I've had solar panels for many years, and David was NOT the one who installed them! I've had them installed by Solar City (now Tesla). Since one cannot get a hold of a human being at Tesla, I called David for insight into why I am now starting to get bills from Southern California Edison (first time in 2 years). He answered the call, helped me troubleshoot. I asked him if there would be benefit from coming out to do an assessment, and he honestly answered that there may not be a benefit at this time. He was willing to have a conversation with me and helped me troubleshoot, without phone trees or a high pressure sale.
