Jay did a fine job responding quickly, giving a fair estimate and setting a workable appointment. On the scheduled day, Jay showed up on time (messaged me that he was on his way with ETA), got to work and power washed my home, as well as washed all windows inside and out (wiped screens too). Everything turned out clean and shiny! Great job, highly recommend! 5 stars read more

Jay and his helper get a great and efficient job on cleaning my windows and screens I will definitely call him next time!

The recent rains meant that my roof was leaking due to gutter damaged. Jaen came to my house. He seemed nice as he assessed the situation. And he repaired the gutters that day and did a water test. When the next weekend it rained inside, I informed Jaen. He came and took a look. Turns out my siding could be letting water in! Appreciate his expertise. read more

My windows and solar panels were cleaned today. He also cleaned the rain gutters. After all the rain and wind it really needed to get done. This is the second time he has helped me out. Jay is a true professional. He came when he said he would and did what he said he would do at the price he estimated. We hired him to fix our leaky rain gutters on our two-story home. He got them all cleaned out and patched up in a timely fashion and we couldn't be happier with the result. Hard to find good people doing good work at reasonable prices these days. Jay is one of those rare finds. Give him an opportunity to earn your business and I'm sure you won't be disappointed! read more

Jay explained what was available in gutters sizes for repair plus cleaning of the rest of existing gutter system. This was the first time we used J R S Window Cleaning services. Both my wife and I are very pleased with the results. Our home is on the larger side so we've had some pretty extravagant estimates. J R S's quote was reasonable and far less than others and we don't feel like we sacrificed any quality by choosing them. The communication and replies were very quick and professional. They were running a little behind this morning, however I did receive a call letting us know that. I look forward to their services again in the future and J R S will be our first choice. read more

We live in South Redondo and have a fairly large house. JR came out and cleaned over 100 windows inside and out. He was efficient, very professional, very respectful in every way. His pricing is better than the other three quotes I received and he didn't try to upsell me or charge me any extras. read more

This company was selected for the job. They did a great job cleaning the windows and I added the solar panels once he gave me a discount for already being at my location. Jaen was professional and courteous and got the job done in a reasonable time. I was given a price range and I was charged at the highest end and I'm not sure what would have been different to have gotten the lower end of the range. I'm sure his reasoning was valid but since I was so happy to have clean windows, it was not a big deal. Thank you Jaen. read more

Jay from JRS Window Cleaning was the first company to respond to my request. He was reliable, his price for my job was reasonable and he was available. Jay was on time, he fixed my gutters + additional fixing and did an outstanding job. Well done and thank you, Jay! read more

Jaen was fast, efficient, and the price was reasonable. I'd recommend him to anybody who needs windows cleaned, gutters cleaned, or anything related to those jobs. He came to clean the gutters - which had been blocked from leaves in a part that I couldn't reach with a ladder. He ended up doing that, clearing out the blocked downspouts, and repairing the gutters so that they distributed the water evenly to both downspouts on that side of the roof (that wasn't happening and the gutters were overflowing because of it). I'll be calling him again if I need him. read more
