In addition to this, we referred him to a real estate agent colleague who had him clean a client's house at the beginning of the year and Eddie went crazy when they paid him the day after the job rather than the day of. All other tradespeople are fine being paid the following day in this type of situation.

The service tech, very friendly, also kept me updated when he was running late, which I appreciated. That said, the overall experience was a little mixed. When he arrived, I was surprised to find him in my backyard rather than coming to the front door first. I was also told cleaning my 25-27 solar panels would take about 45 minutes, but the job ended up taking closer to 2-2.5 hours. Def messed up my Saturday evening plans. There was also a safety issue while he was on the roof. His ladder was slipping on my shingle roof, and he had to call a coworker to help him get down safely. I do appreciate that he took safety seriously, but it was still a bit concerning as a customer. For the inconvenience, he said he would charge me $200, which was only $1 less than the price I had been offered the day before by the door-to-door representative. Overall, the panels look really great and the cleaning itself was good, but the communication, timing, safety concern, and pricing left me feeling like this was a 3-star experience.
