I was especially impressed by Derf's custom-made roof planks, which spread the worker's weight across several fragile roof tiles rather than concentrating it in one area. For the power washing, Tom showed up with his son and they power washed the tile in my back yard. It was a fairly small area so he only charged me the minimum and even offered to do my driveway too at no additional charge. Later I had Tom come out and he cleaned about 20 windows on my two story home. He has a pole tool that reaches up high so there was no ladders, or no one climbing out on the roof to wash the windows. After the exterior of the windows were done he was able to come inside and clean the interiors, including the kitchen window which is really a tight fit with the shutters and the faucet. He basically wouldn't let anything stand in his way of getting the job done and it was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend Majic Wand for either pressure washing or window cleaning.
