They gave me a great deal and told me it would take about 10 days -- when I picked it up, I was honestly shocked. It looks like a brand new rug. The colors are vibrant again and the whole thing feels refreshed and revived. I'm so happy with the results and definitely recommend them if you want your rug done right.

Last year, I picked two out, and they had more stock...but I might have gone shopping for them earlier. They have the Sirius brand for Icelandic chocolates, and I am always happy to see Chuao. Otherly is one I have been meaning to try. The vegan Korean noodles are a little over $2, which isn't the cheapest I can get them. But, they are also a staple of mines. The line is kind of long, but not unbearable. I also noticed their gift card designs at the checkout line. I recently purchased one for $50 at Albertsons, but it was yellow. The ones here are red.

I asked why I would have to pay extra to fortify something to make it solid. Then he told me about common sense. Well, Joe common sense tells me if I have to fix it before I've even paid for it; it's garbage. Common sense tells me to see a dentist. So, I guess improve your product and your customer service. With that said, a quick internet search returned exactly what I was looking for with metal construction for 1/10th the price. Living Spaces used to have quality furniture but it's definitely not the same as it used to be. I would just walk away quiet but Joe needs a refresher in customer service. Joe wasn't even my sales person (I had two from different sections) so why he was involved at all confuses me and he blew the sale directly with what he said to me.

Unfortunately, the sales people probably think they work at a high end store as they literally ignore every customer that walks in. Come on, the people at South Coast has 100% better service than this small location in the "other end of the O.C. ". At least, acknowledge the people that walks in or walk right in front of you. 2 staff were walking around bypassing customers while trying to look busy. One other appeared to be on their cell phone, while another was seated talking to another staff. The outside of the store looks like Lowe's setup. . Not loving this at all. I am hoping to see some improvement in the near future.
