We contacted Floor Works to pressure wash my mom's house in the South Bay to prepare it for sale. Lily was very easy and pleasant to deal with, helpful and informative, and a good communicator. John did a first-rate job in thoroughly cleaning the outside of the house. Care had to be taken due to a risk of water intrusion in a few spots (it's an older manufactured home), and John was very conscientious and methodical in his work. I appreciated that he took the time to listen and focused on our needs. A super nice guy as well. What a great service experience! Good people, trustworthy, total pros. 5 stars all the way. read more

I had Jon out today to power wash all the concrete around my house, including the retaining wall. He showed up on time was very professional and did a fantastic job. I had a lot of green on my concrete and retaining wall from a very wet winter, he managed to get nearly all of it off. he worked fast and accurate. Definitely going to keep his number handy for future jobs. read more

I used this company and they were fantastic. I needed it done fast due to a fire that rained possible toxins onto our house and they came out and were as easy as can be. John was the tech and super nice and worked hard to went the extra mile. Lily was the sales rep or owner and very easy to work with. Prices were competitive but I wasn't looking for a low ball offer. Just someone good and honest and good value. I would use again on annual basis. My house was nasty. About 3K sq ft and it's was less than $1K for windows and up to the eaves. Pretty reasonable to me. But most importantly they did it right and on time and weren't shady read more

Thank you Lilly! These guys are amazing, they give you more than what you bargained for every time, I'm not sure what made pick them from the beginning , but I'm glad I did, I facilitate a commercial building with 3 levels of parking on the inside with a super grimy exterior sidewalks and entry steps handicap ramps hand rails,we get a lot of homeless traffic and tagging, John and team impressed me the first time they showed up very professional, with awesome work ethics, the second time it was only John to do the monthly service for the side walks and entry ways and he is awesomeness all by himself, I'm trying to stay away from the above and beyond phrase but it's impossible, it is what it is, I made a good call, as you should. read more

Great service and response time. I'm listing the house and scheduling a lot of things and appointments quickly. They were able to come in on a Friday afternoon before the staging photos. Both Lily and her husband John are very polite and personable and offered fair pricing. John was very diligent about getting problem areas and also any impact to the neighbors patio and entry since we are pretty close together down by the beach. ;) Thank you! read more

I needed an emergency power wash for my home that was going on the market later in the week - Floor Works Pressure Washing was one of the companies that I spoke with. After speaking with Lily on the phone I knew this was the company I wanted to hire. She was able to accommodate me later in the week. John came out to wash my home and driveway- he did a good job of explaining what he would do and was super friendly. A few hours later my house looked like it was just painted! read more

Best Pressure washing ever! 100% recommend John, he went above and beyond to fully pressure wash my 2700 sq ft home exterior and floors. My house was built in 1992 and having 26 Palm Trees surrounding the entire property my home was in desperate need of a makeover. Having landscaping, rain, and wind, comes dirty black and green walls throughout the years, not too mentioned the floors. I was getting ready to list home and know it needed a good stucco painting job, but the quotes were 10k. My next alternative was to pressure wash the home but find someone professional enough to know how to pressure wash stucco without knocking it off. John is the Guy, he pressure washed my home carefully and professionally. Always kept good communication with me on what he was doing and why. He made exterior and floors look amazing! If you are looking for reasonable rates for an amazing job, I recommend Floor works pressure washing. read more
