He was able to get tough stains out on a patio that had not been cleaned for probably 15+ years. I had bought a power washer from BestBuy and tried to do it myself, but it took me an entire Saturday to literally do a quarter of what he did in almost four hours. Fito/KC Power Clean uses steam, some light chemicals (or you can say no) and industrial power wash equipment. I was also very impressed by how he cleaned the dirt splatter off the walls, and did an excellent job. My driveway and patio looked brand new!
