I reached out to Luxury Rug Cleaners on Yelp and Jason was so quick and responsive. I reached out to other carpet cleaning businesses and found Luxury Rug Cleaners to be very reasonably priced and the most communicative. Making an appointment was easy and Jason was great to provide us with his ETA on the day of service, and he was punctual! He brought all his gear and really didn't need anything from us but to move all the small stuff off the floor. Our carpet was so clean and smelled so good after. We'd definitely hire him to clean our carpets again! read more

I was a bit embarrassed having visitors over. The white area rug that we have had for years has seen better days. I didn't want to throw it away nor spend my time DIY cleaning it. I searched Yelp and came across Luxury Rug Cleaners. Answered promptly to my request - scheduled a time for pick up and delivery. They did not disappoint. The rug looks NEW - such an amazing job. Do not hesitate to get your rug done by Luxury Rug Cleaners. Pricing is competitive and fair. Call now! read more

Luxury Rug Cleaners - After - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Placentia, California

A bit late on my review but better late than never! Had to get my rug cleaned cause my oh so wonderful son decided to stick his hand down his dirty diaper (and I mean dirty!!) and out came a green glob of ... stuff. Well, he was grossed out by it (who wouldn't be?) and proceeded to smear it all over his hands and wipe it off on my ivory rug. Thanks son. I reached out to Luxury Rug Cleaners and they were super quick to respond. They picked it up and said it'd about a week to get it back to me. About a week later, they texted me the day and time it would be dropped off. It was nicely wrapped up in plastic. I haven't opened it because I immediately threw it in the garage to store it. I don't want another accident on it. Im happy to say it was a quick and painless process. Props to Luxury Rug for cleaning my son's... mess. read more

Luxury Rug Cleaners - We had a lot of damage done on the carpets due to a lot of kids but he was able to remove a lot of the stains. - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Placentia, California

When we decided to change flooring in our home, we also decided to have the area rugs cleaned. We contacted several rug cleaning services, as well as Luxury Rug Cleaners. I spoke with Mike who explained the entire process and his quote was very competitive. We made arrangements to have the rugs picked up before the start of the job. On that day, two men came over and after moving some furniture, removed the rugs. They also took a wool pad (under the Karastan rug), which showed a lot of wear. We told Mike that we were uncertain as to the completion date of the flooring install and he assured us that it wouldn't be a problem. The job finished a little sooner than anticipated. I called Mike on a Friday and he had the rugs delivered the same day! When the rugs were delivered, the men explained that Mike felt it wasn't necessary to have the wool pad for the Kararstan rug and did not charge us for it. Needless to say, we heartily recommend using Luxury Rug Cleaners. Professionally cleaning your rugs should be an annual task. Mike and his team are the ones to do it! They were professional and very accomodating all through the process. read more

Professional, polite, goes above and beyond, I mean Above and Beyond! Raising three kids and three dogs, I have been having my carpets cleaned at least twice a year for over 20 years. (We've changed our carpets a couple of times, in case you're wondering.) I've used several carpet cleaning companies over the years and I am here to say that JASON is THE BEST, by far!!! read more

I spoke and texted Mike (the co-owner) about a week ago regarding 2 carpets my Mom brought back from Turkey about 30 years ago. I told him one was very old maybe 150 and the other about 50 years old. Please be very careful and they were. The look so beautiful and are clean again! Mikes team came to my apartment picked them up and just delivered them (no extra charge for pickup and delivery). Great service, very respectful and I would highly recommend them. read more

I give Luxury Rug and the owner, Mike 5 stars for the quality of their work, customer service, reasonable pricing and professionalism. I sent a 5x7 area rug with wine stains and it came back clean and back to its original deep red color. The off-white fringe also came back clean. Mike was very responsive and accommodating in having the rug ready in less than 7 days that I was originally quoted. Their price is also very reasonable and better than than the price quoted by several dry cleaners I contacted. But more importantly this place specializes in rugs so I feel more confident sending them my rug vs regular dry cleaners. They offer free pick up and delivery. Jason who picked up and delivered the clean rug was professional and friendly. I highly recommend Luxury Rug Cleaners. read more
