So they knew they were going to cancel beforehand and they didn't have the courtesy to let me know until the last minute. Instead they shared my contact information without my consent. Since this was our first cleaning, we didn't catch the policy when booking, and we were traveling over the weekend, so we couldn't have addressed it immediately anyways. Still, the company showed no willingness to make an exception or correct the issue. For the price charged, I expected a much higher level of quality and accountability. They sent two housekeepers for three hours. They did not quite finish in that time, but I was not charged extra. I pointed out a couple of things they missed and they were quick to clean them. The main difference this time is that a supervisor was sent at the end of the job, and she also made sure nothing was missed. (For whatever reason, there was no supervisor sent the last time I used them.) She even got her hands dirty and cleaned a few things so that the housekeepers could leave and so that I wouldn't be charged extra.
