Kizzy and Alice absolutely delivered. They cleaned my apartment top to bottom. Baseboards, surfaces, floors, everything. They even did my laundry which was such a huge help. I stepped out to run errands while they worked and came back about four hours later to an apartment that felt completely reset. The space looked amazing and felt so much lighter. At that point, half of the house had already been cleaned, leaving me to either pay the additional $600 or have the company walk away with the job unfinished. As the owner of a property management company, I found this business practice extremely concerning and unprofessional. If the scope of work was underestimated, that should have been identified before the work began, not after the customer is already committed. In my opinion, this pricing approach feels misleading and unethical. I would strongly encourage others to get all pricing and expectations in writing before hiring this company.

I was referred by a friend to consult American Eagle Cleaning for a COVID disinfection in my home. I had tested positive for COVID and didn't want my roommate to get it so we wanted the house disinfected while I quarantined in my room. I called Carlos with my dilemma. The first time, I paid in cash, yet she later contacted me saying I hadn't paid -- which was completely unacceptable. When I reached out again for a deep cleaning quote, she gave me a price that was $100 higher than another house that's twice the size of ours. I also asked about recurring basic cleaning (excluding the living room) and was quoted $175, even though our home is very small and the entire second floor is just a living room and tiny kitchen. When I politely asked for a reasonable price adjustment, she never responded. Overall, very disorganized, unprofessional, and poor communication.

I organized a regular clean after termite fumigation, plus an oven clean and fridge/freezer clean on top, and when they arrived I asked if they could clean the faux wood plastic blinds too. Both ladies were happy to do so which I really, really appreciate. They were professional, quick but extremely thorough, (baseboards and windowsills were sparkling as much as the rest of the house), and were cooing over my little dog even though she barked at them initially. Pricing was extremely competitive and fair, even with the ad ons of oven, fridge and blinds. I expected it to cost more compared to other quotes I received. I will definitely be using this amazing cleaning company again, and I can 100% recommend them if you need a house cleaning crew. Thank you ladies for all your hard work to make our house shine :)

Booked a move-in cleaning for $400 while…read moreour new rental was still empty because I figured a) it would be an easier and deeper clean than if we were already moved in, and b) I have small kids so I wanted to take extra care that the place was ready for us to get settled. The cleaning team arrived on time, and I walked them through the property pointing out areas I wanted them to pay extra attention to, and then was juggling work and kiddo pickup so I had to leave before they were done. When I arrived back and had the chance to walk through it was clear they either made no real effort or ditched out early before the job was done. Pictures speak for themselves, and these were all sent to the company in a text the next day where I expressed my disappointment. At first they said they would be happy to reschedule to come back and remedy and then just stopped responding after I provided dates that could work for their return.

Stay away! I was…read morequoted $800 for a deep cleaning of a 4-bedroom home. The cleaning crew arrived at 9:00 a.m., and by 1:00 p.m. they informed me that only about 50% of the home had been completed and that they needed an additional $600 to finish the job. What made the situation even more frustrating was that I was effectively left with no choice. At that point, half of the house had already been cleaned, leaving me to either pay the additional $600 or have the company walk away with the job unfinished. As the owner of a property management company, I found this business practice extremely concerning and unprofessional. If the scope of work was underestimated, that should have been identified before the work began, not after the customer is already committed. In my opinion, this pricing approach feels misleading and unethical. I would strongly encourage others to get all pricing and expectations in writing before hiring this company.
