Just search for it. == Samuel is someone I'd like to support. He's genuine, honest, and very knowledgeable. He came over for a free estimate. After looking at our couch and rug, he discussed the process he'd have to perform. The couch is linen so he said that he'd have to use chemicals specific for natural fibers (prevents yellowing). On the day of the cleaning, he showed up early. I had a couple of small wool rugs I had forgotten to discuss with him during the day of the estimate. He didn't blink an eye and cleaned them without extra charge. He and one worker did the work. In under an hour, they were done. It took a few additional hours for the couch and rug to dry.
