A perfect experience... Marilyn was crystal clear in acquiring information to make a very realistic (and, in the end, completely accurate) bid over the phone. When Frank arrived and assessed the detail of what would be done, it was comprehensive and full of information and things to consider. There was a reasonable amount of complexity, and it all got sorted out. His assistants, Anthony and Justin, were equally detailed and very forthcoming with issues that might require additional outside help and those that needed a decision from us. In short, I sort of feel like a blind person who has been given his sight back (!) The clarity of all the window spaces, skylights etc is 200% better (!) Thanks, again... to quote Yelp: "Woohoo! As good as it gets!" read more

Oh my.....where do I start? After two positive experiences with Marvel today was a abject disaster. Despite booking this two weeks out and confirming by e-mail, they arrived late. I had to call the office to ascertain their ETA. The receptionist was very discombobulated and at first advised my appointment was not today. I got a "...let me explain something to you..." tone which did not put me in a good frame of mind. One guy arrives late and takes his time walking around and trying to remove the screens. I asked where he colleague was, to which he responded "...he is on his way...". The gentleman then disappears for almost 20 minutes, causing to me to go and locate him. Find him at the entrance to the building with bucket in hand. Still no sign of his colleague. Now he says he has gone to another job! Once inside my unit the gentleman hands me his phone and says the his colleague wishes to speak with me. Apparently he is feeling unwell and unable to do my job today. All very odd. At that point I called it and cancelled the job. Unfortunately Marvel has lost their touch and become complacent with a rather laissez faire attitude. Frank - I won't bill you for the two hours of my life I wasted today! Good luck! read more

Exactly how it's supposed to be done. Plan to utilize them annually. Fair price and solid service (and my place is difficult - but they made it look simple). read more

It's been two years since Frank first did our windows. It made such a dramatic difference in how the glass - and thus a big part of our home - looked, I was sold then on having him return when they needed it. His work ethic then, as now, cements the deal: Frank isn't happy until you're happy, he spends the time to do the job right, and he's proud of his work. Plus, he's just a heckuva nice guy to chat with. The last time he was here, Frank spotted the Airstream trailer we have in our back yard, which we use as a sort of guest house/office. He mentioned he had a special tool he could use to clean the Airstream the next time he was out, so we added that service on this time. I've included photos of the results, because they're dramatic. Just as with the windows of our home, now the windows of our Airstream - as well as its gleaming aluminum exterior - look showroom-new. Here's the thing: you don't know how dirty your windows currently are until they're not that dirty anymore. So, particularly if you're considering having your windows cleaned for the first time, don't make the mistake of thinking it's a minor detail and not worth the time or money. Like a pair of perfectly crafted eyeglasses, once you're looking out of your home's windows post-Frank, you'll think, "Oh wow. I had no idea the world looked this clear!" For my money, as a repeat customer, the choice is clear on who to trust to do the job as well. Give Frank a call. read more

Stay away from this business. We had them out to clean all the windows in our house. They were here maybe 30 minutes and this is what we were left with. Now we have to hire another company to come in and clean the mess that Marvel left behind. Not only that but they were on the phone to us demanding payment and it hadn't even been five days since they were here. Bad business all around. Thank you for reaching out but the order was under my husband's name and I never mentioned what week it was that you were here so you saying you called your clients is incorrect. I would rather see your company in my rear view mirror. read more

I've used Marvel Window Washing since 2016 and LOVE their work. Professional team, reasonable price and every window sparkles. What a difference they make when the light shines full into my home! read more

Jesse and Edwin worked SO hard and did a great job! We truly aporeciated their help cleaning our windows and power washing our cement yard getting rid of dirt and moss stains. They were very respectful and wore masks: thanks guys! read more

My home is over a hundred years old, Jesse and Edwin and one other gentleman whose name I cannot recall, took great care with my old windows. I had them do inside and outside and the sills look great no water drips. Great price and happy to have them inside very respectful and finished with a walkthrough. Would definitely hire them again. read more

Marvel Window Washers are the best. They arrive exactly when they say they will arrive and brought a good sized crew so they were able to do the job quickly, but most importantly, efficiently. Our windows were absolutely filthy and long overdue for a cleaning. They cleaned skylights, gutters and outdoor light fixtures too. They're friendly and respectful of property. I highly recommend Joe and his team. read more

I can't believe it... I called to give my business to them beyond rude on phone !! Can't even image working with them what would happen... I will never call or recommend this place!! Idk who answered there phone rudeeeee!!! read more

Once again the Marvel team showed up and cleared away the grime of 2020 from our windows. We live in the west Adams district of downtown Los Angeles. Cities have their own kind of grime and we are always pleased to see the world more clearly after our windows have been cleaned so professionally. Thank you marvel for another great job. read more

I took time off work and waited patiently for an hour for my appointment for a quote which was scheduled between 11am and 12pm. When no one showed I called and was told that due to the weather no one was doing in person quotes! Would have been nice to be informed prior to the no show...RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and Don't give a shit kinda sums them up! read more

Have been having Marvel come & clean our solar panels & windows about every year. Easy to book an appointment with Marilyn & the tech that came out, Anthony was wearing a mask & socially distant when we interacted which was reassuring during this pandemic. Also the recent fires really made our solar panels filthy from all the ash that fell. He did an amazing job getting them clean! Thanks again Marvel! read more

The kind of service you just have to leave a review for!! Was a pleasure to have Frank in my home. Courteous, polite, helpful and professional! Came in under budget! My views have never looked better. Windows are spotless. They were able to get out the majority of the etched in dirt from over 7yrs. Literally no trace of them being here other then the cleanest windows I've ever had. Call with complete confidence! Amazing service . Mark read more

Great company. Marilyn returns calls promptly with a very personal touch. She will also send out a reminder of how long it's been! (Too long in my case!) The crew is neat, reliable and all wore face masks , which is very impt during this time. Jesse was very helpful in discussing my options. I highly recommend Marvel. We've been using them for years... read more

They were spectacular. I had called a few places and they all said they couldn't or didn't want to work on a 3 story house. Marvel was marvelous from the beginning. Very organized and prompt and the 3 brothers who did the washing were efficient, kind and did amazing work. Couldn't recommend more. read more

As a first-time Customer, I was impressed with the prompt return email to my Inquiry and the quote process was also prompt and professional. The day of, they came as promised, and the Team did a Super, super job! Gave our gutters the cleanout they've not had for 'awhile,' and they even packed out the gunk! The inside & outside of the windows were glistening and the high areas in our Townhome were even dusted for cobwebs and/or washed - even the high mirror...so I was super pleased and will certainly call on them for our next cleaning...which won't be so long in the future! Great team of 'can-do' workers! read more

Marilyn handled the booking efficiently, she called to confirm the day before. The workman arrived right on time and was professional and courteous and he wore a mask. We had our Solar Panels cleaned and now they are SO shiny and efficient! read more

We've used Marvel (formerly Frank's) for over 4 years. We have our windows washed twice a year. Half of our windows are Pella brand 3 glass panes with interior blinds. The workers have to know how to open and clean inside the glass, besides cleaning the outside and interior glass. They also clean the screens. They always do a super job and this time was no exception. They are careful to keep things clean in the interior of your house. I think the price is very reasonable, and they are fast. We had a team of Jessie, Mark and Hugo and they were done in 4 hours. We have a lot of windows. Thanks guys! read more

A superb job. Totally professional and FAST. We'd let the windows go, and were disgusting. NOW, it is like we have a whole new house. Call Frank's, now !! read more

Very pleased! It had been a very, very long time since our windows inside and out had been washed. Contacted Marilyn at Marvel, got a reasonable quote and scheduled the job for today. The crew arrived on time, in masks and gloves. Jessie and Hugo were polite, friendly and professional. Ours is a small condo, so it only took a little over an hour and half to wash all windows, inside and out. They were careful and efficient and went above and beyond, to hose down the patio and tiles around the outside of the fireplace. We are most happy with the job and will be calling Marvel again once the rainy season is over. read more

I have used Frank's Window Cleaning for the past 2 years & love them! I typically clean my windows (inside & out) several times a year & have never been disappointed. The service is always prompt, efficient and very professional. I really appreciate that Frank always offers to come back for free if I ever notice anything after he leaves...needless to say, I have never had to call them back. Frank's Window Washing really is the best! read more

SCAM, that's what I felt when asking for a quote. She quoted me 300., which I thought was reasonable, then proceeded to say PLUS 25.00 per year that the windows had never been professionally cleaned, like it was a punishment. WTF I've had this house for 20 years! Do the math. Yes they've been cleaned of course but I can't remember the last time they where done by a professional. Well needless to say they won't be doing the job. read more

We have used them twice and they are fantastic. They do an excellent job cleaning my windows without any damage to the screens or anything else. They are hard working and kind. My house looks amazing! read more

Marvel did a great job or arranging and scheduling my service. It did not take forever to get an appointment. Joe, who came to do the service, was polite and efficient. He was very thorough and the windows look great. I will use Marvel from now on. read more

I can't say how highly I rate Marvel - from my first phone enquiry with Frank and Marilyn to the service provided by Gabriel and Kevin - they arrived on time, took the utmost care over the cleaning and not tracking anything into the house, and even cleaned my closet mirror doors in the guest bedroom (very 90's right!) while they were about it. Amazing, and the final cost was 25% UNDER the initial estimate. I almost can't wait to get them back again. read more

Thank you fellow Yelpers for sending me to Frank for all my mid-century modern big ass windows to be cleaned! My house is 70% windows (well seems like it) and after the spring rains came and then the summer winds my house looked like it was covered in dust, paint chips and bird poop. I was getting depressed trying to look out at my garden and seeing this ugly film on my windows. Instead of hitting the bottle or going to see my shrink, I called Frank to see if he could brighten my days by cleaning my windows. Turns out he was just what I needed! Frank showed up on time, was extremely friendly and courteous, gave us an extremely fair quote, and even threw in a few extra windows for us. We knew right away that Frank and his helpful sidekick would do a great job when they got out their booties and all the protective gear to clean the tracks in my windows and not create other messes, because let's face it, when cleaning one thing, its easy to transfer it elsewhere- but not Frank! Frank was super thorough and it actually surprised us how much time it took to clean the windows properly. I won't say he did a lightning fast job, because that's not what he does. He actually gets in there and scrapes off the paint and pooh and grime. So its not a fast thing doing each window front to back, but you'll be happy he took the time and care. Now whenever I'm feeling like the windows to my house (soul) are looking a little grimy I'll be giving Frank a call. And he's way cheaper than my shrink! read more

Exceptional service--received quote over the phone on the first call and scheduled residential window cleaning for the following day. Crew arrived on-time and performed full service with no damage to the windows or screens. Final invoice in-line with quote. Scheduler followed up immediately to check on work quality and address any concerns. Very pleased from beginning to end. read more

Cannot rave about Frank and his team enough! At each step of the process - from booking the appointment, to the confirmation call, to Frank and Sam arriving to our home with great enthusiasm for the great work they do - I was continually impressed. Our windows *SPARKLE* and shine, and we couldn't be more thrilled! Another Yelp recommendation that was 100% on the money. Oh, and the price was super reasonable (and worth every penny). read more

We called just a few days before our house went on the market and Frank was able to fit us in. he came out on a Sunday and the windows have never looked better. The old owners had really let the place go and we hadn't done more than the occasional windex cleaning but Frank scrubbed away the 30+ years of mineral deposits and some of the windows are so clean that you can't even tell there's a pane of glass there. read more

Marvel is service at its best. In sum, they over deliver. They are responsive, follow up, and the work is of the highest quality. I highly recommend them. They returned my message immediately and gave me a quote over the phone. They were able to schedule my job within a week. The window cleaning was excellent--inside and outside, including screens and interior and exterior sills, frames, and mullions. And, they came in under budget. I will definitely use them again on a regular rotation and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone who needs professional window washing. read more

Good service and quality window cleaning on a fair price. This is the go to company for my condo complex. They usually come and spend all day doing 5-6 units with great detail. If you could see my windows before and after, I wouldn't even need to write this review. Frank's work is fantastic!! I had not had the windows professionally cleaned since moving in 16 years ago! Because the house has several very old windows, Frank was careful to explain that some of them were too stained to come completely clean but that they would look much better afterward. He was exactly right, but what I didn't foresee was how sparkling and clear the rest of windows would look! They are so spotless that I'll probably have to put decals on the patio doors so the birds don't fly into them! Frank is meticulous and extremely careful, as well as being very reasonable. In addition to the regular windows, he also cleaned my greenhouse window and exterior skylight and voluntarily repaired a few broken locking mechanisms. I couldn't be more pleased! read more

Thank you so much Frank and Tyler for doing such a stunning job! They were kind, courteous, professional and so thoughtful. They wore booties when they went inside so as not to track dirt/water in the house. Put everything back even better than it was before. I cannot recommend Frank enough.
