We paid $340 for a deep cleaning, and while the team did wipe the floors, they left the carpets rolled up in the corner instead of putting them back. The lead cleaner texted me less than an hour into the job saying they needed more time due to "excessive dog hair," which was simply not true (I have photos as proof). I was present the entire time and even assisted with some tasks, so the level of professionalism was concerning. I requested something very basic--removing the bedsheets and loading them into the washer--which was not done. For reference, our home is 1,600 square feet, and I don't believe it warranted the 5 hours they claimed were needed.

As a veteran, full-time college student, and single father to a three-year-old daughter, keeping a…read moreconsistently clean and organized home is a real challenge. Jazmin's Cleaning Service went well beyond a standard cleaning and made a noticeable difference in both the look and the feel of my apartment. Jazmin and her team brought a level of attention to detail that I can only describe as military-grade. Every surface, corner, and often-overlooked area was handled with care and precision. What stood out even more was the thoughtful "woman's touch" they added. The space didn't just look clean--it looked more put-together and professional. They also took the extra step of rearranging my daughter's toys, playhouses, and bathroom toys into a neat, inviting setup. Coming home to that small, thoughtful gesture meant a lot. It showed they weren't just cleaning a house; they were paying attention to the people who live in it. I highly recommend Jazmin's Cleaning Service to anyone who wants more than a basic clean--especially busy parents, students, or anyone who values reliability and genuine care. I'll be using them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Our water is so hard, and our matte black and brass fixtures and glass shower walls were covered in build up. Jazmin was super responsive, which made her stick out immediately, and she really knew how to treat our issues. She warned us that removing the build up could damage the delicate fixtures, and we were fine with that. Two hours after she and her partner came in, our bathrooms looked better than when we moved in. Omg I would eat off these fixtures. Spotless. They were also so sweet to our nosy animals, and we appreciate that. Definitely hiring them again, and they'll be our go-to after any parties we host. I hired this cleaning company about a month ago and I was conflicted to write this review, but the…read moremore time that passed the more details I noticed post-cleaning that really bothered me. I requested a deep cleaning of my completely empty 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, one story, 1140 sq ft condo. The day of the job, 2 very nice ladies showed up with all of their own cleaning products and vacuum. They took 5 hours at $75 an hour and I tipped them $25 each. They did a really nice job cleaning the vertical blinds in each of the 3 rooms and the dining area where the large window with sliding doors also has blinds. The rest of the house where I can tell they cleaned, they did a decent job, however I immediately noticed that: they did not properly clean inside the shower of one of the bathrooms because there were some cobwebs in the corner; they did not dust the walls since I could see some cobwebs in one of the bedrooms and near the vent of the dining area; the chandelier in the dining area was still dusty; the top of the bathroom cabinets were dusty; the washer and dryer are in a closet where the sliding doors are removed, the bottom tracks were dusty and clearly not vacuumed. I just feel that working in an empty home for 5 hours should not result in so many details missed. For the price they charged and the time they took, I was very disappointed. While I appreciate the punctuality of the ladies, their kindness and the quality of cleaning they provided on what I could tell was cleaned, I do not think I can work with this company again, nor would I recommend them.
