I was very sad that we would need to find a replacement because I was doubtful we could have it resized. Another reviewer here mentioned they did just that so we decided to give it a try. We had 3 feet cut off one side to make it 9 feet. Thanks Rug Masters! You did a great job!

You do have to sign a piece of paper though. They still haven't restocked the Radlers that are still on sale, but a lot of Xmas stuff is out on the floor now. They have like the comfiest chairs ever, and it's never really crowded in here, which is great. I do like their Korean food section, and wish they had more. I've looked at their clearance, but it seems like a lot of it isn't really worth looking through. Overall, they have a lot of different cute things around the store, so it's fun looking at their collection of items. I do hope that they can carry more products in the future.

I remember going to Cost Plus with my sister when I was a kid. It was always a fun, exotic…read moreexperience. There was Pier One & there was Cost Plus - Pier One was the more corporate experience option. Then Cost Plus grew up. Some changes were immediate, some took a long time. I think it comes down to how I feel when I think of going there, specifically the one in Brea. This isn't a grocery store - why do we have to pay for bags? I'm buying bottles of wine & dishes, picture frames - if I buy dishes and home decor at Macy's, I'm not required to buy a bag. It was always part of my Christmas tradition to make Cost Plus my first stop for gifts - but a couple of Christmases ago, I bought a whole cart full of wine & food gifts. I was not allowed to take the cart to my car, I had to leave the cart in the store and trust that the employee helping me wouldn't be pulled away by time I brought my car around. And it was raining by the way. Once upon a time, the store would reward members with a $10.00 birthday gift. That got changed to a discount. So every once in a while I get a text message telling me about a promotion and I used to enjoy getting those messages. Now I just delete them.

We cannot say enough good things about Sterling. We shopped around a lot before committing -- and…read moreSterling stood out from the first conversation. Working with Jan was the best part: accommodating, responsive, and genuinely trustworthy. The whole sales experience felt honest, with none of the pressure you get elsewhere. They did over 2,000 square feet of our home and the floors look incredible. When we noticed a couple of small spots in the kitchen, they came out immediately to fix it -- no hassle, no excuses. That's the kind of service that earns a customer for life. If you're shopping flooring companies, save yourself the runaround. Ask for Jan. We trusted Sterling completely and they delivered.

Both times, the communication was clear, the service was quick, and the process felt easy from start to finish. Very fair deal with many options. What really stands out, though, is Robin. After our wood plank flooring was completed, we had some issues with a leak, and this is where she truly went above and beyond. A lot of companies would have simply said, "That's not our issue," and moved on, but Robin did the opposite. She worked hand in hand with us, helped troubleshoot, delegated to the right people on her team, and made us feel like she was genuinely trying to solve the problem with us. Her responses were incredibly quick, even on her days off, and that level of care is rare. Sterling already earned our business with their quality work and efficiency, but Robin is the reason we will be customers for life. I can't be more grateful for the way she handled everything.
