Great customer service. Outstanding selection of rugs at great prices. Quality products.

This place is GREAT! It's like walking through the pages of Wayfair. I've never seen so many rugs - of all kinds! Oriental, modern, outdoor, fluffy, small, giant - it's awesome! The guys there are also SUPER helpful and helped me to pick out the perfect rug. They were super sweet and quickly put the ones I was deciding between on the ground for me and explained the differences in fabrics/make/etc. They even easily folded up my 9x13 rug and put it in my trunk! I kid you not! This will definitely be my go-to place from now on. Don't bother trying to pick the perfect rug online - just come here. read more

I've been shopping there for about 15 years... their customer service, inventory and price points are the best I've found in OC. Joe has always been so patient with my indecisiveness, and the owner (forget his name) is also very helpful. With endless options, I've never been disappointed with the quality of my purchases. Highly recommend! read more

The most amazing selection of rugs! Feels like thousands of rugs, no joke and anywhere from 40%-80% off. They have a large room of rugs that are all 80% off. These rugs start at like $50 and go up to a few grand before the 80% off. The staff is wonderful. They'll have what you're looking for and more! read more

Options galore at rugs plus! We came over thanksgiving weekend looking for some rugs to furnish our new home and Joe helped us out. Joe was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us navigate the store and determine appropriate rug sizing for our needs :) They also had some amazing sales going on and had a huge variety of synthetic and wool rugs. They were kind enough to help us lay a rug flat for us to get a better look and we liked it so much we ended up taking it home! We specifically wanted a wool rug and were happy to find so many options. The other great thing is that they offer a 3 day return policy for rugs in stock at the store so you can have the option of purchasing and returning if you decide it isn't the right fit for your home. Overall, great service and some great quality rugs! read more

They have a variety of rugs to choose from in store in various sizes, and even more fabric designs you can browse to special order. I was looking specifically for small round rugs of which there was only one small pile of 1000's of rugs. I believed the prices are too high to call themselves a rug outlet with outlet prices. I found more rugs with colors I loved at half the price online. read more

Wow what an absolute gem in the heart of Orange County! I tumbled upon this establishment via yelp and I'm so glad I'm did! When i arrived i was greeted immediately and offered assistance on choosing the perfect rug for my space, the staff were able to pull the rug down so I can get a better look , i was so grateful to have found my dream rug in less than 30 mins! After trying and failing with rug shopping at crate and barrel and rugs USA i was so happy to have found this location! Run don't walk to this spot if you want a quality rug! BEST RUG SELECTION AND PRICING IN OC! To briefly recap my process: I first visited a couple other rug stores and the prices were outrageous. Then I bought a couple cheaper rugs online, hated them, and had to go through the process of returning them on my own dime. Bleh! Then I found Rugs Plus and they are a gift from the heavens! Such an amazingly wide selection and a great showroom with full size rugs (not those tiny sample pieces!). They are also really committed to your satisfaction, so (1) they offer AMAZING PRICES and (2) you can take home a rug and try it out for 3 days or your money back. I highly highly recommend Rugs Plus for all your rug buying needs! You will not be sorry you visited! read more

Not sure why anyone would be a customer here! Hard for me to conceive of spending as much as the prices of their 80% off merchandise. I'm not at all ignorant (and am a believer) that a business needs to make profit. I realize, and completely conquer, that if something is a high-cost/high-quality commodity it deserves to be sold as such. Was just FLABBERGASTED seeing Rugs+ : Why?, Because anyone who's the Billionaire it would require them to be, to be able to stock and maintain an inventory of major warehouse room after major warehouse room of thousands upon thousands of these rugs, certainly does not need any of the headaches associated with operating such a place.. Also, was very blown away to see my car be the only car in the big lot, and not another soul in the entire monster store read more

Huge selection and variety (different styles, sizes, and price points), and I really enjoyed the no pressure sales tactics. Guys were happy to help us with whatever we needed, and also gave us space and as long as we needed to browse and consider. Rugs Plus - Beautiful rug I bought - Rugs Near Me - Fountain Valley, California

You can see them on the 405 freeway! Huge warehouse of RUGS! LOTS OF RUGS! I thought I would find something I would like but the the salesman kinda stocked me around. I felt like I was a car lot.. Told him what I was looking for. Glad he did ask how much my budget was but he basically kinda followed me around. The place is big..kinda overwhelming.... The sales man didn't really help me narrow in what I want. I was seriously just looking for a plain beige rug to fill my living room because I have soft travertine floors. My kids play Legos on it and it's getting a nice beating. When I told the sales guy plain... He was kinda like telling me well ...people don't get plain rugs or else it wouldn't look like a rug. It will appear more like carpet. Well maybe... That's what I was going for! It was just frustrating because three's carpets in here with a price tag of $10,000 to as low as $800. He told me it was take 40% off the price tag on all rugs. There were areas of clearance rugs... Just FYI, if you have a sensitive nose, it's not pleasant in the clearance area... It was just hard to look at the prices this way. It makes me wonder if I can negotiate the price like how I would with car buying. It was friendly in here. Stayed a good 30min. Didn't find anything that screamed, "buy me!" Probably because there's just too many rugs... Please note that prior to coming here and I did message them via Yelp.... I wanted to know if they deliver. They do deliver. They charge $75.00 for delivery. read more

We had a friend recommend this place to purchase a rug. We were immediately greeted by two employees that were very welcoming and friendly. David asked what we were looking for and helped us locate two different areas that had the size and style to meet our needs. While looking through the hanging rugs, David took our feedback and went ahead to identify some options and had them ready to show us. We ended up purchasing a rug for our living room and a runner for our kitchen. Great selection and pricing as well. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for any type of rug. read more

I was a little worried when I walked in..I thought "here it comes...like a car lot"...salesmen running up asking if they could help...but it was very low pressure. The staff is is very nice and knowledgeable. I hate buying stuff online so I really needed to see and feel the area rugs. There are very few places with the selection RugsPLUS offers. They will take any rug off the hanger and let you walk on it. They have catalogs of rugs they may not have in the store or different sizes. I left with a rug but after determining it was the wrong size, I returned it the next day. They were happy to process the return and help me find just the right rugs. They drop ship the rugs free of charge so no worries if they won't fit in your vehicle. At this point, I've purchased two indoor area rugs and two outdoor area rugs and couldn't be happier. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. The rugs are extremely poor quality. I purchased a rug in July 2022. 6 months later in December 2022 it already begun to show damage. It was normal use. In a living room in a house where we do not wear shoes in the house and only 2 people living here. I tried to clean and treat it but despite my best efforts it kept getting worse. In February 2023 I contacted the manager Ghandi and explained the issue and sent the pictures below. They would not help me in any way. They called it normal "wear and tear". Rugs are supposed to last more than 6 months ESPECIALLY for what you pay here (very expensive). Rugs look great at first in the show room but they will not last and the management will not help. Buyer be warned. read more

There's nothing that beats touching and viewing a rug in person. Thankfully, Rugs Plus not only allows you to do that-- they have the best customer service and sales people. Joseph has a great design sense and he helped me find 2 rugs and 2 matts and the prices were extremely reasonable. He and Ghandi were so lovely to work with and they were so flexible. I came here for my first time about a week ago, and fell in love with the wide range of rug selections they have here. Whether you're looking for traditional or extremely sleek modern rugs, this place has about everything you see online and for half the price. (Wool, velvet, micro-fiber etc, in all recent and trending styles and colors). I went towards the consignment section, where Dan (store owner/manager) helped me look for the exact piece of furniture I needed for my new spot. Each piece of wood furniture they have here is EXTREMELY unique, and of the nicest quality petrified wood pieces. The one thing I really loved about Dan.. was that he made sure the piece I wanted was fit for my place and to my liking. I think I came back about 4 times returning and re-purchasing new items just because I didn't know what would fit in my space visually until it was set up. He was extremely patient with me, and was able to guide me towards selections that I had not even considered at first. Finally I decided on a teak wood bar set for my patio, after purchasing a wool rug from the rug section. I'm not kidding when I say these rugs/consignment pieces are about 50% of the rugs you would see on Houzz, Allmodern etc. I'm genuinely grateful that Dan helped me throughout my search. Each piece seemed to come with its own story, and he was willing to work with and around my budget. Most of the pieces come in sets, and the products are rightly-priced, without the quality being compromised. This place is really a hidden gem, and the guys really seem to know their clients. Will definitely come back for my entire roof-top set up. read more

So I came in here about 7 years ago and bought a rug that was very expensive. The rug did not hold up and I later found it much cheaper at another store and was kind of upset. My husband really wanted to go in this store today so I went. To all my yelpers out there not much is changed... The place has a huge selection but I would have to say 60% of the rugs seem outdated. Stuff I would have seen in my grandmother's house 20 years ago before she died. I seriously will never go back to this place every time it here a huge disappointment. Now watch out for their red yellow and blue tags for different percentages off At the end of the day this place is super overpriced . Don't be deceived by the pretty store front that's all it is is another pretty store front. And I'm not even gonna touch the consignment part of his store in the front with a bunch of dust disorganization and clutter. The salesman was polite. read more

After a search around local rug stores, we found Rugs+. It seemed right in our comfort zone (you get me if you've looked through containers for a rug, or shabby places with no organization and stuff laying all over, or both). Guy, the GM was just the best. He showed us around the labyrinth of rug displays but the key was to show him a picture of what we were looking for. After we had a wander around the various areas, he came back to us with his find, exactly what we wanted. We went home and measured up and ordered a selection of a big rug and some smaller ones. Shipped directly to us, and they are great. Thanks Guy! read more

The selection and prices are very good, assistance from the staff is excellent. We haven't actually purchased a rug, however we tried 4 rugs--all beautiful and well priced, we're just unclear on the look we want, so have failed to pull the trigger. I really appreciate the fact that there is no hard sales pitch, and they make it very easy to trial rugs (for 3 days, or they're open to extending if required). We have not purchased here, but may very well return. read more

My husband and I came here on a whim after looking for a new rug for our bedroom area. We had shopped around at Ikea, Home Goods, HD Buttercup, and a few other furniture stores but had problems finding a decently priced rug that would fit under our Cal King bed frame. They've got rugs, rugs, and rugs here! It's like a Costco sized warehouse of rugs here. We came on a Sunday evening, about an hour from closing time. There were still a few people shopping around at the same time as us. The salesmen here are very friendly, not pushy, and can answer any questions you have. On the regular floor, we saw rugs for 40%. In terms of pricing, then can range anywhere from a few hundred to thousands and tens of thousands of dollars. In the back, there's a huge clearance section with more discounted rugs. We ended up getting one for $120 that worked out nicely for our bedroom area. They have a huge variety of designs - everything from elaborate, Turkish, heavily-designed, to a more modern, simple look. At the end, they rolled it up for us, tied it up, and helped put it in the trunk of our car for us. If you come here, it can definitely be overwhelming - I'd highly recommend coming with an idea of what you may want and an idea for size, so they can at least direct you to the approximate location of things. read more

We'd been searching for over a year for the perfect rugs for our living room, and bedroom. We looked at all the "high end" retailers including Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn and Crate & Barrel but just couldn't find the "perfect" rugs. Either the quality wasn't great, or the prices were outrageously high. Then my husband spotted Rugs Plus as he was driving down the 405, so we thought we'd give it a try - and are so glad we did! The moment we walked into their huge showroom, we were greeted by Ghandi - who was very friendly, knowledgable and also very patient. The showroom is very clean and organized, and the selection is the largest I've ever seen. They seem to have a rug for every budget. We are so pleased with our purchases, and would recommend Rugs Plus to anyone looking for high quality rugs, at very fair prices! read more

Saw this place off the freeway for years and as new home owners, we decided to stop and check it out on day. At first we were turned off by the presence and energy of the sales guys. They were closing and stayed open 5 minutes to let us look around assuming we would buy that day I'm sure. A week later we came back to look without feeling rushed. We were acknowledged by a different employee and showed us around but still not a good vibe/connection/energy with him. We were later asked by "Joe" Joven if we had any questions, and he was great! Former sales and customer service experience really showed and he was very knowledgable, answered our many questions as first time rug buyers/shoppers, etc. We found a couple we liked and he explained the reason for such different price variations based on material, how its made, durability, etc. We ended up taking a smaller size then we wanted home to check on color and before we ordered the bigger size with no returns, refunds, exchanges on custom orders. That was a helpful options that Joe gave us. Long story short, We ended up getting a nice rug at a great discounted rate, a discounted rug pad, and even a gift for leaving them positive feedback in their suggestion box. We did end up spending more than we'd like, but again these are good quality. I would recommend this place to anyone looking. Be on the lookout for Joven "Joe" for great customer service with no intimidation to buy. Thanks Guys. read more
