Pain in the Glass did our windows for the first time yesterday. I couldn't be more pleased. They did an amazing job! We couldn't be here. We had an appointment. They certainly do not need supervision!! When we got back, the windows sparkled! I intend to recommend them to all of my neighbors!!! Thank you, Pain, in the Glass!!! read more

I've used Pane in the Glass for many years now. They provide excellent service at a fair price. I highly recommend them!

Best ever service. Love my clean windows. On time good price and great people. Thank You so much,

Great service. Reasonable price. Sparking clean windows. We don't even consider anyone else.

I've had Panein the glass come before and they did a very nice job. Their pricing was very reasonable. I'm getting ready to make another appointment for them to come and do my windows and screen. I highly recommend this company. read more

Pane in the Glass window washing is the VERY BEST window washing company I have had. I've been using Pane in the Glass for almost 8 years and they are A-1! Mike and Melissa, the owners, personally come out to clean. They are prompt, courteous of you AND your home, tidy, fast, and reliable. Their service is impeccable! read more

Melissa & Mike are such a refreshing personal team in a business that usually not. Melissa works magic with the scheduling. All Covid19 Protocols are followed and they are professional in appearance. Their prices are fair and they go out of their way to make certain the windows sparkle. The boys do little extras by cleaning cobwebs from the high corners and Mike replaced a carbon monoxide battery for me during the last visit. I have had them for years and would never change. They are prompt and quick with the process and a joy to be around. read more

These guys were easy to work with, arrived on time and left our windows sparkling clean!!!

Used this company for the first time and was VERY impressed!! They cleaned a high window that hadn't been touched since we moved in the house (MANY years ago). Amazing to have clean windows ... they even did the screens AND a skylight!! From my initial contact (prompted response to my message ) - to the estimate ( priced various options) - to the actual job .... everything was pleasant & professional. I will definitely be using them again! read more

I recently found Pane In the Glass after using a few other window washing companies. They proved to be excellent, professional, on time and their pricing was extremely reasonable. Have referred them to neighbors and friends. Highly recommend! read more

I have used this company for a long time. They do a wonderful job and are always very professional. They show up on time, they offer a schedule which allows you to have the service before work, the teams are courteous and conscientious, and it's great to have beautiful windows! You don't realize how much clean windows enhance your life until you are looking out of them and seeing your neighbor's in their yards playing with their kids and grandchildren, people walking their dogs, bicycle riders zipping by, and the sun going down over the rooftops and palm trees. Don't just take my word for it...give them a call, set up and appointment, and get back to me about how you feel with nothing between you and the world outside except clear, clean glass. read more

We have been using "Pane" for more than 10 years. They are fabulous - reliable, careful and professional, and the windows sparkle.

Fantastic service! Fast, clean (very clean), professional, fair prices. Mike and his crew did an incredible job cleaning my dingy windows and screens. Will definitely hire again. Highly recommend Pane in the Glass. Highly! read more

I just can't say enough good things about Michael and Melissa. They've been doing my windows for years now and even stepped in when I had issues with my mother's apartment. They came right away and shined the windows to a sparkle. I just love working with them and I wouldn't consider anybody else to do my windows, especially since I'm so comfortable with Mike being in my apartment when I'm not here. I just leave him the key. Happy holidays! read more

It is a must to give Mike and Melissa a call for window cleaning. Mike and his team showed up on time and whipped my windows in to shape within 2 hours (and I have A LOT of windows!) They look great! This is the first time I used Pane In the Glass and they will be my "go to" team from now on. They came out quickly to give me a bid, they were thorough in asking my exact wants and needs for the windows/screens, and were here and ready on the scheduled date and time to clean. I referred them to my neighbor and she was very happy with the service too! Thanks Mike & Melissa - Long Beach is grateful to have your service. read more

Professional and courteous all the way. The team showed up as promised and completed the job with no streaks and no drips and no mess. I give this company my highest recommendation. read more

Always on time, friendly and work around my schedule. They clean my solar panels on my second story, which helps then to be as efficient as possible. Provide personal touch at fair price. read more

I have over 24 windows many with screens and my personal attempt was feeble at best so I called "Pane in the Glass" Honestly my reserch consisted of they were very local which is important to me and the company name caught my attention. Melissa called me back that day and was able to meet with me 30 minutes from our call. She quickly counted windows and screens and gave me a very reasonable quote, we booked easily within my crazy schedule. Melissa and her team of three arrived right on time and quickly went to work....inside, outside and scrubbed down screens were done in less than an hour with such professionalism, and they are extremely nice people, not a drop of water on my wooden floors. I now have to wear sunglasses inside my house really a terrific job! You won't regret Shay read more

This is the second time using them and I'm very pleased with their work. Professional and courteous and fast! They cleaned all windows inside and out with the screens! No recommendations or referrals from the first time last year just took a chance and was very happy then and now Thanks again! Let them do all the work for you, you deserve it! read more

Recently had the outside of my second story condo windows cleaned by Pane in the Glass after a recommendation from my neighbor, who also uses their services. My dirty windows had a lot of spider webs and general dirt on them, since my place had been vacant for almost two years before I purchased it. I had been wondering how the heck I would get them clean myself, since all of my windows are fairly inaccessible from the inside and I do not have the tools to get up there from the outside! My neighbor was having her windows done that day as well, so I did not even have to be home for this (thanks, neighbor!). I returned home to sparkling clean windows and screens that were completely free of all the debris that had been there before. I felt that the price was quite reasonable for the beautiful results and I will definitely use their services again! read more

If you want reliability, don't go with this company. When no one showed up at the appointment time, I texted as well as left a voice mail. No response. One and a half hours later, we get a text saying one of their guys called in sick so could they reschedule for later in the week. There is no excuse for not contacting us as soon as they knew there would be a problem, especially since we were their first appointment of the day. We rearranged our work from home schedule to accommodate people being in our house. Disappointing. read more

Well it's pretty plain and simple--- had an appt for cleaning and they never showed up. Didn't answer their phone and never called me back despite me having called them six times. Pretty crappy way to run a service based business. read more

Straight awesomeness. I've been in a 3rd floor condo for 10yrs and my windows had never been cleaned aside from when it rained. My windows are now super clean and they took the stickers off the outside of my windows. I will mosdef use them again. Thanks! read more

Well, I did not receive any recommendations or referrals from my neighbors so I did a little research myself. If anyone is interested in having their windows cleaned, I recommend Pane in the Glass. They cleaned the windows, screens and sills cleaned even my skylights! I was pleased with their professionalism and thorough work. They arrived a little early (ok by me) and got busy. The owners and 2 other gentlemen split up and conquered! I have 2 skylights that were a bit tricky and they did a good job on those. Due to the construction, they could not remove the screens or they would have. They even cleaned the windows in my side garage door! It looks so nice to look out the window and have the illusion there is no glass! read more

Melissa is incredibly responsive, and a notice is sent each year to schedule your cleaning in advance. Employees are professional and we have been thrilled with our results both times we have had our windows and screens cleaned. Highly recommend! read more

This was our first time using Pane In the Glass. I already marked my calendar to call them again in 6 months! Fantastic work for outside/inside windows including many high, square windows. all sparkling clean and Mike gave assistance with what screen and window repairs were needed. They were prompt, efficient and courteous. Top notch work. read more

We've been in our home for over two years and never--*gulp*--had the windows cleaned. That changed last week when Melissa and Michael came to work their magic. I was impressed by their stellar reviews--and only mildly concerned when they had to reschedule last-minute--and am glad to augment their fan base. They worked meticulously and swiftly and were finished in under the estimated time they said it would take to clean all windows and screens. Melissa also pointed out that two of our seals on our dual-pane windows were defective. She gave me some tips to track down the manufacturer, and after some detective work, we now have an appointment to replace the two windows in August. Thanks to you both; we'll see you (much more clearly now that we have clean windows!) soon! read more

Great service! Melissa was very helpful and professional when scheduling the service. I live on the third floor and my picture windows are very difficult to access from the outside. They did an amazing job. My windows still look so clean and as new even after the rainstorm. I am very happy with this company and for sure use them in the future. Very reasonable pricing also. read more

Mike was very responsive, came by (in mask) to give an estimate. We were able to schedule quickly and the crew of 3 (in masks) were on time and and did a great job cleaning all outside windows and screens. Did not do inside due to COVID but we will have them back when things are safer. read more

Pane in the Glass Window Cleaning was on time and very professional. There was a minor accident in which the person cleaning the screen tripped and put a hole in the screen, but they were very apologetic and promptly fixed the screen. Prices are decent. I definitely would recommend again. read more

This is the third or fourth time I've had PITG clean my windows and screens, and for the third or fourth time, my windows look spectacular!! My unit is on the second floor, and it would take me forever to move a ladder around the property to get to all the windows, not to mention exhaustive... I live by the beach, and the wind blows sand and dirt every day, so the screens get nasty after a few months. With the rain we had this year, all my windows were disgusting, but PITG cleaned them all beautifully and for a VERY affordable price. I would highly recommend them to everyone!!! read more

I started using their service last year and will continue hereafter. Windows and screens will be well looked after by this friendly and reliable company. read more

First, you should know I'm insanely picky which is why I never pay someone to do what I can do, but I hate washing windows and I have skylights. I called Pane In the Glass and left a message. Melissa returned my call promptly and "jumped through hoops" to accommodate my schedule. Then Mike came out and gave me a quote which I immediately accepted. Then I called my best friend and told her Pane In the Glass. Mike and his guys did our homes on the same day. Melissa kept in touch to ask if they could arrive early. They were great to work when I had special requests (remember, I'm picky) and my windows look great! read more

I got the bright idea (after owning my house for 10 years) to get my windows clean. This place had the best yelp reviews so I picked them. Prices were reasonable, they were on time, super friendly, and most importantly, the windows look amazing. In fact, before they left, I had to go check because from afar, it looked like they hadn't put back the window screens. As I got closer I realized that you could hardly see the screens because they were so clean. I am very impressed with their work. They had 3 people come out. One to clean the inside windows, one to clean the outside windows and one to clean the screens. We have about 20 windows (some are huge windows) and it took about 1 1/2 hours. Did I mention they are really nice. read more

Have had them clean my windows twice now....super friendly service, prompt and quick! VERY reasonably priced. Love having clean windows!
