For $40 to clean two bins, I would expect them to be clean. I am careful about how I put things into the trash so it is never very dirty but being outside they get cobwebs and so I like the idea of quarterly cleaning. The attached photos show what the bins looked like right after their cleaning. The owner stated that they were rushed and did not offer to fix the problem but would give me half off my next service. I am disappointed in the poor quality work and the response I received when I sent the photos to the owner. read more

This is by far the BEST waste bin cleaning service I've ever tried, and I've tried a few! I requested a one-time cleaning of 3 bins and once they were done, each one was spotless inside and out. They were also very thoughtful in pulling my bins to the side of the house after, so that they were off the street, plus they left the lids open to air dry. They actually dried the bins fairly well and there was very little residual water at the bottom of the bins. The cans were so squeaky clean, I no longer feel like I have to wash my hands after I pull them in/out, and they almost smell good to me too (lol)! This company's a keeper and I will definitely be a repeat customer! read more

Our fridge died on us while on an international trip and EVERYTHING in the fridge and freezer rotted beyond comprehension (see rotting seafood, meats, condiments, etc.). Even after cautiously storing rotting food in the yard until pick-update and carefully placing everything in the bins to avoid spillage, our bins ended up REEKING. We tried cleaning with a big broom, hot water, bleach.... Nothing worked. I reached out to four other bin washing companies on Yelp and they all either never responded or referred me to a website to reserve a spot, only to pay a deposit and then be called 3-business days later to tell me they don't service my city -____-. I came across an instagram ad for these guys and reached out and got a response almost immediately confirming they would service my area! Booked something online, got confirmation almost immediately and they were out here the following week. I REALLY wanted to see them in action but was out of town when they arrived. What I did arrive to is two bins spotlessly cleaned... like, I don't know how this is possible without being new bins all together. I'm actually surprised my bins aren't being used as a before/after photo because they totally should be. 100/10, would use these guys again the next time our bins need a deep clean as I don't think I have a need for regular service. read more

Easy to make an appointment. They arrived within the window of time given. Cans were clean and smelled great.

Make sure you text them, don't fill out applications online. They'll respond back very quickly. I happened to use their first time service which is $50 to clean 2 bins. They scheduled me a week after I texted them, which is a day after the day the garbage truck empty the bins out. You don't have to be home when they come over to clean. Make sure you let them know the color of the trash bins to clean as well. They cleaned and disinfected my trash bins and they finally smell awesome. No more maggots or spiders and their nests. Takes 1-2 hours to dry depends on the weather, so don't close the lid while its drying. Customer service is excellent, I will definitely try them out again. read more
