My home has the bedrooms and family room carpeted and marble everywhere else. All the cleaners I've contracted in the past have been polite and did a "good" job. OCD did an "exceptional" job! I wish I could give them 10 stars. The white carpeting in the 1 bedroom is about 20 years old and really should be replaced. (All the carpet is 100% wool). Having just completed a major renovation $$$, I'm not in the mood to re-carpet. Not only did OCD make it white again, the dark, soiled areas didn't pop back up the next day. The real miracle was on the 2 white chenille club chairs! Both had darkened from years of sitting. Not horrible but not good. The one had a huge red wine stain near the bottom that had been there for several years. I really thought I'd have to reupholster. Both chairs are now a bright white like the day I had them made and have absolutely no stain! Juan could not have been more polite, hard working and respectful. OCD even put plastic bumpers on every corner and doorway in the house before starting work to avoid chipping any paint! No contractor has ever done that before. OCD is not the cheapest carpet cleaner, but they give you much more than your money's worth. After the job was completed they even sent an email with tips to keep the carpet and fabrics from staining! In other words, they gave me tips on how NOT to need their service soon! This company is amazing. Their office was in touch with me via text constantly and were very flexible to work around my schedule. I'll never use another carpet or upholstery cleaner. Next project will be to spruce up my marble floors! They do that too! To everyone at OCD, thank you so very much! Price assessment Reasonable price

The cleaners (Jimmy and Nolan) were prompt, showing up in the tight 15 minute window they gave for arrival time. Jimmy and Nolan did a great job on the carpets, sofa, chairs, and rugs we wanted cleaned. It was a quite obvious before/after difference. Jimmy and Nolan were friendly, personable, and professional, and their estimate of the time it would take to do the job was accurate. Price for services was reasonable and number of payment options were good. I'll be using them again in the future.

Super quick responses and reasonably priced! Anddddd they work on weekends too! Anddddd they saved me because I was freaking out about having to clean after packing and moving. I had scheduled my cleaning for a Sunday afternoon and received a call from Kiran saying that the team they had originally assigned was going to be later than the original time slot because they were at another place. Unfortunately that wasn't going to work for me so Kiran came herself to clean my place! She and Alex did an amazing job and made sure everything was clean and pretty! They were super nice and Alex ended up having to help me clean off a couple of things that were in the garage that I was taking with me (because I can't do spiders) and even helped me put them into my car because they were heavy. They took a little bit longer to clean my place but I'm glad they did because they actually cleaned so many things that other places would have you add on. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and go through them in the future!
