I would give 10 stars if I could! BOOK HIM!!! We run a pet grooming business from home and have LOTS of pet accidents in our carpets. We also have a three year old who gets into damn near everything and has left lots of crazy stains and crap in the carpet. Finger paint, markers, play doh, etc. On top of our clients from the pet grooming business, we have three dogs of our own, including a puppy who had to go through lots of house breaking and a kitten who peed in places she shouldn't have more than a handful of times. We bought a heavy duty carpet cleaner machine and have been trying to keep up with it ourselves but at a certain point we decided it was costing us too much money and time to buy the cleaner and spend our off days slaving over our carpets just for them to look OKAY at the end of it and not PERFECT. We knew it was time to call in the professionals and after reaching out to several companies I finally settled on Quick Clean Carpet Care because, unlike everyone else I tried getting a quote from, he was super responsive, very friendly and efficient, and his price blew everyone else out of the water. I let him know what we needed and how many rooms and he gave me a straightforward estimate right away. I reached out on Saturday and booked for Monday morning. The day of he communicated thoroughly about an exact ETA and he was punctual. He was very efficient at getting his equipment up to the apartment (we live in a high rise) and he took the time to walk through our home so we could point out any problem areas and let him know what kind of stains were where. We had never met him before, but his demeanor and professionalism left us at ease enough to fully trust him in our home while we left to do errands and get things done for a few hours. He gave us a 30 min heads up for us to head back and even got done earlier than expected! When we came home he had perfectly cleaned up after himself and his equipment was out of the home and ready to go, it was great that he fully finished and we were able to go back inside without waiting for him to organize his things also. He did, however, keep it ready by the door in case we had any areas we would have liked him to go over again but we were more than happy with the job he had already done . The house smells wonderful and those stains we had tried so hard to get out we're finally gone. He even went over what products he used and was very informative about the process because my boyfriend and I were curious. He gave us tips for how to maintain the freshness and keep it cleaner for longer also. We plan on booking regular sessions every 4-6 weeks and it feels so so good to be in our clean home. It didn't ever truly feel CLEAN CLEAN because the carpets were such an eyesore and we always felt grossed out by any potential pet stains. I am obsessed!!!!! Thank you so so much!!! We have had one carpets professionally cleaned two other times and I was very disappointed with both outcomes. The house still smelled and once the carpets dried fully we could still see stain marks. Today is the first time I've been fully satisfied with a carpet cleaning service. He also does mattresses and upholstery and we will definitely be adding those services in the near future now that I have seen how great he is at what he does. The sofa covered the entire back of the area rug, about 1/4 of the rug. So that area remained filthy with dust and debris. Booooo - you should not have to supervise a professional. I really wrestled with writing this because Matthew is a nice guy. But it unfortunately doesn't excuse what happened & how deeply let down both my partner & I were after this experience. As background, we recently bought our first home & have been doing renovations for the last several months. The final step is getting a deep clean so we can move in our furniture. We had an initial walk-through with Matthew well before cleaning day- we told him how our property has been sitting vacant for months & we've had construction crew in & out. We wanted our ENTIRE home completely cleaned, sanitized, scrubbed, dusted- you name it. Every inch of the place. Matthew said that's exactly the type of work his team does and recommended we also get a sealant for our hardwood floors. We were quoted $1,320 for the entire house clean & sealant. The priced was based on square footage of our home (which is 1,200 sq ft). We've worked with plenty of cleaning companies in the past & know this is a very steep price especially for a completely unfurnished home, but we were really looking for a thorough, stress-free clean so we were happy to pay the high amount so we could finally feel comfortable moving into our new home. Day of, we met Matthew at the house - He was by himself with very minimal cleaning supplies. He happily told us the job should take 5 hours. I was a little shocked at the short timeframe, but honestly just assumed he had a large team coming to help him. We let him get to it & we went to work. 5 hours later, we get a text message, he's finished. We go by the house to meet him- we are SHOCKED. Our home didn't smell or feel clean. The floors were still very visibly dirty (I had white socks on & they were almost black at the bottom), there were multiple rooms / areas he didn't even think to sanitize & admitted it to me he didn't clean them (door handles, outside / inside appliances..), stains on the floor that he said he couldn't get out (even though we went back later that night & were able to remove the stains ourselves), dirty / smudged windows, dust around the floor trim, loose trash in the closets (like gum wrappers & things from the construction crew)... the list goes on! We pointed everything out because we were so shocked at the lack of work done. He seemed a little confused at the thoroughness we wanted, almost as if he had no idea we actually wanted our home *cleaned.* All he really did was lightly vacuum. He attempted to clean for another hour to appease us (using a small vacuum & wiping things up with a paper towel) but at that point, we were already convinced that we would need to fully re-clean our entire home ourselves because we just didn't trust him based on the work he had done. Also if our floors were actually sealed, then they were sealed dirty. So that's great. I would not recommend this company if you are looking for any type of cleaning services. If our experience was any reflection on this company as a whole, then they do not remotely have a high standard of cleaning, not even close. read more
