Came within one week, was the 3rd place I called, the 1st two were more expensive and never got back to me to schedule. OC Clean A Can was exactly what we needed, came early in the day, cans were spotless, will definitely have them back! read more

Easy to communicate and sign up for can cleaning. They came early in the morning the day after the trash pickup and left them where I had them. There was a little liquid still in the cans so I just turned them upside down an left them out a little longer to dry. Overall would recommend and use again when I need to since I don't need a subscription service. I was hesitant before after reading about can cleaning scams but this company looked legit and glad it turned out to be legit too! read more

I had a disgusting trash issue that involved maggots in my waste bin and needed my bins thoroughly cleaned ASAP. After Googling a few different companies, I called OC Clean A Can and the nice gal on the phone gave me the pricing to pressure wash/sanitize/deodorize two bins (waste and recycling). It was $35 for a one-time service and they happen to be in my area the following day. I paid over the phone via credit card and was instructed to leave my bins out. The following day, a utility truck pulled in front of my house around noon and got down to business. I watched from the windows (like a creeper, I know) and the service was quick and efficient (I think it was done in 15 mins?). When I went out to pull my bins in, there was a sticker on it saying that the bins were serviced and while your trash bins are never going to smell like the inside of Bath & Body Works, it smelled and looked almost like brand new bins! I highly recommend this company. read more

This company did a fantastic job restoring my cans to brand new condition. I couldn't be any happier with their work. I'll definitely have them out again if/when my cans get nasty again. read more

Thank you guys so much! Our trash cans have gotten pretty gunky!!!!! We've been using them for seven years and they have just gotten super gross. It was so easy, we just signed up through their website and they came a couple days later. Our trash cans look AND smell great. read more

This service is wonderful if your trash cans have taken a beating, are covered in spiders and you cringe at the thought of moving them. They arrive the day after your regular trash can and clean (I mean scrub!) your cans, sanitize them and spray them clean. We've used them three times now and it's an awesome idea for your own cans and a great gift idea, too! read more

been using them for last couple of years but will be discontinuing. poor customer service, trying to milk you for more money every opportunity they have read more

This is our Trash Can Cleaning company; been cleaning for us for several years now (across 2 properties) and we couldn't be happier with them. Comes monthly to sanitize and deodorize our trash cans curbside. Gets rids of residue and smells that can attract insects and spread of bacteria. Everything is self-contained in their trucks, so no mess or dumping at your property. I don't think it's a common thing to have a trash can cleaning service (this was a DIY job for me growing up), but it's an amazing service and super affordable. It's an expense we would allocate for, most definitely. And we have no hesitation recommending OC Clean A Can. They can come more often than monthly, but monthly is the right cadence for us. There are times that felt like we needed it more often, but it was rare. After cleaning, I like to flip the cans so that any little remaining water is dumped out, so it doesn't sit stagnant at the bottom. read more

I am amazed at how my cans look like new. We were having trouble with flies and other gross bugs. I called to get new cans but they won't replace them unless damaged. Who knew having clean trash cans could relieve so much stress!! read more

Love love love this service! Not only are they the nicest people in Orange County, they provide the best service. My trash cans smell amazing when they are done and they neatly arrange them by my driveway. They send reminders and provide a very affordable service. read more

If you live in a motorcourt with a tiny patio, I definitely recommend this service! It's just a nice touch that you would never think about. Super simple - they send you a text to remind you to leave your trash cans out for the next day. They come and go their thing for 10-15 minutes and the trash cans are like brand new! read more

Not a customer of this service. My review is solely based on the speed the truck goes through our neighborhood. Minimum 30 but probably more like 35. They should instruct the drivers to keep it at the speed limit in residential areas. The driver came back around to confront me after I did the polite slow down hand signals. read more

I have been using OC Clean A Can since moving to Newport Coast. They come regularly every month and the price is minimal to have clean and fresh smelling trash cans. I am a realtor in the area and I highly recommend this company to all my clients. They call me once a month to remind me which is always helpful for those of us that get busy. If you have any problems -- reach out to Chris and I am confident he will take care of you. read more

Looked at my trash can one day and was totally disgusted. I then remembered I had seen someone getting their cans cleaned in the neighborhood and figured I go for it. So happy I did! They did a fantastic job and the cans even smelled amazing! Would definitely recommend and would use again. read more

Very disappointed in my service of my trash cans, they came for all of 5 minutes and while they cleaned the insides of trash cans the outsides were still dirty and covered in cobwebs. When I emailed to let them know a week later they basically said too bad I waited to long to tell them. I wasn't emailing them to come back I was just letting them know the service wasn't worth what I paid for. For a first time service the cans should be very clean in hopes that a customer would want to continue that service. From my experience I would not ever use them again. read more

Wow, our trash can went from absolutely disgusting to completely clean after using OC Clean A Can. Our trash can sits in a hot garage and it was getting unbearable, but after using this service it is like the can has never been used. Great customer service as well, I called to see about the arrival time of the person cleaning our cans and the representative on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend this service. I went with the one time clean, but as soon as our cans get dirty again, I will be calling them for a cleaning. read more

Love this service! My trash cans are clean, sanitized and odorless they applied some lemon scent in it... I never knew a service like this existed and now I am recommending to everyone!! read more

First of all, let me just say that this review does not reflect the quality of this companies work. I did not get the chance to use this service, so please take this review for what it is. I "scheduled" service online. I did not see my city listed so I asked if they could confirm that they service the city of Orange in the "extra notes" section of the online form. I figured they would since the name of the business is: "OC clean a can". Anyways, I get an email from Dale stating that he needs my address and the day of our trash can pick up. I reply back with the requested information... And then I wait... 3 weeks passes and so I send him an email asking if they could provide service??? I get an email back that states: "sorry we do not service Orange". Seriously, that's it? You don't get back to me for weeks, and then when I follow up that's what I get. Why didn't you just tell me that you don't service Orange in the first place? I think what bugs me even more is the fact that they are called OC clean a can, and yet they don't service the city of Orange which is right in the middle of the County of Orange. Pretty strange if you ask me. Their service may or may not be good, but I never got the chance to find out. Maybe you will... read more

I'm so happy with this service. Our trash can was invaded by ants and I couldn't get myself to clean it. We had OC clean a can come the next week and now the trash cans looks brand new. 100% worth every dollar. read more

Highly recommended! They provide an amazing service every month, also the awesome low monthly service fee...you got to use their service! We have to store our trash cans in our garage due to our HOA, so we needed the monthly "cleanse" for our refresh trash cans. The trash cans always look new and smell clean! Whether you have store your trash cans in the garage or outside, it's always great to have a clean looking trash cans. :) read more

Reply to the business owners reply: You are a blatant liar Dale! We complained many of times from MV and finally from Coto De Caza. Stop the BS, your customer service sucks, you argue with your customers and I sent you pics showing the cans were still dirty. The last driver before we fired you, was here less than 3 minutes and 40 seconds literally (part of that was him lighting and smoking a cigarette before starting work)! My outside camera proves it! How about you run along and fix things in house, starting with you! We are no longer interested in doing business with you're horrible customer service skills! Good luck! read more

I put off having my cans cleaned for years. Finally, I pulled the trigger on OC Clean A Can. Jenny handled my call and scheduled my service. She is very polite and explained the process to me. I chose the one time (monthly) service just to see if the cleaning would be "as advertised." On cleaning day, the workers arrived on time and began the process. They worked efficiently as they cleaned my cans to perfection. What they didn't know... I was watching them on my home surveillance system. Well done, guys! I just renewed my service to the one-year plan. read more

Last two months received the call to leave the trash cans out for cleaning. I know the routine cans must be empty. Left the cans out and guess what OC Clean a Can does not clean the can. I have to bring in the same dirty can I left out. This morning called and cancelled the service. I hate paying for nothing read more

Obviously I needed this company to clean a dirty trash can. The can is several years old and trash, dog waste and who knows what else has been inside. The can looked dirty and used but apparently the company wants a clean can in order to "clean the can". I was told there was loose dog waste inside which there wasn't. There was dog waste stuck to the sides but that's one of the reasons I needed it cleaned. I would not recommend this company read more

I started this service and Rick the owner has a great positive customer service presence. The truck driver/cleaner is very nice and very professional. read more

Yay! I didn't have to clean my trash cans! I'm short so cleaning our tall cans lends itself to humorous, messy endings. Easy service to use and inexpensive. I'll use them again. read more

We used OC Clean A Can today for the first time. Very good service. Showed up during the timeframe as promised. They did a very good job cleaning, sanitizing and deodorizing 5 cans which were very dirty. The overall process took about 20-25 minutes. They would have earned 5 stars but there were small spots of dirt/debris left in the cans that should have been removed during the high pressure cleaning process. We used a hose to spray the spots after the truck left and the spots easily came loose. A little more effort by OC Clean A Can could have removed the all of the spots while they were here and earned 5 stars. However, overall a very good experience, the cans are clean and deodorized. I would recommend them. Day 2 - the trash cans smell very fresh and clean the day after the service. A welcome change. read more

Glad there is a company like this to service my trash cans, especially for a clean freak like me. I've used this company multiple times over the past couple of years and would recommend them. read more

Started using this service a couple months back and I am very impressed! I keep my trash can inside the garage and it started to smell pretty bad but immediately after the first cleaning my trash is now clean and odor free, I also appreciate that they rolled the can back right next to my garage after they clean it so it doesn't get in my neighbors way. Service is very affordable and very effective, very happy with the service read more

Great customer service! Penny was super helpful! Even though they only offer coming to our neighborhood once a month, we are always super happy with our clean cans! I don't cringe when going to my trash cans anymore. read more

Best trash can cleaning company around! Not to mention, way cheaper than everyone else!

So much for cleaning the cans. Bird poop and dirt clods were still in the bottom of the cans, plus 1/2 inch of water. Had to force a refund. Buyer Beware! read more

After years of filthy build up on my trash cans, I decided to have them cleaned. I called up OC Clean A Can to schedule an appointment. The guy on the phone was so nice. They cleaned my trash cans today. They look great! I thought the price was great. I will definitely be using them again. read more

Beware, they will only clean your trash cans if they are already clean. And in the event they are "unable" to clean a can that actually needs to be cleaned, the refund will not be appropriate. Unimpressive. read more

Really great service and very affordable. If you need someone to "unstink" those awful cans, I highly suggest OC Clean A Can. They offer one time and repeating prices, and they did a great job. We'll definitely be calling them again. read more

OC Clean A Can provided exceptional customer service to me. Here is an example of their going out of their way: I live in a condo where trash cans from 4 homes are put on the curb. One of my neighbors was new and, for several weeks, they took my clean cans and left their dirty ones on the street. The OC Clean A Can technician politely would knock on my door, and I'd get the correct cans for him. One of those times, my neighbor was out running errands, and my cans were in their back yard, and the technician waited while I called my neighbor, who came home in about 5 minutes. I am no longer ashamed of my trash cans, and their good work was the impetus for me putting my trash in tied plastic bags, before depositing them in the large trash can. If I am out of town, during my monthly trash can cleaning, all it takes is a quick email or call to put that month on hold. read more

We absolutely LOVE these guys! Our cans were covered in baby dirty diaper doo, old food, just plain old nasty stuff!!... I don't try to let our cans get that nasty on the inside but when you have two small kids under the age of 6 and your a busy mom, sometimes I'm guilty of just throwing "whatever" away. We had a colony of flies forming a large city in our trash cans. STUNK like FUNK!! It was DISGUSTING, it stunk and I was seriously thinking of just calling the trash company and begging them to bring me new cans. So I called the trash company and they told me I had to pay for new cans. Forget that. They mentioned these guys for sanitation and can cleaning, so I called. The service is very reasonably price and they come once a month. I like how they power clean the inside in there huge truck "dishwasher" like cleaner for the cans. They also spray sanitizer inside. Smells fresh, well as fresh as a trash can can smell. Lol. We will keep the service, after the first cleaning the flies had nothing too feed off from the inside of the cans. We are very happy with the service.I've read some of the negative comments and I feel like those people are ridiculous, and just need something to complain about.. if they want something different then maybe they should jump in their dirty trash cans and clean them themselves. Doubtful...It's a dirty tough job and these guys are great at it! Very happy! read more

They came and cleaned our trash cans! They smelled like roses. We are very happy with their service.
