I've been using Carpet One for about 6 years now. I use them to clean my home and for the carpets and rugs at work. The work is always perfect. The carpets look like new when they leave. They always put up things to protect any walls or corners they go around, so they don't damage any walls with the hoses and cords. I trust Carpet One to do an amazing job every time. I can't recommend them enough!! read more

Mike came and cleaned our carpet in our living room. He did an amazing job. He was on time and his price was fair. He quoted us a price and that's what he charged us. We are super happy with the job he did. We asked for some tips on a very difficult spot and he is coming back to deal with it personally. Wow!! We are so impressed. We will definitely be telling others about his company. read more

I just saw our last review was 10 years ago! Mike came out again today and as usual he did a great job on our carpets, and a room rug. He's a wonderful, trustworthy, talented carpet cleaner with fair prices. He's the only person we'll call to clean our carpets. read more

Mike not only cleans my carpet, but he also steam cleans the tile and Luxury Vinyl Plank in my home and he takes the area rugs away and brings them back dry and clean as well! I recommend Mike and Carpet One Cleaning of OC to everyone who needs carpet cleaning! Now that we're living on our carpet more than usual, we're going to need carpets cleaned more than once every 16-18 months to keep the carpet warranty valid. read more

Mark did an amazing job cleaning my sectional sofa. He was very professional and left my sofa looking nearly new again. He called me well in advance of his scheduled arrival time to let me know that he was running late. He was right on time with his new arrival estimated time. I will be recommending Carpet One Cleaning to all of my friends and will be calling them the next time I need my sofa cleaned. Call them - you won't be disappointed! read more

STELLAR! First off... These guys Work. I mean really work- they sweat up a storm using that kind of "back breaking force" you are always willing to pay for. The carpets come amazing clean every time. I mean - this beach cottage - wall to wall carpet- is 25 years old.. it's white... And it looks nearly new everytime. They have a van suction hose, instead of those wimpy all in one upright units that are just glorifed wet vacs- this Van suction thing really gets your caprets extracted and nearly dry. So they got better suction than most others...but what about the cleaner head??? Aren't are they all the same??? NOT! MAKE NO MISTAKE!..... Their extraction/ROTARY cleaner has about 25 spinning suction tubes (looks like an industrial floor waxer) and blasts your carpet with steamy clean soapy hot water- extracting it 1/2 a second later- over and over...WOW! Like one pass of their rotary cleaning head is equal to having 20 passes with a regular slit style carpet cleaner with measley suction. Best machine I ahve ever seen- it costs them like $5000 for that head. So - compared to the single suction slit on most carpet cleaners- not only are your carpets clean , but sinnce they get extracted about 10 times per second they are also dryer when done than other carpets meaning you can walk on them sooner. They pre-treat and really hit the high traffic areas. Their prices are exactly the same as everyone else but they do a much much better job- Their equipment is superior and that is about 50% of the reason and the rest is that they really care.. good old American pride in doing a good job. I admire these guys...wish the rest of America was like them. Seriously, if you want your carpets to be really clean...do not call anyoine else, you'll just be paying the same and getting 1/2 of the job. If these guys get busy they won't jack up their prices (and lose loyal customers and not expand their customer base.)- they would just train other good guys like themselves, buy more vans and cleaners, and gain market share, they are smart business men- not greedy fools. I give them the highest reccommendation I could for any cleaning service I have ever used. I once had an amazing auto detailer , used him twice because he was too expensive. These guys are priced right so I can use them when I need them and not have to think twice about it. Normally I would keep these guys to myself to avoid having to wait...not give away a good thing (and create a waiting line for my next cleaning) . But they are so honest and hard working I can not sing enough praises about them. If there is a better carpet cleaner in the Corona del Mar Newport Beach area... I would be shocked. Today- a girl tracked dog poop right in the front door. Ewwwww. In a few hours- you would never know if happened even if you stuck your face i the carpet...I'll be waiting for their call back. Like that magic dry cleaner you once knew... they work wonders. They also never get any spray on my $20,000 loudspeakers or $5000 tube amplifier or $10,000 CD player whew! Good old american hard work and careful attention to everything they do. read more

We own two dogs so our carpet gets worn and dirty really quickly. I've tried at least 4 different carpet cleaners in the past 3 years, some with very high ratings on Yelp, and I must say Mike is the best of them all!! Pricing is decent and all the stains magically disappear, and the service is impeccable :) I'll always refer you guys to my friends if anyone needs carpet cleaning! Thank you! read more

Another great job by Carpet One Cleaning -- this time I had water flood damage and they did wonders for me for so little money. AGAIN the carpet looks great and I can get another year without replacement. read more

Mike from Carpet One Cleaning came to our house and helped us with some stinky carpet issues our aging cat left us. We had scrubbed and cleaned our best, but the smell still lingered. Mike arrived promptly and got to work. Through a variety of tools, techniques, experience, and what I can only assume was magic, Mike was able to completely remove the mess and the smell is gone! My family is soooooo thankful to Carpet One for making our home smell free! Call Carpet One, you will be happy you did! read more

I will never have anyone else clean my carpets again. Carpet One is the best!!! Thank you for making my home feel brand new again.

Dealing with an elderly cat who just keeps forgetting where the litter box is, has been challenging. Thanks to Carpet One Cleaning, the carpets look like new and smell fresh and clean. I gave up on carpet cleaners for a while quoting one price, getting to the job and the price changes with "add ons"..... Not with Carpet One! Mike came out gave an honest quote, no hidden cost, and arrived on time and took great care of me. Forget about the gimmicks with the other guys and call Mike and get the job done right for a fair price! read more

I have used Mike and his crew to clean all of the floors in both my home and business. In my home I have both carpet and vinyl flooring, I have him come out once a year to give it a good, deep cleaning and his crew always shows up on time, gets it done quickly, and leaves my home looking like new. My business is a body shop and is, quite frankly, a dirt factory! However, his team is fearless and his great service has enabled us to keep our offices looking good and extend the life of our carpet. I have recommended Mike to many friends and family members and will continue to do so for anyone who needs carpet, tile, or any other kind of flooring cleaned. read more

I am very selective about who cleans my floors, and I am happy to share with y'all Orange County's best kept secret. Mike Scott at Carpet One Cleaning is the real deal. I asked him to clean my carpet in the office (back when we had carpet) and the results were amazing. He also sealed our granite countertops, and we've been very happy with the results. He is very professional, punctual, and detail-oriented. My wife was very impressed with his work. He's scheduled to come to my house now to do the interior (I hope you like toddler-induced apple juice stains!) and I have full confidence in his knowledge and skills. read more

Mark came and cleaned our carpet and he was awesome! He did an outstanding job. He showed up on time, was very professional and had an eagle eye for any stains!! Love this company! I just have two sets of stairwell carpets to clean and they never complain about the job being too small. My carpets look beautiful and smell fresh when they are done and the guys are ALWAYS hard working, pleasant and courteous. All companies talk about the importance of good customer service, this one lives by it. read more

I have used Carpet One on multiple occasions. I couldn't be happier! There are a few things - beyond the quality of the work (which is fantastic) - that should be mentioned. One, these guys know their stuff. When it comes to cleaning, they know what needs to be done and how to do it. Two, is their professionalism. These guys are pros. Lastly (and probably most important to me) is these guys are so careful. They do the little things that other carpet cleaners I've used in the past don't do. They use tools and procedures to protect your home and your property...like corner protectors. Little plastic thingies that protect the corners of your walls from scuff marks made by the hoses (as just one example). Just great. I will continue to use them for all of my carpet, as well as tile cleaning needs. I would go so far as to say, if you're thinking of replacing your carpets, you may want Carpet One to make a pass at your old ones first...you may save some $. read more

Mike and his team did a great job cleaning the carpet of my business. They were on time, quick, professional, and communicative. My office works with chemicals and we tend to track those chemicals all over the office and deep into the carpet. After Mike used the circular scrubber, the carpet looked brand new! There was a huge noticeable difference. I was very impressed. We also used him a second time because we tracked those chemicals so fast. Thankfully he was available and very helpful. I've used a couple other carpet cleaners in the past, but Mike did the best job at getting all the dirt and chemicals out. We will definitely be using Mike and Carpet One again soon! read more

This is the way a professional carpet cleaning service should be run! I'd use them again without hesitation and will also recommend them to others when the occasion arises. I did kind of started feeling guilty because they don't leave until the job is done right! ty Mark! read more

With four kids in our family ranging in ages seven to nineteen, we manage to get our carpets and areas rugs fairly dirty, even without the assistance of a dog or other pets. Based on the high recommendation of friends, I reached out to Michael Scott of Carpet One Cleaning to see what he could do about our highly trafficked area rug. I thought that perhaps just cleaning an area rug was too small a job, and that he would decline. Instead, Michael accepted the work and promptly restored the area rug to a like-new appearance. This was the beginning of a very good relationship. Michael and his Carpet One Cleaning team have now cleaned the carpets in our stairs and upstairs hall, and spot-cleaned bedroom carpets, as well as repeat performances for the area rug, all with similarly positive results. Moreover, the work has always been done timely and without any surprises. If you want dependable, timely, reasonably priced professional carpet cleaning, I highly recommend Michael Scott of Carpet One Cleaning. read more
