STELLAR! First off... These guys Work. I mean really work- they sweat up a storm using that kind of "back breaking force" you are always willing to pay for. The carpets come amazing clean every time. I mean - this beach cottage - wall to wall carpet- is 25 years old.. it's white... And it looks nearly new everytime. They have a van suction hose, instead of those wimpy all in one upright units that are just glorifed wet vacs- this Van suction thing really gets your caprets extracted and nearly dry. So they got better suction than most others...but what about the cleaner head??? Aren't are they all the same??? NOT! MAKE NO MISTAKE!..... Their extraction/ROTARY cleaner has about 25 spinning suction tubes (looks like an industrial floor waxer) and blasts your carpet with steamy clean soapy hot water- extracting it 1/2 a second later- over and over...WOW! Like one pass of their rotary cleaning head is equal to having 20 passes with a regular slit style carpet cleaner with measley suction. Best machine I ahve ever seen- it costs them like $5000 for that head. So - compared to the single suction slit on most carpet cleaners- not only are your carpets clean , but sinnce they get extracted about 10 times per second they are also dryer when done than other carpets meaning you can walk on them sooner. They pre-treat and really hit the high traffic areas. Their prices are exactly the same as everyone else but they do a much much better job- Their equipment is superior and that is about 50% of the reason and the rest is that they really care.. good old American pride in doing a good job. I admire these guys...wish the rest of America was like them. Seriously, if you want your carpets to be really clean...do not call anyoine else, you'll just be paying the same and getting 1/2 of the job. If these guys get busy they won't jack up their prices (and lose loyal customers and not expand their customer base.)- they would just train other good guys like themselves, buy more vans and cleaners, and gain market share, they are smart business men- not greedy fools. I give them the highest reccommendation I could for any cleaning service I have ever used. I once had an amazing auto detailer , used him twice because he was too expensive. These guys are priced right so I can use them when I need them and not have to think twice about it. Normally I would keep these guys to myself to avoid having to wait...not give away a good thing (and create a waiting line for my next cleaning) . But they are so honest and hard working I can not sing enough praises about them. If there is a better carpet cleaner in the Corona del Mar Newport Beach area... I would be shocked. Today- a girl tracked dog poop right in the front door. Ewwwww. In a few hours- you would never know if happened even if you stuck your face i the carpet...I'll be waiting for their call back. Like that magic dry cleaner you once knew... they work wonders. They also never get any spray on my $20,000 loudspeakers or $5000 tube amplifier or $10,000 CD player whew! Mike and his team did a great job cleaning the carpet of my business. They were on time, quick, professional, and communicative. My office works with chemicals and we tend to track those chemicals all over the office and deep into the carpet. After Mike used the circular scrubber, the carpet looked brand new!
