He handled it like a pro. But he subsequently stood me up for two other jobs: no call and no return phone calls. Maybe there is an accountability problem. I want my table back that he agreed to repair. I wonder where it is? This is my second time writing and asking about it. It is just so unprofessional and that is not how he represents himself. But I am tired of waiting and being ignored. I am going to rate him this time, and I think I am being generous. This is an awful way to treat people who believe in your service.

This company's communication came out to repair a lift recliner chair. The technician, a very nice man, reported that the problem was a wire under the chair. He claimed to have repaired the wire and fixed the chair. I paid him $125. The next morning, when the chair was used again, it once again failed to decline after lifting. I called the company back and reported the chair was not fixed. They got back to me two days later. Then they requested more pictures of the chair in order to schedule a technician to return. I sent them immediately via email. I also told them via email, voicemail & text that it was the Control Box under the chair and to have the technician bring a control box on his vehicle. The company never acknowledged this information. And the technician did NOT have a control box with him when he showed up a week later. Once there, he reported it was indeed the control box and he now had to order the part which could take up to two weeks to receive and 2-4 weeks to come back and install it. AND he wanted to charge me an additional $185 for the part. Their rate for a diagnostic is supposed to be $50. I paid $125 already. And 2-4 weeks? This chair is my mom's only chair and it still doesn't work. Wtf did I pay for? So...instead of fixing the chair, I decided not to. Why sink over $300 into an old chair when a new chair is less than $500? That makes no sense. This company's customer service is non-existent. They don't answer their phone and everything is robotic about the experience. While the technician was nice enough, he did not do the job correctly and preferred to argue when I called him out on it. I maintain that I will not use them again.

The whole shower has to be re-tiled and the shower glass removed and replaced. Estimate is upwards of 15k in damages plus loss of use of this shower for who knows how long. Eric should have known better than to upsell me on the full regrout if he was not confident in his work.

At exactly 9AM, my doorbell rang and it was Jorge, perfectly punctual. I showed him my teak furniture which was in pretty bad shape, having been exposed to the elements for many years. We decided on a workspace and he brought in his guys. They worked for several hours. I had many pieces. When they were done, Jorge texted me. The workspace was spotless like no one had been there. The furniture was in place exactly like it had been. It was remarkable. It was so beautiful and looked like it was brand new. I had no idea that it could look like that. The wood was a lovely shade of honey and the power wash, sanding and oil made it shine. I was thrilled. Also, it was a great value. They worked for about 6 hours and the cost was very fair. I couldn't have been more pleased. I highly recommend Jorge and the men of Señor Teak. I will be following up with them annually to keep my furniture in tip top shape! read more

Three days before the work was supposed to start he called and said another job would cause a delay and he had to reschedule and his first opening was another two months out! When I started to object he said he would not do the work and hung up on me. Unprofessional, uncaring about his clients and is only interested in big jobs. Judging from his behavior I wouldn't trust his work.
