When they arrived, there was an unexpected scheduling conflict with the stagers. Instead of complaining or making it difficult, they were incredibly understanding and simply suggested coming back later that day. They kept us updated with a play by play throughout the day, and when they finished, they made sure everything was locked up and secure. The Pressure Washing Guys are masters at what they do. Our rooftop and house were filthy. I had…read moreadmittedly been delinquent on washing the exterior of our house because past pressure washers I used have broken something on our house every time - doorbell cameras (yes, multiple times), glass from our outdoor lights, security camera, etc. Will and Kyle came out and took care of cleaning our roof (which I didn't realize needed cleaning untill I looked at their website and found out that moss is not good for roof tiles). They were professional - Will gave me a call when they were 20 minutes away and texted me when their ETA got pushed back a little. It actually took a full day and then a couple of hours the next day to finish our house, but Will and Kyle had no qualms coming back the next day and made sure our yard and house (including our outdoor furniture) were spotless of debris from the roof and the house was cleaned to my satisfaction. Nothing was broken! It was very easy to schedule with Brett. He even called to check on how things were going at our house from out-of-town. I will definitely be getting our house pressure washed regularly now that I have found The Pressure Washing Guys.

They finished everything in about 2 1/2 hours without rushing, and the quality of their work really stood out. Fortunately, I water leak detection alarm signaled the problem and we were able to shut off the water before more damage was done. For whatever reason, the worker left the job before completing significant parts of the job (I imagine because he realized his error and wanted to escape). The owner slowly and begrudgingly took responsibility for the water damage and feigned ignorance about his worker not completing the job. In the end, the water damage in the pantry was minimal. There was some paint damage and separation of the marble from woodwork. But we paid for the complete job, which was never completed. The owner repeatedly demanded payment while we were dealing with assessing the damage caused by his worker and the running faucet. In the end, we paid full price and half of our upstairs windows never received cleaning and were left getting maintenance for the damage to the pantry dishwasher that was flooded by their worker. Look elsewhere.
