up appointment. Keeps promising will come out to give estimate and leaving you hanging. It's difficult enough when you're searching for a contractor, and you don't need someone who is evasive and snotty on top of it on the phone. read more

Brian is awesome. He came with Hugo today to take care of the grout in our bathroom. I didn't realize how bad it was until Liam came over for the estimate the week prior. I showed Liam our 2 bathrooms and he was very honest. Liam said one bathroom is all good but the master bedroom shower area definitely needed touch up. Liam didn't try to upsell us anything, considering we have tiles in multiple places in our house, he said our tiles look pretty good except for the master bedroom shower. The price was quite reasonable for the amount of re-grouting they had to do and the quote was all broken down very professionally over email. On the day of the install, Brian even took the time to show us where the builder failed to seal the grout on our shower doors which caused some of the damage. He also gave us tips on what to do when we clean our showers to preserve the grout. It was $$ well spent, IMHO. Brian didn't have to take the time to give us all the extra info. But he did. This just goes to show how well he takes care of his customers. Nothing is scarier than mold damage in the shower. But Regrout Systems came to our rescue and saved us from having to replace our master bedroom shower. read more

I own a 1950's duplex in Long Beach which has tile throughout the floor and walls / shower in the bathrooms. The tile in the back unit was pretty thrashed. Brian and his crew saved me from having to re-tile with their regrout system. They really made it look like new tile throughout and my new tenants were happy to move in. Years later after a tenant moved out, Regrout Systems did just the bathroom and it looked like a serious remodel. They were super easy to work with and great with communication. We had a fiasco with our contractor and called Regrout Systems in hopes to have them fix it. The nice lady who answered told me Regrout Systems was not in our service area but she would pass the message onto the owner, Brian, for any questions I had. Brian called me same day, knowing I wouldn't be paying for his services. He spent time sharing his wealth of knowledge, including ideas to circumvent our problem that other contractors did not think of. He even encouraged me to send him pictures for further assessment once we got off the phone. He spent time writing a long response to my pictures. I am floored that there are still genuine, helpful people out there like Brian. If he treated me that well not being a paying customer, I can't imagine how amazing he would be if I were actually his client (and his 5 star rating shows). Thank you Brian, I hope your business continues to flourish because good things should happen to good people. read more

I was so lost down the web rabbit hole of what to do about my grout! Regrout Systems to the rescue! I will be recommending them to family and friends! I wasn't sure if I needed to have my shower retiled or regrouted. I had stained grout, areas of chipped out grout, and clear silicone caulk against the glass with mold that had gotten underneath. They fixed only areas of need and matched my grout on areas that were fine. From my phone call request for a free estimate, I felt reassured that I called the right place! I was on the verge of ripping up my tile and replacing it when i took a shot at calling for a quote on regrouting. My tile grout was coming out and tiles were loose in the bathroom. In the kitchen, it was horrible. The grout was gone in places and i had a badly cracked tile. In my shower, the grout was gone in places. (See before and after pics.) I called on a Wednesday and got my quote right away. It was a quote that seemed reasonable for me and Brian and crew came out very quickly, They were on time and did an amazing job. Highly recommend Regrout Systems! I called a few places and they were in the middle with pricing, but their reviews were better than the most other companies on Yelp. I like to keep my community businesses running so I went with this Long Beach company. True story, after I hired them, it turned out we knew people close to both of us, haha. Anyway, they did a great job replacing all cracked or bad grout once they got it all cleaned and bright white again. They were easy to schedule at my convenience. They were on time, actually early. And it was pretty fast considering the work they have to do. I love that it's a family ran business as well as in my community. Definitely recommend them and will use again in the future when the condo starts settling more and cracking my grout. read more
