When my parents needed new gutters installed, we didn't know where to begin. I searched on Yelp and came across so many different companies, including Omar's. He had a large number of good reviews, but I didn't want to base my decision solely on that. What stood out to me was a photo of Omar with a customer--he genuinely seemed trustworthy. I decided to go with my instincts, and I'm so glad I did. Omar and Heather are both very down-to-earth, and Omar is extremely knowledgeable about gutter systems. He takes his time, explains everything thoroughly, and never rushes the process. He's also very courteous and professional, which made the entire experience stress-free. They also never once asked me to leave a positive review, which is very rare these days. I'm writing this review completely voluntarily and am genuinely happy to do so! We're very happy with the service he provided for my parents' home, and we would confidently recommend Omar to anyone in need of gutter-related services.

Quote and breakdown of prices are communicated via email with clear description of prices. Customer Service - From estimate to actual installation they are very professional and listen to my concerns and provide their recommendation. They have plenty of choices and colors to match our outer wall and trim. Installation - The installation took about 4-5 hours total. Adequate number of crew. Have good safety practices. Made sure that the downspouts are pointed away and flow away from my house. No trash left over or did not use my garbage cans. Final thought - Include them when doing your estimate. They will earn your business. Very satisfactory work. Haven't rain yet but I will follow up with this review when that happens.

When they finished our gutter replacement, my spouse and I were joking that we should have asked what else they do because we couldn't ask for a better team!! The office team was great and detailed about answering questions and getting us schedule for a quote and then the actual job. The assessor/estimator Chasen was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. We asked for both a quote for repairs and replacement. We ended up going for the full replacement. The team that came to remove the old gutters (led by Miguel) did a great job and even cleaned up spotlessly. They were professional and treated our property as if it were their own. Miguel was professional, friendly, and detailed-oriented. Then the installation team (led by one of the owners Samuel) came right after on the same day and finished an impeccable installation. We cannot say enough good things about the team. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We will be telling friends and family about them!! We would give them 10 stars out of 5 if we could!!

After doing a thorough evaluation, he said I do not need new gutters, rather a "tune-up" would suffice. So here I am, ready to shell out a much a larger sum of money and he talks me out of it! WHO does that? So I book the job and when the crew arrives ( Andrew, Thomas, and Paul ) they immediately go to work after I pointed out some items of concern. When we requested a last-minute color switch to our downspouts, they were able to accommodate it. Three workers showed up (including the supervisor) and told us it would take 2-3 hours. It took them just 1 hr 45 mins and then they were gone. The gutters look great. Highly recommend!

The issue turned out to be a simple fix, and he didn't charge for the trip out, which we really appreciated. He was also very patient in helping talk through my concerns before the visit and explaining everything in a clear, helpful way, which made learning a new system much less stressful. We don't expect off-hours responses or no charge follow-ups for an issue they didn't cause (even for an easy fix), but it reflects the level of care we personally experienced with this wonderful company. I've used Jazmin's services for both my current lodging to clean the restroom and to fully clean a separate condo. Jazmin and her team were super helpful beforehand - being able to give me a pretty good estimate for the service and asking the appropriate questions to have the best idea for how to approach the project all through text. For the bathroom clean, Jazmin came with one of her employees and was able to finish in a couple hours. She brought all of her equipment, and they were super efficient. I was able to tour and check out the work. For the condo clean, Jazmin came with a team of 3 additional employees as it required a carpet clean as well as cleaning two bathrooms, two bedrooms and the kitchen/living room. Jazmin finished under the estimated time she gave and charged me a little less since the work wasn't as extensive as needed.
