If you like being stood up and be disrespcted, hire Gabrielle…read more I called / texted 1 day before the service day as a reminder. He promised that he'd be there. However, he stoped answering calls/text when time is near. By the time he finally answered, it's already late and he said he can't come. I figured things happne so I decided to gave him the 2nd chance and rescheduled for the following week. By the way, I had to travel 2 hrs round-trip. I don't live there. Next week came, I still called / texted 1 days before as a reminder. Still, I got my confirmation. He stopped, again, responding calls & texts when its about time. By the time he was finally willing to respond, it was again already late and said he couldn't come. Wasted another week and my travelling time. Gabrielle does NOT worth a penny to trust. If you like your valuable time be wasted and disrespected, hire him. I swear to GOD all I said is 100% real.

This business is NOT A JOKE…read more I don't know how else to say it, but in essence, this service brought in an army of professional cleaners and organizers and completely rejuvenated my house. The amount of detail and effort was unbelievably heroic. They cleaned the ceilings, walls, every crevice, disassembled/cleaned/reassembled my kitchen appliances, moved everything, scrubbed everything, turned the entire house upside down and did a total restoration. My stove was cleaned to the best of my ability, but after they did their magic, the years of baked on oil and grime were erased completely. They recaulked the bathrooms and touched up the paint on the cabinets. What! Toilets were cleaned amazingly well even the inside of the tanks. They completely renewed the house. As a result it feels new. There's so much less dust now overall. We didn't have a neglected or dirty house in the first place, but they went so far above and beyond what we were capable of. It's astonishing. Do not hesitate to engage with this company. Total professionals. Unreal results and they've clearly made a science out of this. These are not janitors or Housekeepers, though you could get them to maintain the place. These are professionals who are highly trained and passionate about what they do. Apologies for not having enough time to list what they've done or how massive the impact was for my family.

I CANNOT RECOMMEND VICTOR…read more This was my third time using Victor and Diamond Window Cleaning. My first two services were exterior-only and went fine, so I trusted them enough to hire him again for interior and exterior cleaning. The initial quote was $480 total -- $312 for cleaning 24 windows plus $160 for 1 hour of power washing. Victor has been to my home before and already knew the distance, yet a $40 trip fee was never disclosed in the original quote. I let it go and didn't make an issue of it. The bigger problem was the quality of the work. A few days later, I opened a window and noticed it was still dirty and dusty. After checking, I found four windows that had not been cleaned at all. I also had to remind Victor multiple times during the service to clean the interior tracks because he kept missing them. We also added screen repairs, bringing the final bill to $822. The repairs took much longer than expected, and about a month later, one of the repaired screens already had a tear. Victor said he would come back to fix it. I've been texting him every week since, and he has completely stopped responding. I understand that mistakes happen, and I'm willing to work with a business when there is an issue. What I expect is professional communication and follow-through. When Victor wanted my business, he responded immediately. Once there was a problem, he stopped responding. I don't like leaving negative reviews, especially after using someone three times, but this level of service and communication is unprofessional.
