Parada’s Cleaning Services - GREAT JOB - Pressure Washers Near Me

Exceptional Experience with Parada's Cleaning Services! I cannot say enough about the incredible experience my wife and I had with Parada's Cleaning Services. Referred to us by our agent and already on my radar through Instagram, I had high expectations--and they exceeded every single one. Our home, which took over 2.5 years to complete, was left without any post-construction deep cleaning by the builders and developers. Eric and his father met with me a week prior to assess our property, discuss our needs and expectations, and thoroughly explain their process from A to Z. Their professionalism, clear communication, and attention to detail during our initial meeting left me confident to move forward with scheduling a deep cleaning service for both the interior and exterior of our home. This morning, a crew of eight arrived 30 minutes early for our scheduled 8 AM appointment and worked tirelessly until 3:30 PM. Within the first two hours, I told my wife, "This is only two hours in, but wow--they are absolutely amazing!" And I knew there was still so much more to come. Every promise was not only met but exceeded. The team's meticulous attention to detail and genuine care for our home, especially considering we moved in only three weeks ago, left us speechless. They treated every item and piece of furniture with the utmost respect and care. From pressure washing the entire exterior--including windows, screens, garage, gates, and every surface imaginable--not a single square inch was overlooked. The crew worked seamlessly together, demonstrating incredible teamwork and communication. It was clear they were not just colleagues but a close-knit group of family and friends, each with their own specialties. They took the time to point out things to my wife and me--both the expected and the unexpected--and handled everything with professionalism and pride. Our home is truly glowing, and I cannot recommend Parada's Cleaning Services enough. They have gained lifelong clients in us, and we fully intend to bring them back at least once a year for a deep clean. I've already shared their outstanding work with our developer, other contractors, neighbors, friends, and family. As a small token of our appreciation, we treated the entire crew to lunch, but it still feels like we owe them so much more for their hard work, positive energy, and dedication to ensuring our complete satisfaction. Whether you've just completed construction, recently moved in, or need to refresh your home, do yourself a favor and hire Parada's Cleaning Services. They have set the bar for our regular weekly cleaning services and have truly redefined what excellence looks like. A huge thank you to Eric, Saul, Danny, and the entire crew for transforming our home today. Your passion, professionalism, and pride in your work made all the difference. read more

Initially, I thought I found the right cleaning service based on only good reviews and prompt responses by the business owner when I contacted them. I shared my number and address to meet for Sunday at 5pm for walk-through. I had my whole schedule move around with my family for this time only for them to do a no-show, no responses when I asked if they were on their way. read more

I was in need of a new cleaning crew. As a busy working mom I never have the time to deep clean. I found them and thought a team to do everything (windows and carpet)?? Like OK! Very professional initial contact with Eric. He and I worked out what I needed, and decided on a day. I got a deep cleaning with windows, and carpet cleaning. I'll admit I was floored by the price $$$ but I said I'm paying half that now and dissatisfied! So I knew I was going to hold them to that standard. First impression I was shocked when 6 people showed up to my house that morning. So my first thought was ok they didn't come to play around. The did a walk through and got to work! Not only did they clean light fixtures in my bathroom, kitchen. They cleaned my windows and my screen, my windowsill, and shutters! I'm like I ain't never seen this before in a residential setting' Cleaned my baseboards and the doors, wiped down my walls. I couldn't believe it! Very impressed and now just need to figure out how I can hire them again! read more

My home was in desperate need of a window cleaning after having major construction. Eric had quick response and was able to fit me in the same week. The workers arrived early and got to work asap. They cleaned 11 windows and a sliding glass door that my dogs always manage to keep dirty when they jump on it. Windows were cleaned inside and outside, including screens and tracks all within 3 hours. I was very satisfied with the service and the price was very reasonable. I will definetely hire Parada's Cleaning Services again!!! read more

Eric is such an amazing stud to work with! After having my remodeled house left a big mess by the construction workers, Eric and his crew left the interior of the house squeaky clean, exposing all the finished materials to its true new clean colors. Impressed with their work, I also asked his crew to get power-washing and window cleaning done for all the exterior of the house. I'm planning to have Paradas cleaning back for major future building clean-ups. read more
